Hi there, Good video. This has been needed for such a long time. I totally agree with integrating western medicine with naturopathic ways. I too am into holistic medicine including, but not limited to: 1) taking infared saunas 2) using castor oil packs when needed 3) using herbs for medicinal purposes 4) breathing techniques for relaxation 5) healing the body naturally, rather than getting an operation if that is feasible. 6) using green products 7) detoxing through foods and water 8) eating organic vegies 9) eating organic meats and/or none with harmones etc. 10) supporting the whole holistic practices of growing food from start to finish, including humane treatment of animals. ie free range and harmone free.
