BOT- Love Cares Enough to tell The Truth

Pauline, I needed to hear these words today.... "continue to do what is right in God's sight" - He is the only one that we really need to please. It's often not easy to speak the truth, but always possible. In thankfulness for you! Sue 11-29-09 Dear Pauline- You made many good statements about 'truth'. The moral perogative to tell the truth, in daily life is always a growth based decision point. We learn about 'truth' and it's various aspects from early life. We are expected to speak common truths. Why do we as a culture not value the value of "speaking your own truth"? Why is it not taught in school and sunday school or at the dinnertable or in after-school programs? To not 'speak our own truth" is to deny ourselves, ourself. As adults, we seek forums to join ,such as we have, e.g., BHW, to be able to connect to 'our own truth' and connect to the passion and purpose in our own life. I predict that these actions: each of us Speaking and acting inspirationally our own truth will foster avenues that do not exist now to meet this elemental need at an earlier stage of development in life for all future humans. Your passion, and your personal truth show in your writing , your eyes and your personal energy. Thank you for opening the door to a very powerful set of ideas. My gratitude to you and for you. Kate Koehne aka katesmiles . Pauline, I don't know if you caught my comment some time back, but I've managed to save "The True Secret.us" ... TRUTH IS ALL POWERFUL is the gist of the message I choose to share. Interestingly, truth is not always clear ... One person's truth may not be understood by another ... So, communication is key! ... Fact-based truth is easier to deal with as FACTS ARE FACTS ... There is little dispute there ... But, the CONCLUSIONS DRAWN may not be the same based on the SAME facts ... So, where is TRUTH? ... This is where things get interesting, so I shall save other thoughts on the matter for another day and another post, perhaps ... Bottom line is that we must all respect other people's opinions because TRUTH is SOMETIMES elusive ... I LOVE people who THINK and who seek to understand ... Aloha pume hana, Barb Pauline, Such beautiful thoughts on the truth! Sometimes sharing the truth is also called "tough love"....when you love someone so much that it is important to share the truth with them even though it may "hurt" or "embarass" for a time. It does indeed take a great deal of courage. Linda Kay Holden New Beginnings Community Dear Pauline, The truth is the one thing that without a doubt can and has set me free. Speaking the truth requires an enormous amount of courage at times. However, I have found much greater pain and fear in silence. Thank you for sharing....I'll keep honoring my truth. I know no other way to inner peace and freedom... and sincere, honest selfless giving to others. I am willing to risk losing what I think I need in the process. Much Love to you Debra The Honor Your TruthCommunity What a beautiful analogy Pauline. "One's deeper sense of self looks beyond the personalities of others, and sees their deeper selves as well. This is how true connection occurs. The deeper level has to do with our foundation, our Core. Personalities may change over time, depending on circumstances, but the real content and substance of who we are is unchangeable." ~ Ellie Drake I truly believe that our true connection teaches us to Love Unconditionally and the True Connector knows how to bind if we exhibit Love. Love is not a separator, but a True Connector and God is Love. Deborah Akridge (Deja) Enjoy Watching BraveHearTView!!! I want to be known as a open book and to do so I have to speak only truth. Thank you Lisa People sometimes refrain from speaking the truth, because they are afraid of what others might think. "An you shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.: Pauline Lewinson
