Worries, worries go away, come back another day. My 1st grade teacher use to sing this all the time during our timed math tests. Amazing what can stick in your mind after so many years!!

I saw this posted this morning and thought it was a great reminder for us all.

Why do we try to make life so much harder than it has to be? If WE create our lives, why make it harder?

The trick is to be able to trust & allow. I admit, I still have to remind myself at times. I think it’s bc we’re so used to doing all the work ourselves because we didn’t know (or forgot) how much the God/Universe could do for us if we truly have… Faith and allow it to guide us while staying in an amazing state of bliss & peace! We can use this leverage of good energy to make it easier. I love living this way!! It’s so much easier & so much more enjoyable!!! So don’t worry, be happy!! Smile, laugh & have an amazing Sunday my beautiful friends! Love & Light, Bela
Anytime you are worried about something, decide to trust the that God or the Universe will provide the perfect solution and continue to move forward in your life lovingly, happily & peacefully. Only in that space & energy, can things truly work out. Trust, have faith, live, laugh, love…

Much love to you all!

“There are only two ways to live your life. One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” — Albert Einstein

It truly is in all how you look at life, or how you feel about it everyday. To say to live in love or a positive mood everyday can be a far off statement for some. But really you are still stuck in the excuses of life is just to hard. When it doesn’t have to be hard at all. Perceptions my friends, and with those perceptions comes feelings and then it just snowballs from there.

Take a look today and pick one area of your life you would like to feel better about. And just for today do it. Pay attention to those thoughts in that one area whether it be about finances, relationships, goals, kids, spouses, work, people, or the limits you place upon yourself. Make a choice to choose different thoughts, just for one day. Then tonight you can prove to yourself you are more than capable of changing your thoughts all the time if you want to. Bust through all your excuses for just one day and see how many changes you can create in your life doing it just for today.

Do the rubber band trick. It is simple but very effective when you have a welt on your wrist. Everytime you think a negative about someone or something (including yourself) you snap that rubber band and it brings you out of the thought. In theory when we create pain for ourselves we naturally move away from painful situations and we will condition ourselves to think a certain way. There are many different ways to remind yourself or snap yourself out of a negative stream of thoughts. Just need to start being aware of them. Maybe you are aware of htem and just can’t get rid of them so easily?

Then you are stuck in an excuse pattern and need to shift out of that. This is where most people feel stuck the most and often wonder what is wrong with them? They want X.Y, and Z in life but can’t seem to break through to get it. That is Bullcrap, anyone can do it.! Faith and belief that you can too will see you through this. There is nothing to gain in life if you don’t feel the uncomfortableness of getting out of that comfort zone and stretching far beyond it! You have to shake things up a bit to get different results. It works every time, try new ways, try new things and defiantly move out of that comfort zone to bring about the results you want!

Much love to you all

Do you want to know how to improve positive thinking in your life? If you do, join the club. Now that we all understand the power of our thoughts to create our reality, we know this is key to a happy life. The trick is getting control of – and changing – those thoughts that aren’t giving you what you want. This is where the ‘reset’ button comes in real handy.

Your mind is like a computer. The operating system is your brain and it’s got all kinds of programs running. There are programs that run automatically – like breathing, digestion, and your heart beating. They run no matter what. You’ve also got ‘emergency’ programs that kick in during a threat, like when your immune system encounters a virus, or the ‘fight or flight’ instinct when sudden, immanent danger is at hand.

And then there’s that program called ‘Thinking’.

The thinking program has two levels: Conscious and Subconscious. The two are interconnected – informing and building upon each other as you go through life. So if you’ve got some negative subconscious thoughts from not-so-great (or even really bad) experiences from the past, they tend to bubble up and over into your conscious mind. And your conscious mind, when it repeatedly thinks these thoughts, strengthens the wiring (synaptically speaking) of your subconscious.

There are some great ways to work with the subconscious. Hypnosis being one of the best. But there’s still the rest of your day to think about (no pun intended). This is where the Reset Button can be your biggest boon. When your computer system has gone haywire and you just can’t seem to fix the problem, what do you do? Hit the reset button. Well, you can do the same thing with your brain. Here’s how it works …

Your Conscious Reset Button
The first thing you need to do in order to use the reset button is pay attention to your thoughts when you think you’re not thinking anything. When does this happen? You might be surprised to find out it’s most of the time. Here are some examples:

•when you’re driving your car
•when you’re cooking
•when you’re cleaning
•when you’re just ‘spacing out’
•when you’re taking a walk
In fact, whenever you’re doing things on ‘auto pilot’, your thoughts are usually active, even if you’re not paying attention. And what are these thoughts? Often they’re things bubbling up from the subconscious. And when they’re not, these thoughts are usually ‘shaded’ by the general attitudes (fears, worries, self-doubt; or self-confidence, trust and love) that are most predominant in your subconscious.

So when you start paying attention to what you’re thinking about, when you think you’re not thinking, you’ve take then biggest step toward change.

In fact, the next part is really easy.

As soon as you catch yourself thinking any thoughts that aren’t positive, you just say (out loud if you can) ‘Reset!’ And then shift your thoughts in a better direction.

Sound too simple? Well, the first few times you might not get very far past the reset button before you go back to thinking you’re not thinking and letting negitude rule. But with just a little bit of practice, you’ll be surprised at how well this works.

Give it a try and leave us a comment to let us know how the reset button is working for you

Much love

Last week I was hanging out with a friend and got into a great jamming session about fulfilling our dreams. Did you know that by focusing on your life’s dreams you are actually holding yourself back and repelling them? Yes, that’s right. If you are constantly focusing on your dreams you will NEVER attain them. Surprised?

You might be thinking… WTF, just like my buddy. Well, I too was shocked to learn that most people do not understand this. This may go against conventional thinking yet I know it’s the truth as I’ve seen it replicated so many times. You cannot control the results in your life, so focusing on something that you can’t control disempowers you. Now I don’t want to take the wind out of your sails so keep reading.

The Answer
What you must do is have a dream, goal or result in mind. Write it down, envision it and affirm it and then let it go. Yup that’s right, let it go. I help people go through a daily process to manifest their desires with my 5 manifestation vids on the right, so if that’s what you’re looking for opt in for those right now, they’re awesome. In this post I want you to understand how important it is to focus on the things that you can control.

With the end goal, result or dream in mind it must be let go to the universe. Cause that’s who needs to know about it. You on the other hand must stay in a place of allowance by persistently focusing on doing the work and mastering the tasks at hand that will bring you closer to the attainment of those end results. You see, if you simply focus on the dream you are stepping out of this physical world and entering the etheric space of possibility, cool to do! Yet you must step back into the physical world and focus on tangible things you can control to allow the physical and etheric worlds to collide. In other words, that collision = the fulfillment of your dreams, goals and end results. So here’s 4 ways to get your mental muscles strong and lean so you’re focusing on the right things within your locus of control.

Let the Dreams Unfold
1. Create an Inspired Climate

When you live in a space of inspiration your focus will be centred on all the processes, action steps, activities that you can do right now. Rather than having lucid thoughts about the future you’re inspired action creates a new resonance and tone from within as your being completely present. You begin to become the person that has achieved those dreams and results. So set some time aside to create and bask in a space that allows you to be fully present and focused on the work that you can do right now. John Wooden, a legendary basketball coach, said “Success is knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming”.

2. Be with the Right Peeps

You are an average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. Average out all of their health, wealth and happiness and you are essentially looking in the mirror. Again, you can control who you spend your time with. It’s your life so it’s your choice. When I was 18 years old I said “Good Bye” to a life and every person I knew and started life over from scratch. Possibly one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my life. It was a lonely dark journey for many years. Yet, to make room for something new I had to let go of the old. Aligned peeps will keep you focused on the tasks at hand, put more wind into your sails so you’re inspired to do the work, endure the challenges and maintain your sanity… : )

3. Embrace Challenges

The challenges in your life are nothing more than opportunities in disguise. The universe is simply challenging you to step up to see if your worthy of your grand cause and dreams. Are you up for the challenge? It doesn’t matter what you have done or haven’t done, said, or haven’t said, you are worthy of your fullest expression of life. Overcoming harsh childhoods, illness, disease, abuse, poverty, war, or any other life crisis actually heightens your ability to achieve your wildest dreams. We have all had challenges, been tormented by them and overcome and grown immensely because of their gift. We can’t always control what life throws at us yet we can control how we respond. To increase the expression of my life I actually seek out more and more challenging opportunities and I invite you to do the same. PS: It’s worth the ride!

4. Be Extraordinary

You will become the person you are being day in and day out. Every single day you have the opportunity to just get things done or to pour every once of your heart into everything you do. That is the difference between ordinary and extraordinary. As a friend, parent, partner, colleague, student, child or any other title you have the opportunity to stand out and show the universe who you truly are. You are extraordinary and I assure you that to achieve your wildest dreams only your most extraordinary efforts day in and day out will allow you to become the person worthy of achieving them. So why not develop an appetite for success by taking pride in the smallest details of your daily efforts and rituals. They will pay enormous dividends… the fulfillment of your wildest dreams!

So once you have your dreams and goals in mind let them sail away into the abyss of the universe. Great! Now you can stop focusing on them, come back to the reality of today and start focusing on the things you can control by practicing the 4 tips above. You are now set on the collision course of your present and future self.

HELLO…. DREAMS!
To Your Mastery,

This is a post from my dear friend Dr. Sukhi

For lack is the greatest evil that mankind has to contend with.

What is it, asked the Sphinx, “That walks on four legs in the morning, on two legs at noon and on three legs in the evening?” And all who passed her way had to answer that question – or be devoured!

That was the riddle of the Sphinx of the olden days. But to modern man has come a far more difficult one to answer. “How can I earn money? How can I make enough to get the necessities and the comforts of life to which my family and I are entitled?” That is the eternal question which confronts you and will haunt you every day until you solve it. That is the present day riddle of the Sphinx that devours all who fail to answer it.

There are so many ancient tales of this same riddle for example The Genie and the Lamp, Ali Baba, and countless stories in the Bible all teaching the same underlying principles about thinking in a lacking way.

For nothing stands between you and the dearest wish of your heart but doubt and fear. I see all around me day after day that it is easier for others to think negative thoughts than positive ones. Almost like a new law has been written for us, to expect the worst or soemthing negative to happen. Instead of the other way around. For those who do think in a positive way seem to get beat down by us. For example Ash and I were at a drive thru window one early morning, yes, we were getting a mocha. And the lady came over the intercom to take our order. She was really cheerful and full of energy. Ash made the comment “mom, I think she has had way to much coffee.” Instead of catching her positive vibe and making a difference Ash decided she was way to energietic for her that morning. How many of you have toned down how you felt because of someone elses comments?

Think of your body as a radio station, since we are made up of atoms and we do vibrate at different speeds. Some peoples stations have a really strong positive signal while others are filled with static and come in and out of signal. If you can visualize all the nerves in our body coming to the surface of our skin, these act as a aerials gathering in impressions from every source around us (what we see, hear, smell, feel and taste) and they also transmit out what we see, hear, smell, feel and taste. These nerves are like magnets in a sense attracting to us what we are already set our channel too. Some of you may be asking but I don’t want to struggling in any area of my life. It’s easy to not want something. We all have that skill. What is changing is our way of tuning our bodies station to another frequency. When the one person in the world gives us this answer then you know they will be on top of the world. Do you often tune into your body to see if what you are feeling is lack or abundance? It’s a habit to get into but a good one to start. Right now we all need to be our own centers of hope and abundance, so we can share it with others in the world. We need a good dose of inspiration and motivation to get us moving in the right direction.

As many of you know I am not very religious, and I do hold my views to myself. But yesterday I was caught off guard while getting my car serviced. Three people, total strangers had gotten into a very heated arugement over the Bible. Three different religions clashed in one small, tiny area. I literally just sat, listened and texted and played with my son. I was taken aback by some of the things that were being said, who was right, who was wrong and had a new understanding between the differences in each church. But what left the biggest impression was this: No matter what church or religion you are, there is one underlying principle there is a God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, or whatever you want to call him/her. and no matter what the bottom line is how YOU interpert what you read or how you are influenced by your church or yourself. We all know any of us can go to the Bible and find a passage to defend any point we have. We can twist words to make them fit what we want them to mean. But to see these 3 grown people get in such a huge arguement to actually repel people away from the area we were in was nothing short of mind blowing. No one wanted to step in because the arguement got crazier and crazier, each defending what they believed was right and not wanting to even consider anothers point of view.

So I leave with one quote that is somewhere in the Bible Jospehus said: When God is with us, the impossible becomes possible.

Much love to you all today

Clearing those Limiting Belief Patterns can be an eye-opening exercise. Go ahead and take out a pen and paper for today’s blog. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Last week in my meditation group, I decided to do a special series of meditations to clear negative / limiting belief patterns or negative issues. I know a lot of you have been wondering what you can do to clear negative / limiting beliefs, and I’m hoping that this article can help you.

Step 1: Getting Clear on your Negative/Limiting Beliefs
First of all, we’ll need to find out what your negative / limiting belief is. Often times the response that I get is (surprisingly), “I don’t think I have any negative / limiting beliefs or I don’t have any issues.” Now, while I am sure that you personally do not have any negative or limiting beliefs, I’m sure you know some people who have certain limitations that you wish they would fix. So let’s start with the first exercise.

I’d like for you to write down 10 things that annoy you about other people. I’m going to take it a step further, write down 10 things that you hate about other people. Be specific. Here are some examples:

1.I hate it when so and so is very petty about things.
2.I hate it when person B is always so negative about money.
3.I hate it when people pretend to like things when they don’t.
Ok, now take time from reading this article, find a piece of paper and write this down. Do it now, don’t wait or you might not do it!

Done? Brilliant! Now let’s review. I want you to go through your list and add a one word description to each sentence. For instance:

1.I hate it when so and so is very petty about things. (PETTY)
2.I hate it when person B is always so negative about money. (NEGATIVE)
3.I hate it when people pretend to like things when they don’t. (FALSE)
Ok, got that? Now, here comes the clincher. All these things that you just wrote down that annoy you about other people? Well, it is something that you are projecting onto to other people, and these people are mirrors to what you are. So if you wrote down: Petty, Negative and False – these are also things that you are. You see, you can’t see in other people what you don’t have in yourself. Many people find it hard to believe that they are also all the things that they don’t like in other people.

The thing is, we get so caught up in the terms, we make it like it is the end of the world. But these are just our dark shadows. And every time you raise your energy you also raise the propensity of your dark shadow. And if you don’t deal with your dark shadow, it will overcome you. There is nothing wrong with having these negative emotions / beliefs. The trick is to accept it and move on – and most of all, to forgive yourself and others.

Now I want you to take a sheet of paper and write down 10 things you like or even love about other people. Not so easy eh? But do it anyway. When you’re done with this list, repeat the same procedure as above and write down a one word description for each sentence. Have a look at your list and try to match up your positive list to your negative list. If it doesn’t match up completely, it is ok – an approximation is also good enough.

Anyway, what we’re going to do next is a compilation of wisdom from different teachers and masters (thanks to Dr Olivia Tee who helped facilitate and compile this). Take your list, and for each negative issue, do the exercise below:

My issue is …………..
Step 1

1.Is that right/true?
2.Is that absolutely right/true?
3.How do you feel when you think that thought?
4.How do you feel if you are unable to think that thought?
Step 2

1.All the times that I felt (insert negative issue) is past, over and history. All the parts of me that is holding that energy is healing now.
2.I release all belief, judgment and perception that I am _______ and I release all needs to think that thought.
3.I instruct my subconscious mind to release all belief, judgment and perception that I am _______ .and release all needs to think that thought.
4.I forgive that thought unconditionally, I forgive myself unconditionally
5.I love and embrace that thought unconditionally (not the content of it), I love myself unconditionally.
Step 3

1.I now replace it with (insert positive thought) , love, light and good.
2.I now affirm and believe that I am _____ and instruct my subconscious mind to affirm and believe at all levels of my being that I am _________.
Step 4

1.I seal in the healing now, and for all times.
2.Thank you spirit, Angels, God, Higher Self (insert appropriate higher being).
I found this process to be very helpful in pin pointing my negative issues and starting the process of clearing it. After doing this process we moved on to do some meditations so that we could clear the beliefs on all levels (mental, emotional, etc). In the next article I’ll let you know what meditations we did and how it has helped us.

Please do this exercise and let me know how it has helped you. Were you surprised by what your beliefs / issues are? Leave a comment below and let me know.

Much love to you all

If you BELIEVE it’s possible, you will naturally summon every energy, and resource you have to make it possible.

Stumbled upon this in an email this morning and couldn’t have worded it better myself! That is it! That is what makes the impossible possible for you. That is what ultimately gets your goals, hopes and dreams to come true. Write it down and read it 50 million times a day. Start to believe in your dreams and that you can make them all come true. It doesn’t matter what your outside reality is in the world. It matters what you believe you can achieve. If you can’t even believe in it then why have the dream in the first place?

As a kid we always wanted something. Heck my 10-year-old still asks and asks and asks for things. Doesn’t take “No” for an answer very well. Espically if she is driven to have it. Reminds me of me in so many ways. But it is that drive, she instinctively has it, we all do. We just forgot how to use it on a consistent basis because maybe we have been told No to many times. Maybe we tell ourselves no before we even think about making it a reality.

If you can dream the dang dream and feel excited about it. Then you can have the dream come true. Never lose sight of that and welcome all the doubt and worry about making it come true. That means you are on the right path and it is coming to you. Keep with it and you will see the end results in your life! Just start believing in yourself and have faith. Be grateful for every bump in the road and keep going! We will summon all things we need in our life to make it happen. All the people, information, knowledge and wisdom will come in at the right time and present itself to you. Staying in a powerful belief position about your goal will only help you see when these gifts appear. New doors will keep opening up and suprises will come into your life and it just keeps getting better and better for you!! So don’t give in to worry, lack or doubt! Move through those emotions and begin to believe in yourself!

Much love to you all

I have a guest blogger today on my site. :) Awesome site he has you can check him out at http://www.thechangeblog.com/positive-habits-to-cultivate/#more-4646

People often think of habits in a negative way. Ask someone to name a few of their habits, and they will probably report what they believe to be ‘bad’ habits such as smoking or eating too much. In fact, almost everything we do – the good, the bad and the ugly – is driven by habits.

Some habits are very positive and developing them will greatly benefit you. In fact, cultivating these habits will almost certainly have the effect of causing some of the more negative ones to drop away.

Here are some of the most constructive and beneficial habits you can try to develop.

1. Putting yourself in someone else’s shoes

The importance of empathy cannot be overstated. It is so easy to think we are right, and yet our own mental habits or beliefs are, just like everyone elses, provisional and do not correspond to reality. The map is not the territory. We are not ‘right’ and other people ‘wrong.’ Genuinely trying to see the other person’s perspective can be liberating and mind opening.

2. Embracing change

People sometimes say that we live in a time of unprecedented change. It is true that change is happening quickly and that the world is complex and interconnected. But it is probably true to say that this has always been the case. The future is inherently uncertain, and the ability to adapt to it by being open to new ways of doing things will keep you relevant and engaged.

3. Embracing technology

One of the obvious theatres of change is technology. It’s changing the world and, if we don’t move with it, we will become deskilled and irrelevant. Some people try to resist technology – this seems like a very unwise move to me, like king Cnut trying to hold back the tide – it cannot be done and you will only get into trouble.

4. Taking time for yourself

It’s important to spend a little time each day just for you. Spend a bit of time on your own to o what you want to do. Read, write, meditate, play music, dance, sing – do what makes you feel happy.

5. Exercising (almost) daily

The benefits of just 20 minutes of exercise per day are well documented. Even 10-15 minutes of vigorous exercise per day can be enormously beneficial. It will keep your metabolism high and build muscle tone, both helping you to burn more calories; it will help you sleep better and make you less prone to illness.

6. Eating healthily

No complicated diets or spending hours at the market or in the kitchen are required. Just make some simple changes to the way you do things – eat a piece of fruit at breakfast; buy a salad for lunch or dinner; take some nuts of fruit to work as a snack; have a couple of ‘sugar free’ days per week; stop taking sugar in your tea. Simple, little changes can have a huge impact on your health.

7. Meditating

People who meditate regularly experience tangible benefits. Studies have shown that physical and mental health improves as a result of meditation. Nothing difficult is required – no training or special equipment and no religious beliefs. Just sit quietly for 10 minutes and watch your breathing, trying to focus only on the breath and nothing else. That’s it. It is hard to focus only on one thing for any length of time but, with practice, you will get better and reap the benefits.

8. Reading

Reading can be one of the greatest and simplest pleasures. It can open up new worlds. It can truly change your life. With the advent of kindle and iPad, you can carry a whole library around with you. Even without the technology, just slipping a book into your bag for that commute for the ‘dead time’ we inevitably experience is a simple way of building the reading habit.

9. Keeping in touch with friends and family

People with strong social networks are happier, healthier and live longer. It is so easy to stay in touch these days, even if you live a long way from home. A short phone call once a week, just to ‘touch base.’ Technology makes it easy to stay in touch – Facebook, love it or loathe it, is actually a remarkably effective way of keeping in contact.

10. Positive Thinking

And finally, the most important one … developing positive ways of thinking will make an enormous difference to your experience of life. Your mind is where everything starts. The way you think is the key to everything. What you focus on persists and grows.

* * *

By keeping your mind on building these positive habits, the more negative ones will start to drop away. Try it and see.

Believe in Yourself and that is the first step to move away from and out of lack in your life!!

It's hard to beat a person who never gives up. ~Babe Ruth

The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do.

The difference between the impossible and possible lies within the persons determination.

How many of you have let your emotional state become hijacked by disempowerment? You know when what you feel inside suddenly turns away from positive steps forward to all of a sudden a feelings of I can't do this, or I don't deserve this or you hold yourself back due to inner beliefs that are stronger than you are? Or you feel the carpet has been pulled out from under you. You have been hijacked!! At least you know what to call it now. Sometimes putting a name to something helps you identify it when it keeps happening!! :) It's when we get emotionally hijacked and fall down and stay stuck in these limiting beliefs that our life begins to, well suck.

Inside of all of us we know we are happy by default. We are made to love by default and our inside world is the world that is perfect. We learn what fear is, we learn what lack is, and most of all we learn what sadness is through our outside world. Instead of letting our challenges in life take us down we need to build up our strength inside to help propel us through the challenge and get to the other side as quickly as possible. We can begin to view our challenges and difficulties as just that, an obstacle to something we want. If it doesn't work out then we know something better will come along. Many of us begin to resist life when it is not working for us in the way we want it. We begin to put up a wall and think only thoughts of I can't have this or that, it is to hard, and we begin to look for reasons to help us reinforce these beliefs. You begin to believe you are not ok because you feel you are not ok. And these thoughts my friends are the poison that runs through our body and begins to leak out into our world infecting everyone around us to make more of the same for us.

When we do small things to change our direction we will get HUGE results!! You don't always need the big steps to make big results in your life. Sometimes a subtle little shift inside of yourself is all it takes. I always had the attitude of I can do anything I want to. I can have anything I want in my life and by God I will get it. Just that small attitude, shifts so much around me. People respond to me differently because I don't have to say it to them, they can just tell, I put off that energy and I usually do get exactly what I want. That's why I love-making the impossible possible. It is fun, not work, I enjoy seeing it unfold in front of me. I don't worry about the how, I just know.

Sometimes we stay safe in our limited thinking because if we truly knew where or what we wanted in life it can be scary to go after it. But it is worth it my friends!!

Much love to you

I have often been asked how do you move away from a lack mentality when that is all you see in front of you? I have even wondered this myself many times in life. When all the cards are stacked against you it seems, nothing is working, and you feel helpless or hopeless, asking why me?

Before we get into this think for a moment about this: “Be silent. Watch how God opens the door. Why are you lost in the thought that closes the door? ~Rumi

Like attracts like baby!! or The mind imprisons the heart until we can allow ourselves to feel ~azura.

Just because what something you believe to be all truth is in front of you doesn’t mean there isn’t a better solution standing there too. Put a different spin on your story to get a different outcome. Don’t get so caught up in what you believe to be true. The story yesterday about the kid and soup. Just because the parent kept saying I don’t see any soup in the pantry the child looked at it as, just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there. Maybe you didn’t look hard enough. Then a friend commented and said you can always make it from scratch.

Just because a situation feels real, looks real and at the moment could be real doesn’t mean that is the only way. So when you are faced with a lack or doubt in your life, look around it, over it, through it, whatever to see another solution or maybe 2 other solutions. They are always there, but we need to train ourselves to see them better. Once we have that then our doubts, fears and worries can no longer control our minds, hearts or the outcome of our days.

I read on a tweet yesterday “People with no dreams or faith are easy to control”

Enjoy your day my friends!

much love

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one reason why it will. Then that is where your focus and drive can begin to get what you want in life or get a project done. We can all list about 100 reasons why something won’t work but it only takes one, one reason, even if it is small to say that no matter what because I have this one reason it is going to work!!

When people put down your ideas just use it to reinforce your belief that is going to work. A No Matter What Attitude is crucial in making the impossible possible for yourself. Just keep in mind it is not their wants or needs, it is yours. You matter the most to you, if others support you than great keep them around. You need that boost of energy sometimes. If not, then nourish yourself with love and positivity. Even when you have no idea what the next step is just put your foot forward and move. You will create the opportunities you need to make your goal or wish happen. If you come from a place of gratefulness and gratitude for the moment now you not only feel better but you will see the opportunities as they come. If you are in a state of fear or worry you might get passed up because that is where your mind is.

It is easy to get caught up in the state of fear or worry. Turn on the news, radio or newspaper, it is telling us what we should worry about all the time. I mute the TV until the weather comes on then that is the only part I watch now. When we do the opposite and begin to be aware of our thoughts and begin to turn them around during the day to gratitude you walk with a lighter step, smile more and laugh. You days are flowing instead of resisting, you are making your life easier instead of going up a mountain. All of this sounds so great but what if you are in the middle of a crisis? Whether it be financial, health or relationship? I have found so many times when you stop the behavior or way of thinking inside of you then you will get different results.

Think about this example. A toddler asks for a can of soup. You say I don’t see any as you are looking in the pantry. Your toddler asks but I want some soup. You again say I don’t see any. So what does the toddler do again? He/she asks for the same thing. You begin to get agitated and reply I already told you I don’t see any. If you take a step back and can look just because you don’t see any doesn’t mean it’s not in there in a toddlers mind. They haven’t gotten the life experiences yet to know when we don’t see something it doesn’t mean it’s not there. We as adults often believe if we don’t see it then it must not be there. So begin to think outside the box and even if you don’t see it believe it is there and go for it!!

This my friends is where your focus on getting all you would like in life. We should all have this type of driving force in our lives and have fun. Most of all to enjoy life and all it has to offer us. Expect the impossible to become possible for you. This is when your miracles in life begin to happen.

Much love to you all
