"Be Yourself—Everyone Else is Already Taken."

I was thinking about this saying and was wondering who said it, so I googled it!
I LOVE this saying and just had to share it!!
I found out that it was an Oscar Wilde quote!
I also found out that a gentleman named Michael Robbins wrote a book with this as it's title.
I think I'll check out the book!
With this as it's title, it must be good.
I'll let you know when I find out.
Here's to being yourself!!

As I was clearing "stuff" out to organize myself, I came across this and thought I would share it with my BraveHeart Sisters:

Symptoms Of Inner Peace:

& nbsp;  Be on the lookout for symptoms of inner peace:

* A tendency to think and act spontaneously rather than on fears based on past experiences.

* An unmistakable ability to enjoy each moment.

* A loss of interest in interpreting the actions of others.

* A loss of interest in conflict.

* A loss of the ability to worry. (This is a VERY serious symptom.)

* Frequent, overwhelming episodes of appreciation.

* Contented feelings of connectedness with others and nature.

* Frequent attacks of smiling.

* An increased susceptibility to the love extended by others as well as the uncontrollable urge to extend it.

Now, take a Vagus Breath & think of 10 things you are grateful for.

Now I know you'll have a Faaaabulous Day!

Love & Friendship,

Since going to RELEASE and practicing the amazing things I learned, I have chosen this affirmation today. This is from Ellie's morning affirmations:
Voice - To own one's voice is to own one's true power. The origin of this power is Self Esteem. The origin of Self Esteem is Trust in the power that created me. To own my voice, to unleash the sound of my spirit, to communicate the energy of my deeper self, means that I am ALWAYS singing my song! The unique song of my beingness. When that quality emerges, others who listen will get inspired to sing their song!

Thanks to Bell for reminding me to Blog!

What an awesome event. I was constantly amazed at how well orchestrated the whole event was. Ellie & Dr Sugar, you both took my breath away and I was honored to get a chance to know you on a whole new level. I met so many incredible women!! Thanks!!
I am really excited to come to the RELEASE. Will we be getting some sort of communication about this? I signed up for November, but after getting home and checking the dates, November & December dates are already scheduled. I hope you will be able to schedule me in the January one.I really wanted to come to the very first one. I really don't want to wait, I'm so excited.
I feel this is what I need.
Anxiously waiting for more information.

Thanks for this beautiful song. It touches your heart. What a wonderful way to express what RISE means to you and share a little bit of your soul with your BRAVEHEART Sisters.

I keep reading about everyone stepping out of their comfort zone. I read somewhere that it's better to say " I'm (expanding) my comfort zone". If you are stepping outside of your comfort zone, you can always step back in. Just a little thought to share with my new BRAVEHEART sisters!!
