I really enjoy Qigong!!! Thanks for sharing this!!! The mind and thoughts are more powerful than we can imagine!!! Thanks Grazyna, this was very interesting. In the knowing that our thoughts are indeed forming our reality, it is not really surprising to find that quantum science is proving this to be true. And so the truth that all is One and One is all becomes more undeniable. My universe is created (healed or destroyed) by my thought/energy. I choose to channel the love energy and radiate it towards an Other. In doing so, All is affected. There is no separation. There is only Love. Healing is another name for Love/energy.
