Weight Watchers, Nurtrisystem, Jenny Craig, low fat, low sugar, low this, low that ... have you seen the amount of commercials on tv around weight loss/body image? I'm not sure about you ... but I certainly do not fall for the Marie Osmonds of the world (who can pay for any amount of cosmetic surgery) wanting me to follow them as they show off and want me to follow in their footsteps ...

I realized many years ago that I am a leader ... which means that I am not a follower ... on any aspect of my life, including my day job ... for I am the only person in my department, consequently I am the leader in my department. How cool is that?

So, I begin to notice the amounts of money that all things weight/body image that are brainwashing us via tv, radio, magazines ... that got me thinking ... What would it take for those companies to take their advertising budgets and contribute to humanitarian issues? How does it get even better than that?

Let's really break things down .... if you question it, doesn't it seem that if you truly felt that you and your body were beautiful, wouldn't that mean that these companies would lose a customer?? yes ... i'll give you a little time to ponder that? .......

I shout "WAKE UP!" ....

What would it look like if you shook yourself and all those noises that fill our lives ... inundated with useless information ... falsehoods ... **puts hand up in front of her**

"STOP the teacup, I wanna get off!"

Even with all these miracle this and miracle thats, and doctors and nutritionists advising this "food program" or that one ... we are veering further and further away from what is true for us ...

Ask yourself "Truth, is this in my highest good?" ...

Ask your body "Body, is it in my highest good to follow this?"

The truth will always be revealed ... because our soul ... the very spark of our life ... knows best what is in our best interest ... STOP, LOOK, AND LISTEN to it ...

I am! and am so grateful for the truths that are being revealed ... and my body sighs in relief that I am finally hearing it shouting ... shouting with tear streaked face ... my body is responding to that which I recently embraced ... with glee, feel good, ease in movement, more flexibility, ahhhh yes I've been working toward that for almost 9 years now ... trying this, trying that, always seeking for more information ... when the information was within all this time ... and I'll tell you what I'm doing ...

I've given up grains. Yup, just that simple ...

All things containing flour (all of them), rice, quinoa, starchy veggies, potatoes, corn ... and with that, comes the peace of mind that I am not consuming anything that is genetically modified ...

Because I was one who would give up an entire meal for a good cookie ... that now leaves lots of room on my plate for organic or grassfed animal proteins and veggies ... AHHHH that's how that was supposed to work ... I found that by the time I ate my favorites, I no longer had room for the veggies ...

Eating lots of fresh fruits & veggies, with nuts, raw cheeses, and some animal protein along with good fats (cold pressed olive oil, Nutiva coconut oil, organic heavy cream and yes! butter)

However, I do find that I eat very little butter ... since there's no potato or bread to spread it on ... I just add it to veggies after I've quick cooked them, enjoying the flavors as enhanced by the organic butter flavors ...

I'm thinking about what I do consume that comes in a package ...

... chocolate protein powder
... nuts
... cheeses
... organic heavy cream
... meats
... think that's bout it ... verra interesting isn't it?

keeping in mind to keep any carbs listed on the labels to a max of 100-150 ... that is the sweet spot if you're looking to lose weight ...

I wanted to send out some love to you ... knowing that this is what I was searching for and wish someone had been there for me and able to offer me these wisdoms ... so in true Leader fashion, I am reaching out to you, holding your hand and helping you up ... if that's what you wish ... it is your choice.

I have had this book from a friend … I’ve had it in a gift bag for a few years now … carried it around in my car for a summer … brought it back into the house … I just keep moving it around ... when I clean … when I reorganize and move furniture … Well this morning I passed my friend’s husband while driving in the opposite direction … reminding me I still have her book. After I get home, I take the book out of the gift bag I’d had it in all these years to keep it pristine for when I run into her.

This all makes me wonder if there’s still something in the book that I need and that is why I still have possession of it … so I curl up on the couch and flip it open to the table of contents page. Picking out a topic, I begin reading … oh yeahhhhh … I must have skimmed over this … or maybe I hadn’t even finished reading the book … for here is this information that I needed … right here, right now … for my own remembering.

It is about The Illumination Process. Basically it’s about combusting the energies around an imprint and turning them into light, thus releasing the emotional energy trapped in an imprint. But that intellectual understanding does not clear away the underlying imprint itself. It is as if we had a cut that although was cleaned but never bandaged, within weeks or months, emotional energy again collects around the imprint and re-activates it.

Psychological issues we thought we had healed long ago again rear their ugly heads, and destructive behaviors resurface … OHMYGOODNESS! … So that is why we keep feeling these dratted emotions and sensations over and over and over again …

As I continue reading ... so if you were working with the Illumination Process via Shamanic Healing … this process combusts the energies around the imprint and the underlying imprints are literally erased. There is no pattern left in the blueprint to reorganize an old reality!!

We all know that reliving a psychological issue can elicit painful memories … and thru this particular Shamanic ritual … you will, most likely, still feel the pain from the original incident … Soooo… what else is
possible?

What would it take for you to hear me when I say that there is no pain involved when we "take out the garbage" or
"empty the recyle bin"?

We've already done the pain part thru learning the lesson. The pain portion is over ... you can now totally relax.

Placing my hands on your head, in a specific order, exceptionally choreographed, YOU allow the release of these imprints, these limitations and beliefs that are holding you hostage. In a relaxed state, lying on a massage table, completely at ease, and while having your bars run, releasing … letting go …layer by layer we remove that which no longer serves you.

You may fall asleep, you may be completely comfortable while being conscious of each new placement of the fingers, and hearing the sounds in the room surrounding you, you may feel your body twitch as energies leave …OMG this is da bomb and is the reason I regularly trade bars with another practitioner, it feels so great having my bars run and the euphoric state afterward … it usually lasts for several weeks.

I remember a particular training, talking with a friend during a break, she was saying something that was feeling really important to me … I urged her to keep talking … and as we muddled thru it, creating a clearing statement for that
energy we were following, only the two of us aware of what was happening with us ... in a room surrounded by 20 others … we agreed to let it go, said the clearing statement … we just held each other’s hands as if we had just seen something really magical … we immediately turned to the facilitator of this particular class and
… try as we might … we COULD NOT recall the “thing” that we had just cleared … it had completely been erased off of our hard drives… no memory of it whatsoever. This Access Consciousness stuff truly IS this awesome! My favorite story is of the woman who spent 25 years and $150,000 in therapy working on stuff that was not even hers, cleared in one bars session! Now how’s that for a testimonial!

I truly love what I do … I believe wholeheartedly in it … I experienced my own healing with it … and I get to participate in the healing stories of others as each is freed from limitations holding them down and waking up to their true potential … I love who I am and how I get to participate in your awakening … How does it get even better than this? I am open to seeing where this all will lead and how to facilitate more of this wonderful feeling of light.

A Woman’s Many Faces, A book by Leta Hamilton, wanting to be shared

Introduction
Who am I? I am Leta Hamilton in this lifetime. I am a sacred expression of God’s (All That Is, the Universe, etc.) unconditional love for each human being living in this physical dimension of form. I am a daughter, sister, wife mother. My writing, my workshops and my radio show contribute to the world’s uplifting frequency with their positive messages and life-affirming principles. I have a mate who supports me while I ready myself for things to come. I have four children who teach me every day through their childhood antics masking innate spirituality. I am blessed with a house that contains all we need for our future. There are people, places and things lining up to make my life purpose come together. I will find my seeds have grown into great bushes of wonderful and many colored flowers.

Who are we?
We are all stars in the game of life, understanding the elements required to play this game successfully. Our core is made of non-physical cords of light, extending to all that we desire in the physical world. I am cords of light at my core. As women, we are spiritual mothers. We ponder, sit and pray when a question arises. Our role as spiritual mother is inclusive of all other roles. I, Leta Hamilton, ponder, sit and pray in the company of angelic guides for intense cord-conversations of light vibrating between dimensions. When I am able, I give back to the physical dimension what the angelic guides have taught me. My intention for sharing what the angelic guides are teaching me is to give teaching about who we are at a soul level. As I share what I am learning, my soul will feel it is living its purpose. There are attachments to fear still to be released, but I am grateful for my angelic guides. Their willingness to assist me in reaching into my energy and learning about the soul is never ceasing. They continually move me in a direction where we can do this work together.

We are the king of all our surroundings.
As kings, we command that which surrounds us. Everything is a servant to our castle. We start as a piece by piece algorithm that begins the life-cycle. We are an expression of All That Is on earth. I, Leta Hamilton, am a “handler.” I take my hands and use them to answer questions. I use my hands to answer my questions and I use them to answer other people’s questions. I also use them to be in communication with spirit guides. I write down what they give me as symbols in my field of consciousness and translate into words. They tell me if I am interpreting the symbols correctly through my hands. Everything is tested. Every word, sentence, paragraph and so on. With this, I hope to contribute to the populace wanting specific answers to questions for the purposes relating to their soul and divine mission. I am intending to attract populations of humans who all have an interest in the soul and who believe in my method. Then, I will truly feel as if I am helping. I must let go of my attachment to a group consciousness that belittles thinking with non-conventional, non-physical beings of light. I appreciate that there are people on this planet who have gone before me and unattached their beliefs from group consciousness, who have gone on to live fantastically fulfilled lives based on their own principles of truth. Everything is infinitely possible. Anything we can dream can be. I am a result of a dream. Everything is. As such, my dreams are infinitely possible. I accept that the space-time continuum affects the ongoing state-of-consciousness of humanity and is a part of the manifestation process. I allow my spirit guides to work outside of space-time continuum on my behalf.

We are all powerful beginnings.
We are the start to consciousness shifting opportunities for all expressions of the universe. You are the center in weakened sense identities. The purpose of your physical “I” is to understand with consciousness all forms of programs for light operating in form. You inhabit a sense-identifying-aperture signifying vibrations of hydro/oxygen densification. With sensitivity all around you, you are a skilled and talented concentrate-collector for routes between theater associated realms like earth and non-physical centers, realized as angels. With the skills and talents I have, I can contribute to the teaching and guidance of souls seeking understanding of Divine Missions, soul’s mechanics and relation to experience on earth. Now that we are entering into a new era of consciousness, my time has come to bring my skill to a wider audience. With this step taken, I will feel a content of soul. There is still an attachment to the illusion that outward experience affects negotiation between what can be next for life and desires, but I appreciate what soul knowledge I have already collected. It is a greater understanding about who we are as souls that will bridge the rift between sensations and the infinite realm of possibilities, what we call consciousness.

You are a soul.
You process emotions through your soul. Emotions heal the settled energy in consciousness. As consciousness begins to fill your soul, you trap amplifications of energy in it and they become your frequencies. This mechanism is all your soul uses for processing emotions and returning to hoops in the angelic dimension where expanded consciousness is realized. We are all souls sharing with other souls how to harness the new frequencies that will take us through the next hoop to expanded consciousness. Those of us with enough emotions processed through to full understanding, turn toward angelic realms to expand further. We all have skills to teach other souls how to enter the next hoop for them. You fill your life with people, places and things that can assist your soul’s ascension and the ascension of other souls. As we go further into 2012, we are ready for new insights about who we are as angelic beings. We support the earth in figuring out its next hoop for realizing its angelic real-nature. My soul is intending to attract as many other souls as it possibly can to show all of them how to enter these hoops. I am writing this book to attract souls and everything I do is intended by my soul to attract like-minded souls. When this is achieved, my soul will feel it has everything it could possibly desire in this lifetime. There is still an attraction to the lower frequency of fear and unyielding posturing toward bodily identification, but my angelic Higher Self is helping me move through hoop after hoop after hoop and finally to complete union with the truth of who and what a soul really is – a piece of God. I know it is infinitely possible for a soul to vibrate in the frequency of its Divine Angel. The Angel that is you holds out her hand and greets your soul through hoop after hoop to your true, divine, nature. If your soul accepts that there will be a time when you exceed how you currently experience the world, this is all you need to allow the angelic presence at your center to give you whatever you need in the moment.

You are energy.
You are a light being made of frequencies of vibrations, all orientated on an individual point of light. The frequencies of vibration are in consciousness in order to experience emotions. As energy, you experience for God. As an experience of emotions, your frequency takes vibrations from consciousness and translates them into more frequencies. These frequencies are registered throughout the rippling sea of All That Is. In other words, you illuminate All That Is on behalf of God. You use the tools of time to make a soul that will process all the frequencies of emotion to give meaning beyond the surface and turn it to unconditional loving for all beings. Your angel self has the teleportation to manage space and time as if it were nothing. For, indeed, they are nothing. There are no “intentions,” as such, only the instantly attracted energy of a desire. In this moment, you can call forth the energy of bliss and serenity and they will be yours. You already “feel” permission from All That Is to experience the feeling that will expand your soul through the hoops of consciousness and bring it closer to the truth of who and what YOU are. Attachment to anything is but a clinging. Your soul clings to that which it already knows when faced with a new possibility for a new emotion. An extreme speed of vibrations is never “blaming” its frequencies on attachments. Your soul simply attaches to vibrations that match its own. When your vibration increases, so do the frequencies of the energies around you. You choose how you vibrate. The things you consider attachments are with the soul until it is ready for a new experience. That comes when the soul is awake to the possibility for a new experience and asks for it. You always appreciate who and what you are, as an energetic entity in consciousness. Your vibration in time only knows itself as appreciation. You bring into form, or manifestation, All That Is from the vast nothingness to the realm of space. This is what appreciation symbolizes in your definition. So, everything is infinitely possible. You can make anything manifest in a moment. Your only “job” as a human is to experience the emotions of the soul for its growth to the hoops in consciousness until it too is the same frequency as your angelic self. As an energy vibration, you are frequencies.

You are cords of light.
Your soul processes the emotions of the entity known as your name. It records the expansiveness of emotions in the realm of consciousness. You are a data processor, a registrar of frequencies, a growing mechanism and simulator for the angelic energy that is the “person” at the center of the soul and the body. Your soul expands into the great field of consciousness until physical form drops away and takes the form of rightful, loving, unencumbered and pure light. The soul is an inner bridge between physical and non physical, contributing to both body and spirit. Your intentions as a soul are always to attract frequencies from the sea of the non physical those vibrations that will aid you in expanding to the hoops of consciousness toward your angelic vibratory counterpart. When you reach this stage, you will feel ascended, wholly unified with your angelic vibratory counterpart and in physical form as a messenger of where we are all going. The soul of each of us appreciates its angelic vibratory counterpart and the body, which houses its light cords. All is to be appreciated from the soul’s point of view. Your soul knows that everything is infinitely possible because it witnesses your angelic vibratory counterpart creating energies that manifest as realities to the life of your name. This is so that you will attract what you need for moving from one hoop of consciousness to another. These energies are infinite in scope and truly all that you can imagine is possible. Your soul accepts its duty to process the emotions the spirit creates for your expansion to its vibratory rate of rightful, loving, unencumbered and pure light. You, as a soul, will always allow frequencies to come to you that will cooperate with your experience into the next level of consciousness.

You are an open hearted human.
You are here to issue open hearted knowledge about the soul. Your core self if essentially heart space. You have three roles: to use your life as an appeal for loving souls, to give earth a vibration for allowing her to move through the next hoop and to best the experience of an open hearted human on earth. With these roles, you are given five skills and talents. The first is to move between human institutions and spiritual elements. The second is to be touched by spiritual guides. The third is to find the answers to your questions. The fourth is the ability to use words to bring spiritual essence to the hearts of the other humans. The fifth is love to the human that lives on earth as a piece of God. Your contributions are threefold. You will use your body as a teacher of spiritual truths, you will use this life for unconditionally loving every other human and you will be such a vibration that the earth can move into the next hoop. The spiritual information coming into you now is the result of what you already know. There is infinite possibility that you will become all that you came here to be. Accept that you are a teacher and allow spirit to do its work on your behalf.

You are a mother.
You are on a quest for all that can be learned from motherhood. This includes what can be learned from no children in this lifetime. Your impacting look at mother-ness has an elevated effect on the well-lit hearts of children. Your core self is the hearth. From here, all things illumine the world. Withhold the hearth and there is only darkness. You can feel a great sense of pride that this work is finding its way into the hearts and minds of so many around the world. Appreciate the children, what they teach you and add to your quest to be the best mother. Through this endeavor, Mother Earth, too, will be healed and her children along with her. You are therefore an Ancient Mother. You have lasting, eternal consideration for our Mother Earth and her children. Your existence as spiritual mother brings a frequency that will raise the frequency of Mother Earth. You are a human who puts herself before all others. You are a power human, one that allows spirit to bring her the riches she deserves. You will have offspring upon this earth, if not in body, then in spirit. You have in your powers the capacity to be an unconditionally loving frequency toward all life. Taking whatever earth years are necessary, you will heal Mother Earth through spiritual mothering. Your calling is to unconditionally love Mother Earth, to grow your own soul for the expansion of your frequency and, by extension, that of Mother Earth. You have the talent to mother your children with spiritual conditioning of the home, be unconditional with your love and to make all children feel valued. In this way, you will make a path for all to be spiritual mothers, even the men. Whatever your purpose in the individual circumstances of your life, be inspired for action today. This angel that you are is here for you to find.

You are a wife, a friend, a daughter and a sister.
Whatever you are, you are first and foremost a spiritual aspirant, looking to become enlightened. Your roles are the day to day duties of your labels. These duties provide all that is needed to become enlightened in your story. You have the skills for accelerating your ascension. You can “be” the vast thing you are – no matter what your life looks like from the outside. How do you need to be reminded of your vastness? In whom do you see the vastness that you already are? It is in that vastness of knowing of self that you will feel bliss and serenity. The only attachment to let go of is the attachment to feeling less than vast. You have a prayer that can release this immediately. It goes like this: “Divine Self, I, of my own accord, can do nothing about my feelings of smallness. The only thing I can do is surrender my feelings of smallness to my Divine Self now and forever more. With head bowed and humble heart, I surrender my feelings of smallness NOW and FOREVER MORE. In the name of vastness, it is done, it is done, it is done. Amen.” Of course, there is always the possibility that none of this is real and I am completely mistaken. If that is, still, nothing can take away from your vastness. You are infinite. Having your vastness as an aspect of your conscious reality makes the possibility of attracting others into your life also conscious of their vastness infinitely possible. Accept your vastness. Allow the “hands” of the angels to bring you your fellow kindred spirits.

You are love.
You have an inward looking attitude that works on what does not feel good and turns it around to make it feel better. With your love, you can be a model for what it means to expand as a human being. The skills to keep people in a light hearted mood, even those that vibrate at lower rates, are talents few possess. You can give the children of this world an example of unconditionally loving of self. Also, you can show them how to work on one’s inner self. Attracting a life that is filled with laughter, love and joyful experiences in the world is what will follow for all. Whatever you “think” family should look like, let it go and give your definition a new vastness to match yours. Every one of you is here to teach and learn from each other. Every one of you is an angel. Everyone is family.

You are Mother Earth.
You are the spiritual representation of Mother Earth as a sentient being in the system known as Universe. You are made of the stuff of earth. You are carbon based and oxygen dependent. You are full of vibrating cells. You and the earth are one. Be solid, like a foundation, and be a patient listener for the needs of the millions of cells within your body. You are strong and capable of being maligned by the cells of your body with no consequences for a long time. Eventually, you will break down. When that occurs, you have the talent to regenerate with a whole new set of cells. The cells in Mother Earth are regenerating. Soon her body will be made of all new cells. You can give your social circle, your family and all those around you a stable environment in which cells can live out their lives and regenerate. Plus, you can be a teaching tool for all children in order that they can know the Highest and Best way to treat the home. Give them a core from which they can grow in awareness toward intuitive unconditional Oneness with All That Is. We are intending to attract other cells, living in this time-space dimension, at a point in their growth, which supports a change in the frequency of the host, Mother Earth. You are ready to attract the cells. You are stable and the cells will be attracted to you. Your vibration provides the space-time point from which their cells can change vibration to something else that is closer to intuitive unconditional Oneness with All That Is.

You are a spark of light.
The love of God breathes you into existence. You expand. You are an expanding light signature. Your soul registers the emotions experienced by human-being, beginning with the densest vibrations all the way up to the lightest frequencies of unconditional love and joy. There is a spiritual filing system from which all lifetimes can draw upon and condition life experiences to add new “files” or close off others with total understanding. Emotions are processed through cords of light, and involve being able to repeat emotions until they are understood. Your soul organizes emotions for the angelic energy that is in charge, which she uses thousands and thousands times over for perfecting her understanding of the experiences happening on the earth for every possible emotion. From this understanding, she boasts the awesome wagon train of light that comes with knowing every emotion. You attract new emotions that will add to the perfection of your angelic energy’s understanding of all emotion. You close up files as you understand emotions and add new ones. Whether or not you are ready to experience an emotion is an irrelevancy for the soul. It will process what the angel “boss” that you are brings it. As a soul, you are not attached to anything. The angel energy that you are is all-attached to perfecting the understanding of whatever emotion is adding to her wagon train of light. As emotions are increasingly understood, the angelic energy that you are closes that file and opens new ones. All emotions are experienced by human beings in an infinite number of life experiences. All things are possible, given the infinite nature of God and All That Is. As a human, your only “job” is to refrain from resisting the emotions your angel self clearly wants for the perfecting of her understanding and making of her wagon train of light that adorns her in the Heavens. Accept the emotions given to you by your angelic “boss” for processing and filing. Allow these emotions to come in and the soul will register them. Resist no-thing.

You are a bringer of unconditional love.
You are on this planet to bring unconditional love to the earth and to the children of the world. Your skills are to show the souls of this planet what unconditional love looks like and also to show Mother Earth that a soul can love her unconditionally. You are putting more unconditional love onto the planet and into the hearts of all men. You are anchoring the vibration of unconditional love into the souls of many. Infinite possibility shows itself entering this realm with the birth of every new baby. It is given to each person on this planet as a gift. The experiences we choose for the expansion of our souls will bring many more unconditionally loving beings to this earth. Your inspired action is to be totally and completely in the movement of life, judging each thing only as an expression of God and nothing else. Claim your birthright and know you have the infinite possibility to become that which is your destiny. So be it and so it is. God loves you.

You are an angelic energy that experiences all emotions through the soul.
Your soul processes all emotions through the body, but your actual “self” is pure energy. It has a frequency too high to allow for form. Hence there are added dimensions of soul and body. The angelic energy that you are directs itself to dimensions that will open new doorways into greater knowledge. You are skilled at directing your energy in consciousness. You contribute energetic direction to the soul and to the body, including the energy to bring infants into the earth dimension and the energy to move from the earth dimension back to the non physical dimension. You do not actually “feel.” You have a frequency of energy that is to experience emotions through the physical dimension of form. Every human is an earth angel. You favor emotions that vibrate with the outward experiences of that which you need for expanding your soul.

You are energy extending above the body and below the feet.
You are energy of self-awareness extending above the body and below the feet, stretching out the wholeness of who you are. This energy vibrates and makes varying sounds that can be heard by the similar sounds of other energy. You have an energetic sound. It sings a song that expands out to join other songs in a chorus. Together, we sing the world. You intend to attract other songs that sound with the vibration that will expand your soul now. These vibrations are all around you. As you attract them, you become glorious. You feel glorious when you attract the vibration that expands you. You have many vibrations in your song. They are your personal energy. Some are not so melodious. However, they make up a piece of your personal song. It is important that you keep all your pieces, as your song is not your song without them. Appreciate all your vibrations because you are infinitely expansive with their sounds. Together, we have the possibility to bring Mother Earth up to the vibration of joy. This is a worthy symphony. It opens up the possibility for Mother Earth to sing in her chorus of the universe. By accepting yourself, you allow your energy to sing in the chorus of all life. Put new sounds into your energy. Let there be sounds of joy and serenity in your life. This can be done with only the stated intention and a prayer. Leave the rest to your angelic creator and go about your day.

You are breath.
You breathe life into what stands still. Your breath is your song to the world. With your breath you can be here now for all of life, that life may know a home and grow. In a well tended garden, the life there will experience abundance. There is soil that the life may sink its roots into richness and pollination from those who will take this fruit of Mother Earth and plant its seed in other gardens. Whatever will take your breath as its reason for growing is your responsibility for tending. As women, for many of us it is our children. It does not have to be. Whatever we tend with our breath will one day grow to such expanse that we will have to say goodbye. It will be our time to tend a new garden. Children are but one garden. Mates are another. It is a disservice to our breath to tend too many gardens at once. However, we are ready to tend many. If not now, then when we are finished with another it will be time. The next step is to tell the flowers in your garden that words do not come from you. They come from breath. Breath is not human. It is of God. Accept that your breath will be reaching many ears and allow what is not of God to move out of the way so that breath can bring this garden to more life.

You are womb.
You are born with a womb. You live that you may know kindhearts. Kindhearts are the connections between women given to them by the womb. It is by and through the womb that we love. We have physical skills to bring little ones onto this earth and to feed them with milk until they are strong. We do this well, very well. With the womb, we can bring new babies that understand the new consciousness of the planet and want a mom that understands. We will become one kindheart. When we feel connected to a degree we have never known before, a feeling of one-ness and group consciousness will fill our souls. We must be willing to embrace our completeness and know that we are loved by God just as we are. Even if we never find another kindheart with which to share our consciousness, what we are is perfect. There is no reason for attachment to finding kindhearts because you are already finding them and they are already finding you. Each kindheart imbues the group consciousness with a different vibration that creates its own wagon train of light. Like a galaxy, you are a group of stars coming together to form a light show. In body you may be either male or female, but these are choices made for an individual soul’s next vibration as emotion in a unique set of life experiences. The gender does nothing to take away from the kindheart’s entry into the group consciousness. It is an infinitely peopled group with every human permutation possible. Look at each person as a potential kindheart with whom you can join in group consciousness. These kindhearts are every race, every gender, every sexual orientation and every outward personality. As you find them, they will find you.

You are a person.
You are unique. You have correlating roles to go with each title of “mother,” “wife,” “sister,” “daughter,” and so on. As these things, you fulfill various expectations about what those things mean. This playing out of roles keeps you busy. Your busy-ness is well worth the return in love and support you receive from your relationships on the other side of these roles. Your contribution is to make the world a better place because your roles are contributing to the very core of human existence and making that experience more positive for everybody. If you want to exit one of your roles to free up more energy to devote to others, it is simply a matter of intending that to be so. If it does not happen overnight, it is because your soul must process more of the emotion that role provides. Your soul will process emotions as directed by the angelic energy that is you and without body. You are not ready if the role of that which is robbing you of energy brings you “juice” in the form of strong emotions one way or another. In other words, as long as you are receiving feedback, you are not ready. Also, the person on the other side of your role-relationship may not be ready to leave the energy pattern. All you can do then is continue to love, holding all your role-relationships in their highest light for them to be supported. This will do the most “good” in terms of preparing them for an exit from the role-relationship. You will feel as if something has opened up energetically when you are freed from a role. There will be more time to be in flow. The beginning of any exit is to free consciousness from attachments to expectations. Appreciate the people on the other side of your role-relationships. They have brought your soul many emotions to process and have made you ready for the purpose of your life, and its fulfillment. It is possible that you can be in role-relationships without expectations. It is not the will of the angelic energy to be attached to anything, especially expectations. It is much more natural and an efficient use of energy to hold role-relationships up to their highest light and release any expectations to God for transmutation.

You are master and keeper of your domain.
You are mastery. Your skill is to live here on earth, while being a human and a non physical energy. You can be both physical and non physical at the same time, communicating in thoughts with all parts of the cosmos. This is a dream for your learning and interpretation. None of it is “real.” All of it is for the exercising of your mastery and keeping safe your domain as angelic energy with a light signature. You will feel your mastery as you grow on your spiritual path. It is fun. At least your angel self thinks so. Appreciate all that you have. This life is perfect for you and your mastery. Accept that your turn has come for being the master that you already always were. Allow the ride to do its thing. It all is as it makes for mastery. The domain that experiences all your emotions is perfect.

You are the life force.
You radiate energy. This radiant energy powers the life force that is your angel. You are its soul, as you are your body’s soul. You are the life force. And the life force is you. You are energy. The light passes through cords and travels through the different parts of the body. Emotions vibrate at different frequencies, travelling through the body at different rates of speed. When too dense a vibration comes through, it may stay in the tissue of an organ for a long time until something or someone comes in there and breaks it up. Healing is this process. It can be done energetically or through whatever methods are scientifically understood. This is not for this discussion. The soul takes emotions and places them in different parts of the body. It sends them according to the instructions of the angel “boss” that you are so that a persona emerges on the physical dimension and humans have a sense of who they are when they do not yet realize they are an angel. The soul’s contribution, thus, is to make you, you. Without a soul, you would have no central location for registering and processing emotions and so could not experience life on this planet. Your angel “boss” wants to send emotions to all parts of its body, the thing you know as you. The wagon train of light becomes spectacular indeed through this interplay of emotions and experiences, emotions and experiences, over many lifetimes. When you are ready, the angel “boss” lifts the frequencies of emotions to higher and higher levels. It sends you emotions and you process them as you feel them. This is the Law of Three. 1. As an event occurs in the life of a human, the human will register a certain number of emotions to go with that event. 2. Those emotions are picked by angel “boss” so that the experience can be energetically added to the wagon train of light. The wagon train of light is the purpose of all the soul feels, what it is registering and processing. The wagon train of light is the purpose of all experience. 3. The soul feels what it is registering and processing. This makes it perfect for its job. It experiences the experiences and thus makes a complete circuit. We become like a horse wagon. The angel that we are is the horse. You, a human, are a saddle on said horse. The wagon is everything we have been through in all lifetimes. The expanse around us is the terrain of consciousness, creating exactly what we need. The driver, of course, is God. The problem with this set up is that even the saddle has consciousness. It is not really a problem, not as we define it. The consciousness of our humanness is just one aspect of the whole. The thing the saddle does not know to begin with and learns over time is that it’s on a horse, with a wagon behind it, a terrain around it and a maker of All That Is on top of it. You can appreciate your angel “boss” self. It provides the reason for your existence. You are the angel “boss.” Your soul, your body, these are your servants. Your life as you call it is infinitely surrounded by every possibility there is available to the experience of any human being. Those experiences brought into your physical dimension are chosen by you so that you may be more, so that your wagon train of light can be expanded, so that the Heavens can glorify and honor itself. All this is true. Whatever you need for growing your spirit will appear. You will be given the capacity to hold more and more. Angel “boss” stretches out her energy until it is wholly in the non physical dimension, where there will be great celebrations and honoring of this earth journey.

You are all that is written about in this book.
There is the energy of an atom, of a star and of an unseen life force that permeates All That Is – an energy that exists everywhere. You have many roles and one role. That one role is to exist on this earth as you. That is all. That is more than millions of angels in the heavens will ever have in their wagon train of light. It is everything. Yearn to be the best you, for that lens is the one through which you will find all joy and serenity. Your contribution is and will be to be a human that raises the vibration of this planet for the next stage of human evolution. If that is too woo-woo for some, I accept their pragmatic approach to living as an option and give myself the option to live a different sort of life. Here I end. What I hope to show before I go is that the soul expands further and further to its witness of frequencies so high they are no longer possible in form. I also want to attract many kindhearts and give us a chance to meet many of them in person. When we come together, it will feel awesome. The whole miraculous process is more wonderful than any of us can imagine with “saddle” consciousness. Nothing is more miraculous than the life each of us is living now. Be humbled with the awesome miracle of life. If there are people who cannot see the awesomeness and the miracle, accept that as their option and allow something different for your option – one that sees and knows miracles. I appreciate each reader of this book. To those eyes who have taken the time to sift through this material and make it their own, what I am, you are and vice versa. It belongs to you, this book. It also belongs to God, who is beyond all comprehension, but intimately connected to us all and the connecting force that makes us all one. To God, then, I dedicate this book and also to the Divine Readers, kindhearts one and all.

When I perceive something as sad ... is it sad for them? or is it because it feels sad for me?

I was blessed to see Whitney live in Frankfurt in the early 80s ... powerhouse does not even begin to describe how she filled that city ... country ... yes ... she is a queen ...

And although in my human mind and perceptions, I feel sadness ... I believe if I were to ask Whitney how she feels ... she might answer euphoric, free, love, light, and maybe even satisfied with a sense of accomplishment ...

It seems that I often have an emotion from something that I perceive ... and is that really a truth? In that moment in time, it probably is ... however, in the next 10 seconds, I get to choose ... and just think of the infinite possibilities of how I get to feel ...

Will I ever get to see Whitney in concert again ... well, not in this lifetime ... and yet, just think of the concert that is continually being held in the spirit realm ... how cool is that!

Since 10 seconds have already passed, I do believe I am filled with Love for Whitney in her spirit state, for what I perceive are the following ... overjoyed, elated, ecstatic, joyful, joyous, excited, exhilarated ...

What if beings diagnosed by mainstream doctors as being special by labeling them with letters are actually the change we have been asking to see in our world???

Thank you God … for they have arrived!!! … We have been asking and waiting for a change for years. And now that we are seeing it … we’ve asked for it, haven’t we? A Higher Power has answered your prayers … so what will you now do with it? What would it take for me to be and have all of me and that would allow me to choose me above all else? What gifts, talents, and abilities do I be that if I acknowledge them would allow me to create and have my dream life and business? What can I create if I had no obstacles and had a shitload of money? POC and POD everything that does not allow my magical life to show up!

What would it feel like to fine tune your gift to yourself? What would Laminine do to enhance your gifts and contribute to your uniqueness? Over the last couple of years, I would “join” a new grouping of people and feel at home … then as I continue to grow … I encounter another group of like minded people … and I ask again, “Are you my Tribe?” …

Just this morning new information was downloaded …. I am MY Tribe. I am a Tribe of One … and easily flow between many other Tribes of One or Tribes of Many …

I noticed that I felt constricted by their beliefs … that I need to conform to their training … their strategy to “get ahead” … that I need to sacrifice time with my family … sacrifice down time that my body requires to be balanced … what is this about sacrificing who I am that suddenly feels heavy?

I feel myself flowing … not necessarily away from … just a natural progression as the river winds itself downstream … as life comes to me with ease, joy and glory … if it feels heavy, it’s time to push off and allow drift to happen … and allowance … allowing life to unfold … with no attachment to the outcome … that feels comfortable for me … and perfectly aligned with who I am.

Why did I feel the need to align completely with just one group of people?

Why must I limit myself to only one company? When I find a product that resonates with me … by all means why not be all over it and represent that company also?

Putting all my eggs in my basket feels so …. Vanilla … like that’s all there is …

Why not be open to allow for infinite possibilities to arrive in my life? Why Not?

Although I love chocolate … life would be very bland if I ate chocolate all day, every day … so I ask you … “Why not allow for infinite possibilities?” “What will you allow into your life that adds spicy variety?”

Are you limiting yourself? What else is possible?

Yes, we have been conditioned to valuing that which is outside of ourselves more than the information that comes from within ... I love Jackie VanCampen's business name Wise Heart Within ... that PERFECTLY sums it up ... when we listen to that inner voice, that nudging, that knowing ... it always leads us in the direction that IS for our own highest good ... and isn't that where it's at??? That which is our highest good has nothing to do others, and might not be in their highest good at that moment ... which is why life is so fantabulous ... we get to choose ... for ourselves ... in 10 second increments ... always changing ... maybe even backtracking ... it's all good ... it's what we do to find the perfect energy to follow ... yessss follow the energy ... what feels light is always a truth for you ...

What would it take for children to feel the love of elders, peers, and their own loving to cherish that wisdom that they already have ... having lived many thousands of lifetimes before, we have the knowing, we just need to be guided with loving hearts & hands ... ones that will support and cherish us for who we are and what we wish to accomplish in this lifetime ...

Sometimes I feel sadness when I think of the many who have already left here and gone home ... some, in my opinion much too young, and then I remember ... that is exactly what they chose to do ... their "to do" list was filled out before they arrived here in this lifetime ...

So why waste our time here? ... why not enjoy every morsel this life has to offer? ... why not bask in the warm glow of an appreciative comment? ... Yes, why not? What would it take to attract more of that feeling ... all the time? How cool would that be? and yet ... it IS within our reach! Just BE more of ... well ... just that!

I love that comment someone chose to describe you ... that is something that you can always come back to when we overthink ourselves ... remember how you felt when you heard that compliment ... now think of the loved ones in your life ... if you could choose one word ... how would you describe them ... think of all the characteristics that word holds ...

I love everything Phil Collins … and just love how intuition nudges when I need to “get” something … usually it is thru the lyrics of a song … yes that IS my mode of “hearing intuition” … and it is usually a beautiful feeling … the world stops around me … and I HEAR …

Are you gonna miss it all ??? OMGOODNESS that would be such a shame … like an exciting event … one that you’ve been waiting for … anticipation building …. until the day arrives … and you find that you’ve slept thru it … never again able to recapture the essence of the majik that happened … and you missed it … What will it take to facilitate your awakening?

Yes … What will it take to facilitate your awakening? What will it be that reminds you of who you are? How can I make it easier on you? I’m already gently rocking you … Do you need what I needed? A splash of cold water, leaving me sputtering as my eyes are ripped open and I gasp for breath?

Whatever it is … get out of your own way and get in position to be awakened … step outside of the norm … get up at a different time … drive a different route to the store … get off an exit before or after the one you usually take … just be mindful to follow the energy … it sure amazed me when I realized that all of life DOES come to me with ease, joy and glory … even had a little grace added for flavor … who woulda thought???

Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought … ahhhh…haaa … there we go … I first had to get out of my head …. and into my heart … it will always tell the truth and guide … for the highest good … without fail … follow the energy … and “hear” … even in the lyrics of songs … an overheard snippet of a conversation swept to you with the wind … all in your highest good …. Does it also feel light to you? If yes, that is a truth … for you. Trust in that! And allow more to be revealed …

If you’re in the Seattle area … I highly recommend the upcoming classes with Rikka Zimmerman … she is just about the sweetest person you will ever meet … and she totally gives you her all … believe me when I say I’ve been swept up and carried away as I soared with Rikka … What would it take for you to gift yourself with that ride of a lifetime? What is it about a resolution that causes a reaction of resistance? Does this also feel heavy for you? A Truth will always feel Light.

Is it because you are resolving to do something ... like a final decision?

Why is it that the synonyms for "resolve" feel heavy for me? How does your body feel when you read these?

~ make your mind up
~ decide
~ determine
~ determination
~ steadfastness
~ tenacity
~ doggedness

or what about the synonyms for "resolution"

~ declaration
~ decision
~ motion
yeahhh it gets even heavier ... I feel slimed!
~ ruling
~ promise
~ pledge
~ oath

Ohhhhhh I see where the rub is ... it is heavy for me because it feels authoritarian ... and just ooooozes "control" ... more conformity ... Sheeple! Wake up ... Just because everyone's talking about it does not make it so that we need to act on it ... or? How do you feel about that?

Now how am I to lead a life where it all comes to me with ease, joy and glory??? When we are in the flow ... isn't that how life feels when we follow intuition and everything just appears to be easy ... and things just click into place ... effortlessly ... how would you like more of that? YES PLEASE you say? I'm sorry .... I cannot hear you ... **cupping hand behind ear, straining to hear**

Practice asking your body what it needs ... yeahhh sure my body is not the perfect size ____ (insert desirable jeans size) .... and yet there is a lesson here ... and my life feels pretty awesome ... so am I gonna stew about how my life or my body is not? Been there, done that! At almost 50, I have lost all resistance to what society says I should be, should look, or how I should act ... What would it take for me to be the BEST ME I can BE? I know ... it does feel scary ... but do a quick body check ... all body parts and limbs are still there ... you're still breathing ... it might feel hot ... now look around at all of us cheering you on ... can you see all of our faces ... beaming smiles ... tears rolling down our faces ...

We KNOW what it took for you to step up ... I am very proud of you ... at this point I don't think a country can contain the love I feel around all of us ...

How does it get even better than this?

There are many times when I have found myself not wanting to agree with someone, thus inviting more of their ick into my life ... which I thought I was doing by "not being in agreement" ... however, what I had done is through resistance to their "Point of View" aka POV, I had actually SOLIDIFIED that exact ick WITHIN my being. Now isn't that interesting???

For instance, someone across the room sneezes, and the person you are standing closest to whispers to you, "oh poor Joe, he's probably got that crud that's been going around" ... Now from my perspective, when I agree with this comment, guess what I just heaped more of onto "poor Joe"? So what's a girl to do when she knows this and is still wanting to be polite?

WE FINALLY have just the tool we have been looking for ... We now have "just an interesting Point of View"!!! Just practice this a couple times, and you will notice what I did ... you will find your body totally at ease ... no more constriction in your muscles, tight feeling in your gut, feeling frustrated ... and no more frantically thinking of a response ... ((in some instances, when you wish to be polite, it might be best to only think "well, isn't that an interesting point of view?" **wink**))
