Hello to all the BraveHeart Sisters,

Life is about having the opportunity to Grow and Learn from those whom we aspire to be more of.

In late 2009, I made a promise to myself to Let Go of any fears(False Evidence Appearing Real), and Become the Woman I knew was kicking and screaming to get outside and BE SHOWN.

Now this kind of purposefulness does not come about without making the CHOICE to get out of my illusionary box that I had drawn tightly around myself. It was suffocating me! So I took many...many deep grounding breaths, vagus breaths...you name it kind of breaths, and made the DECISION to step way out of my comfort zone. There really is no better way of doing so than to host a Meet and Greet in honor of Dr. Ellie Drake and her phenomenal community.

We in Calgary, had the incredible pleasure to have the Amazing Dr. Sugar fly up to be our speaker and teach women about being Empowered and becoming Inspiration in Action. Dr. Sugar taught the women the importance of removing roadblocks that were standing in the way of them achieving true prosperity and fulfillment. This was the start of the women here learning to love themselves unconditionally and to live their life with Purpose.

Dr. Sugar, we thank you for all the time you spent with us to assist us in becoming who we are meant to be. Can we have you back again? We miss you already.

Ellie, we thank you for the opportunity to share your Vision of the BraveHeart Women Global Community. We appreciate you and what you are doing and would love the opportunity to always do more, and of course, become more in the process of doing.

To all my BraveHeart Sisters, this was a time truly of being Inspiration in Action and WE LOVED IT ALL!

I encourage everyone to get out of that darn comfort zone so we can see who you really are. If I can do it....you can do it too!!! And when you really LOVE something and it means the world to you, you just get over yourself...I am living proof. It is all in the breathing.....

Hello BraveHeart Women,

I wanted to finally share with you an incredible experience that manifested through a "Meet and Greet" that was held in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This was Canada's first introduction to the BHWGC and the Amazing Dr. Sugar.

Dr. Sugar was phenomenal! Through her mastery of speaking and teaching, she encouraged the ladies that attended to follow their intuition, to be all that you can be. She gave us the foundation of how to RELEASE the roadblocks that stand in the way of our Purpose...and how to get to that place where you can truly live out your Heart's Desire. And this, of course, goes without saying because I believe this is one of Dr. Sugar's FAVORITE THINGS...To Love Yourself Unconditionally!!! This IS the greatest gift you can give yourself.

Thank you to Dr. Sugar for taking the leap of faith and coming to Calgary for the very first time. We Canadians love you and appreciate you!!! We hope that you will come back again, EH!

Thank you to Ellie Drake for her Vision of this community and empowering us through her example and her knowledge to be INSPIRATION IN ACTION! We are forever grateful!

This was one of the most memorable events of my life, and I want to thank you for that experience.

Dear BraveHeart Women,

It's never too early they say to post your second Blog, so here are some thoughts...
I was out the other day window shopping and enjoying a beautiful day when I came across a small card that caught my eye. Here's what it said as this is something I strive to do every day of my life...

Hello BraveHeartWomen!

Well, I finally DID IT! Yes, that's right Ladies....MY VERY FIRST BLOG!

I actually wanted to have that MOMENT,you know, such an inspiring thought that I would have everyone including myself experiencing that A-HA ! So, I decided....well, to be totally honest it was with some prodding....enticing...ok, let's use the word ENCOURAGEMENT from my Soul Sister to JUST DO IT!

So this is just like anything in life....we can wait for that perfect moment, the perfect thing to say, the perfect...I'm sure you get the picture.

I want to my first blog to be Me, the Real Me...so send me your thoughts of your first experience or thoughts of your first blog. How many times did you write it over to make it perfect or perhaps change the theme or whatever?.....

Looking forward to hearing from all the BraveHeartWomen out there who are active in the community.

All I can say now is......I'm in! and I am now an example of just getting over myself and Being Inspiration In Action!!!
