Thank you God ! Kim came thru surgery with flying colors.
She has such good friends at Curves that there will be meals delivered at supper time for a week.
Now to get to finding my FOCUS and Following it exclusively.Thank you Amy (Live Alive) for your timely blog on FOCUS . Today I must find my FOCUS .

Today I needed to get out some paperwork for my business but I check email then I go from sight to sight taking care of ebills and such.Then we need to return something. We could get our eye glass prescriptions,no I forgot where I put the prescriptions. I make to do lists, which get lost on my desk I'm so distracted.Tomorrow I need to prioritize my list when I can find it.Maybe I'll find the right group to join or some of the videos will help.God thank you for an organized day.

Kirk and I spent yesterday on Cape Cod to trade decoys.It was a day of forgotten insulin,missed exits,and getting off the wrong exit while still getting to our meeting place when our friend was walking in.On the way home we missed an exit and found a less crowded easier way home.Someone was looking out for us I pray He's looking out for Kim as well.
Just when we thought we had a pretty good day Kim's surgery got canceled because they found a lump in the other breast.Kim was glad they found it before the surgery.They are going to biopsy it this week and if it needs anything more they can do it all at once.how's that for a positive spin.
I try very hard to keep a positive attitude but sometimes Kirk's negativity tries to creep in with thoughts like out living our kids.
Today is going to be a positive,productive,organized,hopeful day Thank you Lord.

Today I spent a couple of hours doing something I really enjoy,looking at my pictures and creating an album.(Why don't I do that anymore){note to self make time to be creative}I need to find more balance in my life.Find time to promote my business,Scrapbook,Quilt,spend time with family,find my inner voice,take of me and Kirk,and remember it all.Thank you God for this wonderful day.

My daughter is an amazing woman Kimberley turned 40 in January.She is married with 5 children from 15 to 2 1/2 years old.She is a stay at home mom who,like all of us,is keeping the reins on cost by raising chickens for the eggs and an organic garden for healthy vegetables and she does all this and home schools her 5 kids.Now she is ready to fight this cancer head on with a positive attitude and her higher power.An unshakable belief in God.Thank you God for giving her to me.

What do I write about that someone would want to read? I'm not the most interesting person in the world I guess I'll just write this like a journal just for me.

We got back from FL delivering our son Kirkie back home after seeing his sister brother and 8 nieces and nephews (boy is he happy not to have any kids of his own).It was a very long trip as we had to go thru IL to see Kit our other son,who is happy being a hunting guide.

Back in CT we were hit with a big one.Our daughter's routine mammogram was positive as was the biopsy I can't even spell these words never mind understand them in relation to my child.My Dad died of lung cancer in his 50's when Kim was 5 now at 40 she has it.

I'm still processing will write more tomorow.
