Sometime you feel that you have everything covered but then out of nowhere things go awry and you try to figure out what the heck happened. It's not always clear as to why they happened but you try to deal with things as good as you can for that time frame. When it gets that way you just remember one major thing, you can work anything out but you have to have faith it will change, you have to have belief in your capabilities and you have to have patience. Without those three you will feel stuck, frustrated and very angry and this you do not want. Trust me I have been tested over the past few weeks with business and I am still fighting to keep those three in my head and actions. Don't let things wear you down and know to yourself that someone out there is going through worst than you. Put your head up, keep that great smile of yours and know that your time is coming very soon.

Date: 1/19/2012 Place: Amy Ruth’s Restaurant 113 W. 116th Street Tel: 212.280.8779

I did an interview with an Entrepreneur named Sean Felder aka Big Sean and he impressed me highly. He is a distributor for XS Energy Drinks and gave me a sample of the product. I like the fact that the product does not contain sugar or caffeine in it for health reasons that is a great. We spoke about a few things such as his 5 year plan, people who influenced him like Jay Z http://twitter.com/s_c_, Donald http://twitter.com/realDonaldTrumpTrump and Laila Ali http://twitter.com/thereallailaali (Muhammad Ali’s daughter), what his goals are at the moment, how his product effects the community and more. He has agreed to come on the show and share his knowledge about his product as well as how he feels about being an Entrepreneur. He assembled a team also with includes a model to help promote his product, DJ’s, artist and he even wrote and is receiving backup from Reverend Al Sharpton - http://twitter.com/TheRevAl He has done interviews galor and on different radio shows and magazines. He will be a guest on the show soon information TBA.

Here are some questions I asked him:
1. Me: How did you get started?
Sean: My meeting with Big Cal was my turning point and I stared promoting XS Energy drinks in January 2010.
2. Me: In one sentence what starting advice would you give an up and coming Entrepreneur?
Sean: Learn to fail, be persistent and never give up.
3. Me: Where do you see yourself in 5 years with your business?
Sean: I will be a multi millionaire with deals with companies like Black Entertainment, Pepsi and Coke Cola.

My interview was enjoyable because Sean was well mannered, clean cut, very intelligent, had a sense of humor and very outspoken. I found the Amy Ruth’s Restaurant to be nice, cozy, great staff, wonderful manager and the food is home cooking at its best. If you get a chance pop in and try the cuisine and tell them Arlene Brown Media sent you. You can check out his webpage for more information on Sean and his product at www.AmpUpYourLifestyle.blogspot.com

I just spoke to him yesterday at Amy Ruth's Restaurant. Check out Entrepreneur Sean Felder and comedian Rashad Bashir tonight on www.RoughCampRadio.com

There are not many people that you can look up to, take really seriously, or even give a huge benefit of doubt to. When you find someone special who loves people, believes in equality for everyone, wants to improve life by having us help one another and more this is a person to look up to, remember and believe in for me one of those people is Dr. Martin Luther King. He was a wonderful man, with great insight and compassion. His actions, voice and everything else he did for his family, people he worked with and the human race is of monument proportions. I am not going to say that I am perfect but I have the same feelings, insight and love for the human race as he did as I am sure there are many others out in the world like me. So for everyone who is still following or trying to follow in his footsteps still believe in the dream! Bless Dr. King and many future blessings to his family for keeping hist dreams alive and still sharing them.

Happy Birthday Dr. King!

Hi Braveheart Ladies,

Hi, I did a video for the Oprah “My Own Show” and I thought that it would not be a good idea at first because so many people tole me not to do it. I put it on the roster for the cable show and it had a great out pour of support from viewers. The moral of my story is don’t look up at everyone else believe you are a star and look up to yourself first!

Hello Braveheart Women,

Thank you for taking a moment to stop and read my blog.

Today is Friday 13th, 2012 and I feel GREAT!
I know that so many people believe that it is supposed to be a day of shadow meaning "Bad Luck" or bad mood day but all my Friday the 13th's have always been very good. Maybe it's because of my positive outlook on life that I carry inside all the time. If you started your day off with feelings of dread then change your thoughts because the day is what you make mentally and spiritually for sure. It may be a little hard at first if you aren't use to doing that but believe me once you start you will fall right into it and it's very rewarding in the end. You may be very busy if you run a business, are a housewife with children, or if you deal with a lot of family and friends but take a moment for yourself today and meditate, add power to your spiritual energy and give yourself a self esteem boost. I assure you that the rest of your day can and will be a delight. Deal with today in a new manner and enjoy yourself.

Bless You

I am a Entrepreneur and a Motivational Speaker who teaches from experience, understanding and acknowledgment of the why and how of life. I have been through everything from marriage to career and all in between and have found how to turn each and every negative situation into a positive situation. I approach all aspects of my life and what I teach to others with total self esteem, assurance and lots of humor because without that you don't enjoy the lighter side of life. If asked if I want the American Dream my answer is "Yes, and I deserve it but I also think everyone else should have it also!"

:) I often awake in the morning to the sound of birds or rain and I love both, I then look over at my husband and see his sleeping face and I think yes, there is the first reason why I will face whatever the day brings as I step out of the door of our bedroom I am confronted by the lil one and she is all smiles and ready to run us ragged (comp and all) and again I think this is another reason to make business a priority in my life but I don't let it take over my life. My mom is also a huge factor in me doing business well as I need her to be proud of what she has delivered onto this earth "Me". She put such hopes and dreams into my life and always wants the best for me so I can't let her down. There are so many other family and friends that want me to achieve a firm business status which is a great thing but doing business is just part of a whole scale of things that are important to me and with all I feel blessed. I learned not to take any given day for granted and very glad that I don't because just as they are here today they can be gone tomorrow. I do live my days one at a time and find the BEST way to deal with each moment but as you know with business moments can be few in between and far if not done at the right time but then again NO time is right so I make the time myself with the help of the GREATEST man I know my husband whom held both his hands open for me to fall into while I figure out what, when and why to do things then how I will get them done after all is decided. It's okay to let your life go into many directions but manage it carefully always do business and more but not in that order if anything God, family, dreams then goals. It will be to your benefit and happiness trust me I did it and am very happy.

Blessings to you and your family :-D
