There are times in our life when we are presented with challenges that with the hand of God (faith) we can overcome!
With more snow here than we have had in quite a few winters our drivewayand road have drifted in. My husband was able to get out to work this morning, (barely) but the wind is blowing once again and he didn't think he would be able to get back. I have been working (on the phone) with the county to get the road plowed. They can't plow unless they get permission from the county commissioners because it is not considered a "county" road. Goofy..as I don't know who the road belongs too, no one seems to claim it!! The clutch has gone out on our tractor or we would take care of it ourselves...as we normally do in this situation. Prayers are that they will assist.
Anyway sometimes things are tough yet we remain faithfully optimistic! All is well! Lessons are taught and lessons are learned. I could go on with a list of other things that are not going right but that serves no purpose, to sit and dwell on them doesn't change a thing. They will still be there just the same. To change a situation means or requires some sort of action. Even it it is not perfect action it is a step in the right direction! Because of this things will change. So step one: Go dance to some fun music for five minutes. It gets the blood pumping, gives a person some fun and opens the mind to creativity - raises ones vibration!!
This morning while listening to those wonderful “morning affirmations” of Ellie’s it seems as if one of the things she says really stood out. Knowing that when we are in awareness we pick up on messages or intuitive moments, and we should listen to them. This morning it was “the burden of wasted potential” that caught my attention.
While striving to be more productive and in inspired action there are still moments when perhaps what is being “taken care of” is not what is necessary and not working for the greater potential of what could be. Makes you stop and think about what you do each day. Is there something you could do differently or desire to do?
Then the burden does seem to weigh so much when you know you’re not living up to your potential. It is a weight on the shoulders and the mind. It then turns into procrastination, negative thoughts and even a bigger weight.
But there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and the burden can be removed. All we must do is take that inspired action and create what we dream. Follow your passion, follow your gifts and talents.
Awaken to your highest potential and get into action.
While I lay here in bed
Many visions pass in my head
Swirling masses
Of people and places
Do I know them or where they go?
Are they present, future, past, I do not know.
I leave that to my intuition and allow this to flow.
My mind will move onto another scene
Will it be familiar or something yet unseen?
I am thinking of dreams, dreams, dreams,
This could be a whole other story so it seems.
Suddenly I see myself as if through someone else’s eyes
Then we are jetting through clouds into clear blue skies.
At this point I have no control over my mind
It’s gone helter skelter, racing frantically, as if it would be left behind.
Startled back into reality by the sound of a telephone ringing
Today it is your choice
To answer the call of your inner voice
And your own song then you will be singing.

May we all begin our book and write it the way we wish, with each chapter full of dreams, intentions, expectations, gratitude, compassion and LOVE. Blessings to each person, may this be the beginning of your magic and miracles.
Believing that this new year is also a new chapter in my book I am eager to begin new, refreshed, energized and AWAKENED!
Today was one of great accomplishment! Yeah for me!! I have been working on my new vision board (since Rise/Restore) and today I finally completed it! I know it took a while, but there are times when creativity has to manifest itself. Now I must say I am very, very happy with what I accomplished, and now I am eager to watch each part of it unfold. Actually I made two boards, there was just so much that I "we" (I had asked my husband to be a part of the project, since it is OUR LIFE). So now there are some things that are more special to him and then us and then me!! It was fun to watch the creation occur! Now I have a feeling of gratitude, anticipation and joy!
In my dream last night I went fishing
It was in the well of good wishing
The pole was bent over from the weight of what I had caught
But to my surprise it was not what I thought
It was a rising star hung on the moon
All twisted in the lines with a fork and silver spoon
My dream tells a story of what life can be
When imagination is set free
Unleashing endless possibilities
When you follow your dreams then you too will see
When dawn appears and pushes the darkness away
Put a smile on your face and greet the new day
Listen intently to every word
Hearing as if music from a song bird
Our hearts are connected by an invisible line
Linked together by the unseen fabric of time
Reflect upon what was your day
Tucking the knowledge you gained safely away
When tomorrows dawn appears once again it pushes the darkness away
And you have the opportunity to begin new today.
I found creativity on the floor, cast away
One day I tripped over it, tangling it in my feet.
I fell into its web
It wrapped itself around me, taking a hold of my heart
Then I felt it creep into my throat
Choking off the sounds of doubt
Exploding into my brain like a roman candle
Unleashing all that I can be into every cell of my body
Creativity captured my mind, body and soul
Now there is nothing I can not control
All that happens id due to my creativity

Today was such a wonderful day! Thanks to Radha for her clarity snaps! As I was listening to her call I was experiencing so many snaps and such greater understanding of myself and how I can sabotage myself without even knowing that I am. My mind was going snap, snap, snap, super snap! Thank you Radha and Ellie for bringing us all the opportunity to learn and grow with you and through you! What a great opportunity!

I can begin to see
As if seeing the light
Through the door that
has just been opened a crack
Allowing enough room/vision
for a peek
I feel the presence of something
More than I can see it
Nothing is clear
There is only a hint of
Knowing there is something more, beyond me,
beyond my grasp, my existence
My attempts to push the
door open farther is met
with resistance
an unseen opponent
Do I dare try to see what is
holding me back? Do I
push harder?
WHAT IF, WHAT IF
what if I see the light
Will I be happier, more prosperous
more caring, more loved, what will I be?
What if I close the door, what will happen then?
Will I remain here, stuck, empty
stagnant
Will the door ever be there again
Is it closed for eternity
Only if I push it open may I see
above and beyond
Do you ever stop and think about what your thinking about? Where do those old memories come from and why do they all of the sudden show up? Sometimes you go look inside your mind to see what cogs are turning. Have you really been keeping those old thoughts? No wonder you can't get some new stuff going when your so full of all the old junk. It is a bit like being a hoarder, when you get in deep and really look around.
If you look at your mind as if it were a computer you will find it filing and storing everything that has ever entered it before. There are times when we need to do some sorting and housekeeping. Recently I have been doing some cleaning of the files and finding all sorts of memories lying on the floor! Memories of things long ago, and all but forgotten. A finger painting picture from about 5th grade, a thought of an old friend. Why did these show up and why now?
The answer is simple, I have cleared out a bunch of space in my mind to allow for new thoughts and in the process of cleaning I have trashed out some old stuff and now am finding all these other thoughts and memories hanging around looking for some place to be stored, either let go or put away for later use. Keeping what I feel will serve me best and releasing the rest.
Where do you go to clear out and clean up your thoughts and beliefs? My advice is to attend a Release weekend and attend Rise and Restore too.
Do you ever get those songs or tunes playing in your head and you can't seem to stop them? Here is something a little bit different to think about. What is the "story" or "recording" that is always running in your head of why you Can't? There is something playing and you are tuned into it.
When you come to fully realize there is no excuse that works anymore is when you will make the biggest shift in your life. This is when you begin taking the next action step in the right direction of fulfilling and accomplishing your goals or dreams. To make your time and energy work for you.
Start today with listening to what you have been playing, if it is not what you feel is the right tune, it no longer is serving you then change that channel and plug into one that brings you JOY and an awakening to the real you.
