Have YOU noticed that YOUR net paycheck has been increasing even IF you haven't gotten a raise? ... ...

THAT was part of the Healthcare Reform Act that some railed against ... Yes, payroll tax decreases WERE part of the Healthcare Reform Act ...

YOU SEE, this President UNDERSTANDS how Washington works ... He realizes that he can NOT change it overnight, but he can help set the ship RIGHT ...

Did YOU know that the Healthcare Reform Act also tags capital gains with a 3.8% surcharge? ... ... Bet YOU didn't ... That IS the only way those who make more pay more ... I have NO objection to that! ...

All the while, the Healthcare Reform Act has covered the vast majority of Americans ... It allows parents to now include their college students on their policy till age 26 ... It also forces the coverage of those with "pre-existing conditions" ... It makes ETHICAL decisions instead of purely profit-motivated decisions a part of the healthcare landscape ...

Things are NOT the way they appear AND ... YOU must pay attention or ALL that has been gained WILL be lost ...

The Healthcare Reform Act is NOT perfect ... Few pieces of legislation are perfect ... ALL legislation generally needs to be "tweaked" and generally fair-minded, clear-thinking folks prevail ... but ... the amount of DISinformation and MISinformation that I hear on the airwaves of our nation and in print across our nation does not augur well ... and ... WE must pay attention and VOICE our concerns ... or ... the selfish and greedy WILL prevail ... God forbid! ...

What is happening in Washington is a continuation attempt by the same forces that gave us "The Lost Decade" ... WE must stand UP to them ... WE must make OUR voices heard ... WE must BE the saviors of OUR way of life ... There IS more at stake than meets the eye and when I made the Blog post above, it was my attempt to sound the "warning" bell and ask for ALL to BEcome "inspired" participants ... NOT bystanders who hope ... NOT bystanders who dream ... NOT bystanders ... period! ...

As BraveHeart Ellen sooo insightfully stated some days ago ... WE must "own" what IS happening in Washington D. C. ...

What it means to "own" what is going on in Washington D. C. is to realize that WE must recognize that those who are arguing for ONE WAY or the highway are selfish ... greedy ... lacking in compassion ... They do NOT TRULY understand the American Dream and the American way of life ... WE must set them RIGHT "out loud" ... I said in another Blog post that there IS more than meets the eye ... I CAN SEE what IS unfolding and I urge ALL to support our President ... HE has a Moral Compass and it IS time for ALL Moral Compasses to unite ... to make OUR voices heard ... WE must save the Middle Class ... WE must help those who fail to understand that WE must ALL engage ... or WE will wake up some years from now and recognize that wealth has become OVERLY concentrated in the hands of a few ... homelessness will have increased ... and too many people will be disenfranchised ...

WE can prevent that bleak picture ... "Yes, we CAN!!!"

PLEASE OPEN YOUR EYES, my dear BHW Sisters! ... PLEASE! ...

A few of you have contacted me inquiring about my "healing" experience ...

I only had three "healing" sessions with Live Alive! Amy before the "breakthrough" occurred ... EACH of us is different and EACH of us will choose different modalities to "heal," so I shared my experience so those who understand the chronic nature of some pain syndromes will choose to seek out Live Alive! Amy and/or Wynn H. Tamura, amongst others for the assistance YOU individually need ...

The tools I received from Live Alive! Amy were special breathing exercises ... I did not choose any other modality ... Others may choose a different path ...

As a follow-up, I now still experience daily myofascial pain (not as severe and not as persistent as they once were) ... I don't know IF they will ever "disappear" permanently, but ... for days following my experience, I felt better than I have for years!!! ... ... ... ... I know that the reason the myofascial pain has returned is that I have become lax in doing the exercises ... a matter of available time AND human nature ... ... No question, it takes time and "work" to make the "healing" work on a daily basis ... and a permanent cure likely awaits me, but ... at this point, I need to follow my personal intuition and utilize the tools I have been given to work on what needs to be dealt with in the context of my own personal choices on the REAL path I AM living and which I DO LOVE ...

There is no question in my mind that were I to choose a different path, I would likely arrive at a "permanent healing" more quickly, but here is where I arrive to greet my own personal choices ... my life path ... I have encountered such crossroads many, many times in my lifetime and I always manage to try to preserve what has served me sooo well ... yes, for some the costs may appear high, but ... I CHOOSE this path ... it IS the path that "calls me" ... ...

I am TRULY grateful to Live Alive! Amy for choosing to work with me and for providing me with the awesome tools which I know I can turn to when I need to ... I know many BHW Sisters who know their own personal paths of healing wonder at my choices ... All I can say is to EACH their own ... We are EACH individuals and we VALUE different things ... of that I have become increasingly convinced ...

I wholeheartedly recommend Live Alive! Amy and her awesome tool kit of many modalities to assist anyone who chooses to "heal" ... In the final analysis, we EACH make choices that resonate with us ... I hope what I have shared will resonate with a LOT of you ...

At the inception of my sharing at this site, I spoke about my "TRUE Secret" ... I have come to discover while sharing on this site that we EACH SEE life with our own eyes, hearts, and souls AND we EACH make choices which serve us in our own mind's eye ...

I don't know IF I will ever discover a Universal Process, but what I DO know is that we EACH have to LIVE our OWN PERSONAL TRUTHS ...

The time is running out ... YOU must take action. Call your Congressmen/women ... YOU must make your voices heard.

Let them know that YOU do not appreciate a certain party holding this nation's credit worthiness hostage ... Let them know that YOU SEE the game one party is playing ... They THINK we do not "get it" ... but ... I do hope we ALL do! ...

When one party WANTS to revisit this debate in six months instead of putting the debate off for the next Congress to deal with ... I THINK everything should be crystal clear to ALL ... By waiting for the next Congress to deal with the balance of this debate we ALLOW the American people to weigh in and I hope WE kick out ALL the recalcitrant people who play games and do not know how to WORK on COMPROMISE ...

Let them hear from YOU because that is the ONLY thing they CAN HEAR ...

Pay attention, PLEASE! ...

WE must ALL get engaged and allow our voices to be heard ...

P.S. Well, the House servers are "too busy" ... It was stated on MSNBC that the servers are crashing ... I DO hope the American people ARE giving the recalcitrant Congressmen/women an earful ... ... ... ... The American people ARE wise and although Speaker Boehner thought he was fooling us ... He is finding out ... WE CAN THINK!!! ... ...

P.P.S. The American people ARE getting informed! ... The latest polls ... many of them ... are now showing the vast majority support cuts and revenue as the wiser road to a solution ... Unfortunately, because of the limited timeframe and the recalcitrant party, a BALANCED approach is off the table at this time ... The American people NEED to get these recalcitrant people OUT of Congress ...

"Fareed Zakaria: GPS" is a program on CNN I try never to miss ... and today, Fareed was interviewing David McCullough, an author, historian, whom I have followed from time to time ... His son teaches or taught (I'm not positive since I haven't kept up with the latest roster, but his son did teach my son) at Punahou Academy ... David uttered something which gave me great pause ... He said something like ... we all seek "ease" thinking that is what we want, but he said people tell him, "I've never worked harder in my life, and I've never been happier." ... Whoa!!! ... Amazing! ...

I stopped and thought about what was uttered and I must say it gave me great pause ... Hmmm ... Yes, I, too, would likely have to say that ... There IS something b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l and awesome about "birthing" something that has taken years and years of hard work and wanting to scale it up in order to help as many good, decent people as possible ... Was it ever "easy" ? ... ... No ... Is it likely to be? ... ... I was hoping so ... But, maybe ... just maybe ... that is not the right goal ... I have to admit that that resonates with me ... yes, at the deepest level of my BEing ... I know, almost intuitively, that nothing TRULY worthy is ever really accomplished with "ease" ... Hmmm ... Wow! ... What a shocker! ... ...

Well, I don't know about YOU, but I know that this means I need to rethink what I have been thinking ... I need to pay attention to this "epiphany" ... I need to give it its due ... Yes, indeed! ... A "distinction" in the order of the Tony Robbins' kind ...

Hmmmm ...

I would strongly recommend that people try to tune into the replay of "Fareed Zakaria: GPS" ... I think you will BE enlightened ... He enriches my life in immeasurable ways ... of that I AM convinced! ... ... ... ... ...

As I survey the surveys ... I am simply appalled by the lack of knowledge of the average survey participant ... They are UNinformed and likely MISinformed about the "debt ceiling" ... It appears that the perception of the average survey participant is too lacking in understanding ... Auwe! ... ...

As I watch the recalcitrant ... stubborn ... bull-headed members of a certain party play to this MISinformation ... and watch with horror the DISinformation campaign they engage in ... I am reminded of this sage quote from Mark Twain: "If you don't read the newspaper, you are uninformed. If you read the newspaper, you are misinformed." ... OMG! ... What a difficult road we are asked to navigate and keep our cool ... Hmmm ...

More is at stake than meets the eye and average citizens MUST take an interest AND inform themselves ... Read widely ... listen to ALL sides ... DISCERN for yourselves what makes sense ... I know that the American people have wisdom that ultimately seeks TRUTH ... and my hope is that people will engage in their civic duty and seek to inform themselves ... Sooooo much is at stake ... The greed of some will take advantage of the UNinformed ... I can SEE really clearly what one party IS trying to accomplish ... The "LOST DECADE" will not revisit us again IF we stay INFORMED ... Just remember, my dear BHW Sisters, the Clinton Administration left us with SURPLUSES!!! ... They balanced the budget ... PLEASE "get a clue"! ... PLEASE! ... ...

My Dear BHW Sisters,

As those of you who read my Blog posts know, I recently experienced a breakthrough thanks to our own Live Alive! Amy ... How grateful I AM to feel the way I now feel ... knowing that the pain which was a constant, daily companion can be put at bay ... What a relief! ... ... ... ...

From a thinker's perspective, I have been mulling over HOW this all came to BE ... and this is my take on what happened and my desire to share what I perceive as the underlying "scientific" explanation of WHY the pain can be made to "disappear" ... I won't give away Live Alive! Amy's secrets because I certainly don't know them nor do I think it my place to share what I do know, which is only the tools I was given ... I would wholeheartedly recommend those who suffer to seek out her services ...

Now this is what I have come to understand ... and it is not merely the result of the "breakthrough," but is the result of suffering for years and years and trying hard to deal with the pain and still carry on a REAL life ... The pain relief, IMHO, is the result of the body's wisdom ... The brain IS the most important organ in our bodies ... and when I was bed-ridden with fibro pain some years ago, the ONLY way I could break that pain cycle was with the assistance of a Rolfer which experience, I believe, I previously shared ... Although the cycle was broken the pain remained and was constant ... so I decided to continue my search ... (IF you are beginning to get the reason this may have entered my life ... yes, the lesson may BE ... I never give up! ... ... ... I also look for "permanent" solutions or solutions over which I have some degree of control) ....

When the body is deprived of oxygen, the blood flow will rush to the brain ... THAT is the MO by which the pain cycle is broken ... the pain is brought under control ... and the fibro becomes manageable ... and dare I suggest or hope ... it disappears! ... ... ... ... ... The brain chemistry is altered by what Live Alive! Amy teaches ... The process is not understood by me from a scientific perspective because I don't have the knowledge to know the underlying biochemical nature of the change, but a change was brought about of that I AM completely convinced! ... I CAN sleep again, although I AM up at this hour because that IS my daily schedule and schedules are difficult to alter ... The body's wisdom and need for some degree of regularity ... a schedule ... the body serves better than IF one tries to interfere with ALL the natural cycles ... I have always understood that at the intuitive level ...

I hope this will give those who struggle ... the hope they need to seek the assistance they need ... ...

I hope this will also give those with the knowledge to understand at the biochemical level what it is I just described ... a solution ... perhaps a soul-ution (as Dr. Pamela likes to refer to them) is very close at hand IF everyone collaborates and shares the knowledge they possess ... The experience I lived and the insights I gained are all I am able to share ...

Now, the real test IS how I will be able to navigate my life in the REAL world ... Will the EASE which has eluded me present itself? ... ... From the perspective of purely business analysis, the exponential growth which I have experienced on some level has manifested and is ripe for a breakout of monumental proportions ... simply from the standpoint of "critical mass" and possession of a "secret" ... However, the ease of manifestation IS what I am now seeking ... ...

By now, anyone who knows me well enough knows that I have a need to understand things from a logical perspective ... Perhaps that has interfered with EASE ... but that IS my personal MO ... and old habits die hard! .. ... ... I have another Blog post that has been brewing in me and so ... stay tuned ...

My Dear BHW Sisters,

I have shared this before, but having just heard BraveHeart Women TV a few moments ago ... I decided I wanted to share and weigh in as well ... ...

At the hub is GOD ... The spokes radiating from God are all the religions of the world ... They spring from God and they lead to God .. ...

I am open to hearing ALL theories, but unlike most of the BHW Sisters on this episode of BraveHeart Women TV, I do not see myself as a part of GOD ... I am merely a servant of GOD ... ... Having lived with that concept ... it will take me a while to contemplate what I just heard ... Hmmm ...

However, having just discovered that I have or had "worthiness issues" I never really thought I had since ... well, I think I have (had) evolved to a level where I had a "healthy respect" for myself and all I have managed to accomplish in this world ... And yet, "EASE" had escaped me ... "Bliss" has visited me often, but ... "EASE" is/was a different matter ... ...

Perhaps ... just perhaps ... my failure to even consider in the past that WE are ALL a part of GOD may be at the root of this UNrealized or UNrecognized issue around "worthiness" (which I never really realized was an issue ... It IS the insight I mentioned on another recent Blog post as the "breakthrough") ... Don't really know ... I DO know now more than ever that "cellular memory" which I actually encountered years ago through the "Healing Codes" which I purchased and attempted to use ... has now become mainstream ... I hear about it from many quarters ... none seemingly related ...

In the SAME or SIMILAR way ... maybe ... just maybe ALL of our "worthiness" issues derive from our failure to realize or recognize that WE are EACH closer to GOD than we even begin to realize ... I don't know, but I am open to mulling it over ... ... ..

I think I CAN accept and always have accepted that GOD is manifested within ALL living BEings ... even plants and such .. I blogged about that concept years ago on some site which was a mix of political and worldly wisdom all mixed together ... I believe it might have been called e-people or something along those lines ... maybe I can see if I can find what inspired that particular Blog post of years ago ... just as this Blog post has been inspired by the episode on BraveHeart Women TV ...

Which reminds me ... as much as we EACH may sometimes think our thougths are "original" ... very often we discover that many people have thought similar thoughts in years gone by ...

In fact, quantum physics which I have been hearing more and more about was actually mentioned back in the early 1900's or something like that by some scientist ... unfortunately, I don't have all of the references at my fingertips, but I would encourage ALL who wish to explore this to Google the concept ... ...

Well ... just meandering along this fine Friday evening ... bordering on this fine Saturday morning in Paradise ... ...

My sleep patterns have definitely been interesting to observe since the "breakthrough" ... I DO unbelievably have much deeper sleep than I have managed to experience in years!!! ... This "breakthrough" IS something I AM experiencing with a tremendous sense of awe ... really! ... ... ... ... ...

There is a poem by Goethe, one of my absolute favorite, which captures this concept precisely!! ... "Die Welt ist immer spiralformich ..." or something close to that ... The world is like a spiral is the loose translation ... It speaks to the evolution of goals ... and IN TRUTH ... whether you intended it or not, the "IN wholeness" IS precisely the breakthrough insight I received a few days ago ... and IF one looks closely at your quote above we can SEE that it BRIDGES the "heart/body" to "abundance," which generally speaking, is a product of our minds ... Our ability to think "outside the box" ... to innovate ... to birth new and better ideas, ways (MOs), and things (products) ... to change HOW our living experience IS lived or experienced ... ...

IN the NOW as Eckhart Tolle sooo well articulated ... which my skimming of his tome did not reveal this elemental "secret" ...

So ... INjoy YOUR LIVES ... IF YOU CHOOSE ... The elemental "secret" has just been shared ... just as ALL elemental "secrets" deserve to BE shared ... FROM the heart ... ... ... ...

My Dear BHW Sisters,

Let me SEE if I can s-t-r-e-t-c-h for this one so I can seek to express what it IS I believe I AM experiencing in my life ...

As I have often stated here and elsewhere, we ALL live our beliefs ... It matters not that our beliefs may not align "perfectly" with what others experience as "life" ... Our experience is TRULY all we EACH know ...

So the themes which have run through my life ... which defined my life as I sought to experience it are:

Substance over Form ... ...

Quality over Quantity ... ...

In attempting to make these themes REAL in my life, I have made many sacrifices ... making choices which resonated with me ... I did all that I chose to do consciously (most of the time) and sought to align my life choices with these themes ... It IS what I perceive as living in TRUTH ... living authentically ... seeking always to get better ... seeking always to g-r-o-w ... seeking always for solutions that made sense ...

I did much of what I chose to do ... intuitively ... I tried hard to interpret the signs along life's highway ... knowing deep within that as long as I remained TRUE to what I believed ... the life that I was here to live would manifest in its own time ...

As most of you know, my life has not been "painfree" or without trials ... I DO sincerely believe that ALL of our trials and "pains" are here to help guide us ...I seek not to "overthink" my experiences (perhaps at one time in my life I did "overthink" everything ... no more ... ...), but rather to learn from them ... to move ever onward and upward ... ...

Seeking "substance over form" ... Seeking "quality over quantity" ... ...

In the beginning, I used to think that our minds were paramount and we needed to learn how to use our minds to our best abilities and potentials ... then, I started hearing and learning about how important our bodies were for any number of reasons ... but, I was much too busy s-t-r-i-v-i-n-g ... seeking to succeed (and here is where I am required to be cryptic ... ... Some day IF I can figure out a way to share what I know about what I have spent my entire lifetime mastering, I will share publicly ... but, for now ... it does have to be one-on-one ... EACH ONE ... REACH ONE is something I have stated many long years ago ...)

In any case, suffice it to say that after a battle with breast cancer and with fibromyalgia my constant companion (I think this IS being solved ... ... ) ... and with the aging process, I began to realize that I had neglected my body to my detriment ... but ... I still had choices to make and my mind always won ... I simply TRIED to ignore my "pains" ... ... and moved on to the best of my ability ...

It wasn't until I found this Community that I encountered more and more BHW Sisters speaking primarily about their "bodies" ... ??? ... ... Sometimes, the "bias" was sooo extreme that I REALLY noticed and wondered how they could "dishonor" their minds ... Of course, they were NOT "dishonoring" their minds, but I will leave it to them to articulate their POV ...

In any case, as many of you know ... I have been working with Live Alive! Amy and I recently discovered Wynn H. Tamura. both of whom have added IMMEASURABLY to my understanding of this quest for knowledge ... to understand "life" in ALL its complexity and diverse POVs ...

I can only say that I AM thrilled ... I AM aware ... I can SEE ... the light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak ... Will my life start to unfold with EASE? ... ??? ... ...

As Wynn H. Tamura seems to suggest ... mind/body integration IS "wholeness" ... and I sooo look forward to finally BEing "whole" ... ... ...

IMHO, this is what most people miss when they are either/or ... I must admit ... accessing my body in the way Live Alive! Amy facilitated and releasing the "stuff" whatever it was ... well, it has released a bunch of "stuff" and allowed me to articulate the mind/body integration that I ALWAYS knew in my head was the answer to a LOT of things ... Think about what I just said ... PLEASE ... ...

My Dear BHW Sisters,

Day Two ... and the "pain" has not returned ... ... The fibro is still here, but not where the "pain" had been concentrated and on which Live Alive! Amy and I worked on during the session on Friday ...

This is what I know about when fibro is at its most intense ... It's when I get too little sleep ... which is almost daily ... But ... when I was bed-ridden for a period of time, what I did notice were "electrical impulses" in my brain ... constantly ... That is why over the years, some physicians treat fibro with anti-epileptic drugs like Neurontin ... which helped me for a period and I can't remember why I got off them ...

In any case, over the last two days, I have had some of the BEST "naps" I have had in years ... so the "pain" is gone and the fibro that remains is much less than I have experienced in years ... but ... I am experiencing a headache, which I have rarely experienced when I was experiencing more fibro pain ... My thinking is that I always did experience headaches from time to time, but ... the fibro pain was "masking" any other pain I might feel ... Not sure about this, but this aspect always puzzled me because I used to get headaches with a fair degree of regularity BEFORE fibro ... They almost disappeared until I notice today and a few weeks ago ... Hmmm ...

What I notice now is that my brain is calm ... there is like this warm feeling without the "electrical impulses" ... a kind of "numbness" over my brain ... and a strange "silence" ... or "calmness" ... VERY different than what I "normally" feel ... Hmmm ...

This is all very interesting to me as you may be able to discern ...

However, I am planning a Blog post about "mind/body integration" ... Stay tuned ...

I AM an observer above all else and I have made many observations over my lifetime which I will attempt to share when the time is right ...

Anyone with any insights or answers ... PLEASE ... DO share ... ...

My Dear BHW Sisters,

Forgive me, but ... I need to capture these as they enter my life so as to document them for ALL to benefit ... ...

I have been listening for months now (years, actually) ... about the mind vs. body beliefs ... May I suggest that ... where I AM ... my mind has gotten me to where it IS I AM ... and I LOVE where it IS I AM ...

However ... my health ... my body ... was in a place I didn't wish it to BE ... Hmmm ...

So, which came FIRST ... ... the chicken or the egg? ... ... LOL! ... ... For me, personally, I don't think in terms of my mind OR my body ... I think in terms of the synergistic way of LIVING with BOTH serving the purpose of our lives ... [BTW, I did evolve to this POV ... I used to think the mind was paramount ... ...]

I'm not certain WHY some feel the need ... and I DO "get it" ... some DO feel the need AND they may well be RIGHT ... but ... I can only speak my own personal TRUTH ... how I perceive my own REALity ...

And, it may BE that it takes someone living on a higher plane or someone living IN their body to help me SEE that I CAN cure my own body ... but, I CAN tell you that that has ALWAYS been my belief ... that our own bodies have the ability to heal themselves ... Except, that knowing never translated to my own experience as regards fibromyalgia ... until yesterday ...

Wow! ... What a kick! ... ... I am still trying to understand HOW it IS that "pain" like I feel (felt) on a daily basis can be made to "disappear" ... HOW can that happen? ... ... Hmmm ... I do NOT have the answers, but I now know the process by which I CAN get it to "obey" my wishes ... although I never really thought or articulated WHAT my wishes were ... Hmmm ...

So, which DID come FIRST? ... ... Frankly, I, personally, do not believe that that is the question ... The answer is too complex and almost circuitous ... So, in my mind ... LOL! ... ... ... BOTH my mind AND my body MUST learn to work synchronistically ... and synergistically ... ... ...

IF this makes sense to YOU ... use it ... IF not, believe whatever it IS YOU believe ... As Burt sooo eloquently states ... the POWER of our thoughts can not be denied ... Well, that's not exactly what he said, but you can read the quote above for yourselves ...

We ALL live our beliefs ... and we ALL must make sense of them for ourselves ... because regardless of what others may believe ... it IS what we EACH believe that manifests in our lives ... ...

The above quote was recently shared ... It was an amazing "breakthrough" ... I have ALWAYS lived my life with a "qualify FIRST" MO ... ALWAYS ...

The sacrifices that were made in order to live this way have been quite high and I at times at least had to wonder WHY? ... WHY? ... ... WHY am I sooo adamant about living this way? ... ...

Well ... may I suggest those who are interested ... stay tuned ... after years of feeling that no one was really listening ... the above is testament to the fact that there ARE people out there who resonate with the same beliefs ... and do not merely pay lip service to ALL that it means ... ...

I LOVE it when I discover that there are folks who "get" the TRULY meaningful things in life ... I know there are TONS of BHW Sisters who resonate with this CHOICE ... and it IS TRULY a CHOICE ...

May we ALL choose to live as we are called to do ... ... ... ...

My Dear BHW Sisters,

This is an attempt to capture the breakthrough I just experienced in hopes that perhaps some who can relate to this will decide to do something about it ... for yourselves ... ...

There has been sooo much sharing on this site and I have been absorbing it and trying to understand it fully, but ... as much as I think I understand ... I could not bring it full circle ... until this fine morning ...

I made a decision a few weeks ago to engage our own Live Alive! Amy ... Having intuitively met with her and her partner in NY some time ago ... I was occasionally using her "33 days" program which proved very helpful to me even if I wasn't using all of it nor was I finding all of the e-mails in my overly full personal e-mail Inbox ...

Anyhoo, for whatever reason, I know that my coming to this site has been preparing me for "something better" ... In spite of the disappointments along the way, that thread that kept me tethered here was "for a reason" ... ...

Today, I learned something I should have understood months ago, but ... didn't ... not fully in any case ...

While I need to remain cryptic as per usual, I needed to share this breakthrough with all of you who have understood what I have been describing over months and months ...

Not only was my level of pain decreased to almost disappearing in today's session ... the breakthrough insight that was always there for me to find ... to know ... did not come to me till just a few minutes before we ended our session today ... Wow! ... Wow! ... Wow! ... ... ... ... I am "blown away" by the simplicity of the answers ... Answers which were always there, but which I could not SEE until I totally trusted in Live Alive! Amy and shared what was at the core of my "feelings" ...

Breakthrough! ... Amazing! ... Simply amazing! ... ... ... ...

Now, the Law of Attraction makes more sense to me ... Now, Quantum Physics makes more sense to me ... Now, it ALL makes more sense to me ...

I know I am on a "high" right now and I know I must live in the REAL world, but ... the insights and the breakthrough and the pain relief I experienced this fine morning ARE REAL ... So ... stay tuned ... I gotta run ...

But, since I know BraveHeart ... Live Alive! Amy visits these Blogs from time to time ... I just wanted to share this and express my sincere and profound gratitude to her and the work she does!!! ... ... ... ..
