We cling on to old beliefs that no longer serve us because we don’t want to change.

Soul Self: Follow where I lead

human self: Wait, I have to do something first

Soul Self: Can you trust me to go with the flow with no thought of what you think you have to do or prove

human self: not sure

Soul Self: Have you ever wondered why? If you look deep within and long enough to see why… you’ll find untruths which tell you that you have to do something in order to get something so you can be whatever it is you want to be

That false belief has kept you from seeing and experiencing all your Heart Desires

If you do something… in order to get something… so you can be something… that implies you don’t have it. If you’re in the energy of not having (lack) how can you expect to see and experience more (abundance). If you Believe you can’t be what you Desire to be until you have something that you don’t have that is entertaining a feeling/belief in powerlessness which never does create desired outcomes

human self: I’ve noticed that

Soul Self: Why do you do the work you do

human self: Because I like it and of course to get paid money

Soul Self: What if you Do It Because It Feels So Good To Do It

Instead of doing your work to get paid money… what if you do it because it feels so good to be of service to others and then Live in the Vibration of Abundance with money flowing freely into your hands in increasing quantities from multiple sources on a continuous basis because this is the kind of world you live in

Instead of writing a book hoping it’ll make you successful… do it because it feels so good to create your inspiration and choose to Live in the Vibration of Success and Gratitude for all those who appreciate and purchase your book

Instead of exercising to get a fit and healthy body… do it because it feels so good to move your body and to take good care of yourself and decide to Live in the Vibration of Wellness and Perfect Health

Instead of getting up early in the morning because you have to… do it because it feels so go to wake up and find you are awake again and well and gifted another day to Live Alive fully and Be in the Vibration of Joy and Gratitude for all the good coming into your Life today

When you do it this way you Raise Your Vibration

This way you are detached from any outcome. You are following your Heart living from LOVE which wants for nothing. And as you do it only because it feels so good to do it you raise your vibration so high and you are now in alignment with your Heart Desires and they begin to show up for you in your Life as Wonderful Surprises as You Receive Your Good in the Most Unexpected Miraculous Wondrous Ways

There is nothing to get. We live in a Rich Infinite unlimited Universe. Everything is here. If you are not yet seeing and experiencing something you Desire that simply means you are not in the vibration of it yet. All the good stuff you desire lives in a high vibration. You must rise to meet it in order to experience it in your Life!

Life is always giving you what you Desire yet in order for you to receive it you must trust Life to guide you in the direction to where you can see and experience it. Life is continually giving you signs… you simply have to pay attention… Listen to your Heart and go with what feels good

DO IT BECAUSE IT FEELS SO GOOD TO DO IT and YOU WILL EXPERIENCE MAGIC IN YOUR LIFE!

As soon as what you’re doing gets attached to something you can get from doing what you’re doing the magic disappears because in that moment (from thinking what can I get like I don’t have already) you’ve lowered your vibration and therefore cut off the flow and the guidance. Don’t do that!

And if it doesn’t feel good don’t do it. Yet before you ‘think’ it doesn’t feel good ask your Heart. Your mind may give you all kinds of reasons why it doesn’t feel like doing it yet it may just be what your Heart Desires on a deeper level. Ask your Heart! It only takes a moment to bring your awareness out of your mind and into your Heart. And as you connect to your Self remember to breathe as your open your Heart and Feel Your Answer

And this does not mean not to ask for anything. Yes, ask! Ask for all your Heart Desires! And even ask for something in return for what you do if you like or feel inspired. Just in the act of doing it… don’t do it for the thing you expect to receive in return…. do it because it feels good and Feel the Difference it makes for You!

And Look for the Love in everything you do… You will always find it and it’ll make you feel so good every time… this is how you Do It Because It Feels So Good To Do It!

And what’s LOVE got to do with it? E v e r y t h i n g !

And now you are doing it for the Love of it… for the Joy of Expressing who you are in the act of doing it… and you look so good doing it… and I just LOVE TO SEE YOU FEEL SO GOOD

human self: Wow!! YOU ARE SO AMAZING! I don’t know what I was thinking before! I will follow your lead forever!

Human - What do you mean?

*Spirit – Are you done pretending to be what you are not ?

Human -What are you talking about?

*Spirit – You know exactly what I’m talking about …

Human – I just haven’t felt like myself and it’s depressing… I don’t know what to do about it.

*Spirit – The first clue is saying ‘I haven’t felt like myself’. The reason you haven’t felt like your Self is because you’re not being your Self …

Human - Who am I being then?

*Spirit – You’re being your false self again…

Human - I know. I can feel something’s wrong yet I don’t know how to get out. I feel like I fell in so deep.

*Spirit – Are you enjoying it down there?

Human - Why would you ask that? Can’t you see I’m miserable?

*Spirit- Well something is keeping you there because You Know how to get back to being Who You Are!

Human – I was doing so well with everything and I felt really happy and inspired every day and things were flowing… it was awesome! Then __________ happened!!! And I haven’t been the same since. Now I’m not sure how I can do _______________ and what if _____________ happens? And now I’m questioning if I am ready to do all the things I have set in motion to do yet going back is out of the question so I feel stuck.

*Spirit - That’s an interesting place to be … knowing too much to go back yet not knowing enough to move forward so you pulled on the brakes. You fear fully choosing your Self yet

❤☮★ ☼You Can Only Be FREE from Fear When You Fully Choose YOUR SELF! ❤☮★ ☼

Human – Choose my Self over what?

*Spirit -❤☮★ ☼ You choose your Soul/Self (who you truly are) over the made-up fabricated by the mind false self. ❤☮★ ☼

Human - And why would I be afraid of choosing my Soul/Self over my false self?

*Spirit - Because you’re addicted to the mind… let me hear all the reasons why you think you can’t…

Human – OK. I can’t snap out of it because it’s too much… I’m overwhelmed and feel I can’t move… I want to give up… I want someone to do it for me… it seems impossible…

*Spirit - What if I told you this… Until You Choose Your Soul/Self it will continue to feel all those things and you’ll continue to have the same experience of it all being too much…

Human – I don’t like that… that’s not true… I’ll snap out of it eventually…

*Spirit - What’s keeping you from choosing to feel good right now?

Human - It’s just not that simple or easy you know.

*Spirit - Who told you that? Your mind of course! You know the mind is limited and therefore can’t see all possibilities… so it can’t figure out how you can do anything more than what you’ve already done so it makes you doubt yourself and you listen to it constantly and you question it all the time and it always has an answer and before you know it you’re thinking you’re it again and if you’re it then what it says must be true so now you believe you must know how it will happen before it can happen and you think sooner or later your mind will give you an answer yet ❤☮★ ☼ You Are the One with the Answer ❤☮★ ☼ and you are not the mind! Let me say this again… you are not your mind! And it is this simple and this easy! You choose! Now let me hear what your Soul/Self has to say…

Soul/Self – ❤☮★ ☼ I am You and You are Me yet you have the tendency to think that you are what the mind says you are and then you forget all about me and wonder why you don’t feel very good. Whenever you don’t feel good that is a sure sign that the mind has tricked you once again. It’s a master at trickery so you must always be Aware. You do this by being out of your mind and Living from your Heart. This first and foremost always! ❤☮★ ☼

*Spirit - Good… how did that feel?

Human – Like I’m coming back to my senses… I can feel who I am now yet how do I stay here? I mean is it really possible to live in this place of feeling so good, knowing all is well even when I don’t know how it truly will be all well… I mean without knowing for sure how it can happen?

*Spirit - ❤☮★ ☼ Here’s the Amazing thing… Once You Fully Choose your Soul/Self ❤☮★ ☼MIRACLES❤☮★ ☼ Are Caused and where you couldn’t see a way before… a way opens up for you… where you had no idea… now you see Brilliant ideas right in front of you… it’s like the entire Universe is assisting in pathing the way for you… Shining the LIGHT… Guiding You in the right direction… ❤☮★ ☼

Human – Are you saying that by choosing my Soul/Self I cause miracles?

*Spirit - Yes, of course! Because nothing just happens… things are caused by you… and you know Brilliant One… this is true

Human – How do I cause a miracle by choosing my Soul/Self?

*Spirit - ❤☮★ ☼ Remember… I said ‘fully’ choose… and the ‘fully’ is important because a lot of you think you’re choosing when you’re really just fooling… you. No offense … ❤☮★ ☼

Human – none taken

*Spirit -❤☮★ ☼ Fully means you step in to your Choice… BODY MIND & SPIRIT… it’s a done deal… and ❤☮★ ☼ When You Choose Your Soul/Self ❤☮★ ☼ when you embody Who You Are… a Magnificent Being… a Brilliant Creator…❤☮★ ☼ You Open your Self to Infinite LOVE❤☮★ ☼ and the LOVE that YOU ARE… Awakens Love all around you… and where there is Love…❤☮★ ☼ There are Miracles Everywhere for You in your Life! ❤☮★ ☼

What Does Your Heart Say

♥ Growing up… whenever I wanted to have something or do something or go somewhere... before I could move forward I had to see if I was allowed… I had to get permission from either my mom or my dad… and I was in the habit of always asking my dad first because I knew if I caught him at just the right moment he’d say OK to whatever I was asking… yet most of the time he’d say ‘Go Ask Your Mom’. I sensed he did that because he wasn’t sure he would give me the right answer… he believed my mom knew so much more what was best for me than he did.

♥ I was being reminded of this in the exact moment my imagination painted this picture of “What if every time you go to your mind first to ask a question… your mind automatically responds with ‘Go Ask Your Heart’… and in that instant You Are in Your HEART Receiving the Best Answer for You.”

♥ Have you ever noticed how the mind can doubt and question and Your Heart just Knows… and have you ever compared how it feels to doubt and question in your mind verses how it Feels so Wonderful to just Know and Be in your Heart… and in Being Aware of This… does it make sense to be in your mind all the time listening to your mind think… When You can just as easily CHOOSE to Hang out in your HEART all the time Where the LOVE IS… Listening to your Soul Enlighten and Illuminate Your Way .

♥ So anytime you have a question or are wondering if something is true or not or just want to know how you can feel good right now… Go Ask Your Heart… see how your heart feels about it… and if it’s OK with your heart then you know it’s for your best and highest good… and you can move forward with full faith and knowing… how good is that?

Warning Sign on Brakes

I was standing on the platform waiting for the train. And as it approached I had the feeling to wait for the next train coming in just 2 minutes. So I did.

I boarded that second train took my seat and often as I do while taking the NYC subway drift off into my imagination to see what there is to see.

A few stops later the train had slowed down to a complete stop and was just sitting there. Then I heard over the loud speakers ‘Attention Please… Warning Sign on Brakes… Investigating… Please Be Patient!’

As the time passed… I had these thoughts.... Why did I choose this train when I could’ve been on the train in front of this one? Now I will be late. I should’ve taken the other train. I wish I would have taken the other train! Did I make the wrong decision? Did I not listen correctly because it doesn’t make sense that I would be guided to this. Why didn’t I take the other train? It would be so nice to be on that other train. And on and on those thoughts babbled on in my mind driving me crazy… starting to feel bad… could even ruin my day… definitely interfering with the beautiful peaceful creative moment I was enjoying so much! When you ask an enlightened question you will receive an enlightened answer. So what is an enlightened question you want to know? One that feels good. Let’s investigate this!” my Inner Guide said.

First ask your Self, ‘Why Didn’t I Take the First Train?’ Notice how you feel… to question and doubt about something that already happened, wanting to change it, knowing that you can’t change it, wishing that you could change it. How does moving your thoughts in that direction feel? (This doesn’t feel good at all ) Notice how you are somewhat stuck without much room to move, it’s limited, narrow and dark. (You got that right! Feels like I’m in a cage ) This feels dark and downright depressing not serving you at all.

Now ask your Self, ‘Why Did I? As in ‘What was its Purpose, what am I Learning, what am I Receiving, because of this… what am I Releasing? What is Ready to be released so I can be More of Who I Am? Now how does moving your thoughts in this direction Feel? (Wow! This feels really good ) Notice how You Are Now Flowing with the Loving Expansive Energy Gently Guiding You to See what your Soul want You to See. (Yes… This feels like I’m flying free ) This Feels Light and Uplifting and is Serving You in Every Way.

Then this question leapt in my mind… I chose this train to hear that message over the loud speakers too, didn’t I?

Yes, my Inner Guide said… and here’s what it means for you…

Attention Please… Simply getting your attention
Warning Sign on Brakes… Time Now to give your Self a Break
Investigating… Ask Questions to receive answers
Please Be Patient!... Because you are on your way… and You Are Doing Exceptionally Well

I’m here… waiting for you… my I n s p i r a t i o n … listening now… to my Self… I know it seems I’ve been distracted severely… must seem intentional to you… like I’ve wanted to cut my Self off from knowing you… like I purposefully ignored my most precious gift…
my P a s s i o n … my reason for being… why I choose to live at all.

You see… there is a reason… there is always a reason…
a meaning if we search… if we truly want to know.

I’ve been allowing my Self to be… for the first time ever… just to be with
nothing to do… nothing to hear… nothing to see… nothing to feel… no thing expected…
just to be… with me.

What happened is this… a M i r a c u l o u s G i f t … a wise women guided me into a space I’ve resisted and feared for years… a place where I disappeared into an illusion of complete and utter uselessness not mattering at all with no worthiness to even exist. Facing and accepting and staring straight into the void of darkness and despair acknowledging all unworthiness as true… all it could do was dissolve and come unglued… the so-called power and hold it had on me for years… gone…. vanished… or yet… transformed into the
TRUTH of Who I Am… P o w e r f u l, U n l i m i t e d and F r e e .

For whenever you shine Light* on the darkness… there can be only LIGHT*

I use to be a child ridden by guilt, taunted by worry, controlled by fear, persuaded by doubt and driven by anxiety and the need to feel good enough and the unquenchable desire to be happy joyous and free.

And now… guilt has left me… I don’t remember its guise… I now only know innocence and purity. And to think of how worry harshly teased me through the years… it’s a faded memory now… no scars left nor tears. And sorry fear… you have no command over me… I renounce your so-called authority… I am master now. And to think I was so inclined to believe in doubt and to be slave to anxiety always summoning for more and accusing of less than… whatever.

The game is over… the veil has lifted… and my Vision is Clear. I Am Happy Joyous & Free. I am me. I am in Love with Life. Everything is B E A U T I F U L . All is Vibrant and New and Alive like my eyes are seeing for the first time…. A M a g n i f i c e n t Wondrous Discovery of BEAUTY and LOVE…. THIS IS LIFE ! ! !



So you can perhaps understand where I’ve been and why I’ve allowed this time to acquaint my Self to this Way of BEING… of not needing to do anything in order to feel happy joyous and free. Yet Feeling Inspired to move by simply B e i n g Who I Am… Happy Joyous and Free.

This Is True FREEDOM!

I am here… with me… Loving and Listening to my Self… so Grateful for my Passion… my Gifts… my Reason for Being…
