How many of us hold on to experiences from our past and stuff it deep down hoping it never resurfaces? How many of us have attempted to release those unwanted feelings and images that keep us stuck? I've learned that repressing my unwanted and negative feelings from past experiences has held me back and kept me at a place where I was wanting to leave behind. Once I began the process of forgiving myself and others is when I noticed a "shift" in my perceptions, as well as progress in my business.

I had been holding onto resentment and disappointment for too long and worse, supressing those feelings! As a result, I kept repeating the same old thoughts and producing the same old results, which was like running on a treadmill and going nowhere. However, what I also realized was that I had to go through these uncomfortable feelings and situations in order to finally learn that it was ALL PART OF THE PLAN!

I realized that I had actually gained so much from those experiences, even though at the time I couldn't understand why it was happening. I had fallen into the "drama" and was blinded to the "silver-lining" that existed. At the time, I was consumed by "being right" and "how could that person do that?!!!" I was in the "victim" mode and felt sorry for myself which totally took away my power and ability to move foward and make progress.

Now, I am continuing to remind myself to be grateful for what has happened because that experience has lead me to my Path! I am experiencing progress in my health and business! I am more Joyful and at Peace! I thank God for being patient with me and for allowing me to learn lessons and grow every moment.

So, my hope is that others will read this blog and ask themselves, "What feelings and experiences am I holding onto that are keeping me stuck?" Search within yourSelf and ask yourSelf what is the Higher Purpose in all of this "chaos"? I truly believe that EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON." Find the silver-lining surrounding the clouds, and you will be able to rise above the chaos that occurs in our lives. We all have chaos, it's how we choose to perceive and deal with it is what makes the difference between winners and strugglers.

Make your day an amazing day and SHINE YOUR LIGHT!

I just attended a quick seminar by Dr. John Demartini, who was a teacher on the Secret. I learned so many things from last night. The one lesson that stood out for me was the lesson about congruency.

I realized that my goals must be congruent with my highest values. When it is incongruent, that's when I tend to beat myself up for not reaching it. I must be sure to set goals that match my highest values.

I must also set goals that are smaller in size that will help me get to my larger goals. For example, I am working on releasing over 100 pounds of excess weight. I must first focus on the little steps to get to there, such as, releasing 5 pounds at a time, and exercising a little bit more than before. If I can accomplish my little goals of watching what I eat and taking the time to do exercise, I know I will be able to reach my ultimate goal of losing over 100 pounds.

Aloha! I am a new mom with a home-based business that allows me to stay at home with my infant and at the same time, help others with their health & wealth. Who knew being a full-time mommy would be so demanding? Yet, the freedom to raise my own baby and avoid the high cost of babysitters is well worth the extra effort it takes to be a great mom and savvy entrepreneur.

I am learning to create pockets of time to invest in my business and my team of entrepreneurs. I must admit that at first it was really difficult to focus on anything other than my hungry, attention-loving baby! :-x However, once I became adjusted to the different sleep/wake cycles, feeding times, and at the same time taking care of my husband's needs, I realized that I do have these precious moments in my day/night to work on my business. Especially, when business keeps falling into my lap, I must continue to do what I am meant to do: Help others realize their goals.

It's great to be here....I am looking forward to providing inspiration and value as we go forward.

Aloha,
