No... Really...I looked it up in the dictionary...got inspired and created a video on the subject (which you'll see here soon)...funny how habits take us over...even habits of thinking...one day we realize we are sabotaging ourselves with old thoughts, even when we might be on a roll. Luckily a new day starts every 24 hours..or better yet, if we catch ourselves, we can change our thoughts in a moment.
I like creating images in my mind of forward movement like bullet trains or or speed boats, just to remind me to keep moving forward....somehow moving forward physically can elicit forward motion in thought...shedding the past and embracing the present, pregnant with possibilities.
Prosperity means to reap advantage in many areas of our lives...so go ahead...start reaping!
Hello Braveheart Sisters! I am developing a local chapter for Braveheart Women in Portland, Oregon and surrounding area. As I put my support team together, each day provides new challenges. Recently one day it looked as though two new recruits were not able to make the commitment. I took several Oxytocin breaths that day and held tight to my vision of a successful local chapter. The very next day, the people in question were able to commit and the show went on.
Faith is a funny thing. We often draw on it in a crisis, yet its sustaining power for our daily lives can make all the difference in bringing balance to what otherwise might be a roller coaster life.
Focus on a vision you want for your week. Track your thoughts for two days. Whenever it appears your faith is lacking, remind yourself of your vision and hold to it. See if that ignites the faith within you.
Hello Braveheart Sisters Out There...Ever find yourself wondering why you started a project? What is it that keeps you putting one foot in front of the other? Are you rewriting the history of your actions?
Trust your intuition. Remind yourself of the purpose behind the action. Fend off the doubts and let go of the inner critic. Courage is a curious thing. It shows up in the quietest of moments. Recognize and embrace it and in so doing you will recognize and embrace yourself.
Hello Braveheart Sisters...The sun has been shining in February, Portland Oregon... an unusual site to be sure. It reminds me to shine, too in unexpected circumstances. To defy old patterns. To create new ones. To sing....whenever I feel like it.
Now that we have 400,000 Braveheart Sisters registered online we are taking our story to the streets. After extensive, FUN, and transformative training...the pioneer group of Resonators is going out into the world to introduce Braveheart Women face-to-face in local communities in the world.
We will host Oxytocin Circles and dance like crazy. You can experience an Oxy Circle at RISE! next November, or you may live in a community served by one our Pioneers. You can even learn to facilitate Oxy Circles in your area. This is exciting stuff. If you want to know more, post a comment or question.
Surge of discovered news our imminent demise resurrected from Mayan times abounds and clamors to be heard.
Yet another word inspires a different tune, blue skies, Gamma waves in the mind, the fastest around we find, compel to gazelle us into the New Year, full of good cheer!

I am still feeling the love from our annual Christmas Party last weekend. I want to extend it to all of you. We are so fortunate to have a community of friends and Braveheart sisters to keep us moving forward on the path of joy and action.
WOW! Rise! 2011 was incredible, So much fun and such deep connection to women all over the world. This was my second Rise! Connecting with women friends I'd made last year at Rise and also Release, a wonderful program for releasing unproductive cellular memories, was fantastic.
This year I was on the Collaboration panel with Ellie and other Braveheart Sisters. Seeing the 600 women in the audience was very inspiring. Start planning now to attend next year. You will not be disappointed. The dancing was great!
Dessert parties are fun but sometimes they create cravings that we need to resist. Check out my newest video and post your comments and questions below.
I invite you to join my Letting Go Party. Don't forget to bring your favorite resistance!
Hello Letting Go Party! members. Yesterday, shopping at Whole Foods market the cashier told me the store has been packed with shoppers for two weeks non-stop. Normally the rush hour was between 5 and 7 p.m and all day Sunday. We attributed this phenomenon to the change of season. People were stocking up with food to prepare for the colder weather...stocking pantries and surrounding themselves with comfort in the form of food.
Are people letting go of summer (in North America) ? Are we embracing the change of seasons with a new energy? Can we create the vibrant colors of fall internally?
The change of seasons is a perfect time to take a look at our lives and determine the way forward. Take a moment for yourself and think of what resistance comes up for you. Then visualize it disappearing, just as the summer has done. See something in beautiful colors assist you in taking the next step.
Let's discuss exercise and the benefits of walking. Change your mindset and let's keep moving! You can dance, walk up and down stairs or go outside and take a walk.
I invite you to join my Letting Go Party. Don't forget to bring your favorite resistance!
