We are all energy and all that is, is energy. For all that exists, whether on a physical, mental, or spiritual plane is simply energy. It is well known as scientific fact that the atoms that make up the matter, that we all often refer to as being solid mass, is actually energy merely appearing to be solid form. So therefore we too, as energy are actually only masquerading as solid mass.
It is also known, and has been established that all energy is connected, so as energy we are all connected. But to state that more simply; we share a oneness with all that is. Ancient metaphysical teachings are constantly being reconfirmed, by what is now being termed " Quantum Physics ". These metaphysical teachings tell us, that there is but One Consciousness, and that everything that comes into existence, comes through that one source of consciousness.
We also know that energy is always in a constant state of movement and change. It does not stay the same. It is always changing in and out of form in this glorius repetitive cycle. Just as the waters of the earth, although appearing separate, yet all converging and merging at some point together into a oneness. We too also merge within that whole, that we all share as one. Each of us like tiny droplets of water, part of that greater infinite ocean of oneness. All of us inseparable parts, of that most magnificent tapestry. Knowing that everything that is, is just energy, and that as energy all that is, is interconnected, then surely separateness can be nothing more than an illusion.
