Enjoying my success after standing on the scale this morning and seeing the 20 lbs. that I had released...I knew I had finally gained my confidence that I was finally past the point NOT to return to my old SILENT TEMPTATIONS.

I will not elaborate on my health issues at this moment, because I am too blessed to return to a community of BraveHeart Women who have made it through many journeys without complaining.
