Chakra Healing is Important
Your chakras make up an energetic system in and around your body. This system affects your emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical health.
Understanding and working with your 7 primary chakras gives you power to create more harmony and abundance in your relationships, health, and even with your money.
The best part? Every chakra already holds the blueprint for your abundant life. You just need to open up the energy and let it do its thing. It’s not hard. You shift your energy and your life shifts with it!
About the 2nd Chakra
Called the sacral chakra, it’s a vibrating disc of energy that expresses itself near your abdomen area. It symbolizes a creative space. And it represents your experience with relationships, sensuality, and creativity.
When you strengthen and recharge your 2nd chakra, you affect these parts of your life.
Open and Balanced
When this energetic center is open and balanced, certain areas of your life thrive:
You have an appetite for creativity, in your life and your relationships. You feel at home in your own body. The dynamics of your close relationships support you. And you are at peace with the way you express your nature with your body.
Closed and Weak
If you are closed or weak in this part of your energetic system, your creativity and intimate relationships may also feel blocked. Intimate relationships may feel threatening or bring up insecurities in you. You may also worry about abandonment or financial insecurity. You may feel your creativity stifled and blocked.
A closed or weak second chakra can set you up for physical illness in that area of energetic expression of your body—the abdominal area. Digestive and reproductive issues and just a few examples of this.
What You Can Do TODAY
I have several simple tips to help you energize your 2nd chakra. As you follow along with me in these simple exercises, pay attention to your own energy. Let’s get started:
Maybe you saw the news story: a mother said she gave her 8-year-old girl botox injections, and then said the story was a hoax. It caught my attention because it’s more than just a hoax. It’s part of a bigger lie that women everywhere are programmed to live by.
You’ll know if this hoax has played a part in your life it you can answer yes to this one question:
Have you ever felt like you weren’t beautiful enough?
The fashion industry teaches a false definition of beauty that limits us when we believe it. This hoax makes women hate themselves in dressing rooms, complain they’re too fat, or even think their 8 year old girls need botox. It’s common for women to choose a hair color contrary to their true nature. For example, we have found that Type 2 soft, subtle women often try to “brighten” their hair color, feeling it will bring more life to their look. Unfortunately, the exact opposite happens. We no longer see the woman—we just see her bright hair!
