Working with our 7 body chakras, we begin to have an understanding of what lessons our chakras are teaching us by working with all our senses and most of all our intuition.
Afraid, of the dark, have fear of the truth ,don’t be, for looking into the dark lessons of our lives with the help of our 3 lower chakras, helps to understand the emotions we have blocked out through different traumas within our lives..
Acknowledging our higher 3 chakras, we can begin to have complete compassion for all we do.
Taking a journey through your dark lessons to the light lessons you become One with yourself and to others. You can never be completely of dark or light lessons, but have Compassion for both
Helping you focus with your new thought plan.
Peeling away the layers, letting your emotions rise to the surface ,fore that is where your journey shall begin . Blockages are places of trauma which you have stored when the time the place felt like or didn’t realise that mentally and physically you was not ready to handle the feeling.. that’s fine, now your ready. Sometimes through pain within our bodies they bring a realisation that something is wrong and that you cant remain in this predicament… you want to take the pain away , and you can through communication, listening to your intuition , changing our thought patterns, vocabulary, the power of intent, and through taking action by recognising your feelings and truly communicating with your body, your life can change..
Having an understanding of your own belief system that you can recognise as your own. one that you can relate too.

Letting go of a belief system, as you know it now, and go within and listen to your own intuition.
Having an understanding of your own belief system ,questioning all around you, recognise these new thoughts as the new stepping stones too listening to your intuition, is the key to unlocking your future, as your own. one that you can relate too.
One step at a time.
You cannot change the past .
Except the things you can change .
Listen to your own wisdom, by connecting with your intuition,.
Letting go of tomorrow.
Live in the moment .

I treasure the constant images,thoughts,knowledge,understanding , and endless possibilities that come to me daily & the ability to have life tools with me, so that i can be flexible in the choices that i make & give, on my lifes journey. Aswell as gaining wisdom from my children, watching a sunset ,a sunrise, laughter from my grandchildren,reiki,hugs,going to my mind medicine room,law of flexibility,bubbles,visualisation,seren ity prayer and friendships of likemindness.& most of all being alive & living in the moment ..One Day at a Time..
