"Instead of worrying about what people say of you, why not spend time trying to accomplish something they will admire." - Dale Carnegie

It’s March, and there’s no sign of spring yet here in Michigan. We have a lot of snow with freezing temperatures, but my attitude couldn’t be more POSITIVE! Why? Because, we all choose our thoughts, attitudes, and actions everyday. And I choose POSITIVE ones.

As we begin a new month, let’s all focus our energies on creating POSITIVE expectations, actions, and attitudes.

Your life is a reflection of your expectations. As you create your visions for March and goals for your life and business, keep your expectations high for yourself and the world around you. We are BraveHeart Women.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how excited do you feel about your March intentions?

Great Quotes:

Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm. –
` Ralph Waldo Emerson

Your imagination is your preview of life’s coming attractions.
~Albert Einstein

Joy is what happens to us when we allow ourselves to recognize how good things really are.

path in the woods.jpgTake at least 10 minutes a day to walk amidst nature and allow your heart to be moved by simple miracles that are all around you every minute of the day.

Nature is a place of peace, refuge, and natural beauty. A gift too, for our soul. Nature that speaks to our hearts can restore our internal balance.

There is no substitute for hearing the birds sing, the trees
whisper to each other, and the breeze of the wind upon your face. Nature connects us with the wheel of life in a direct and measurable way. We learn through experience that sometimes effort doesn't always equal reward.

In addition to providing balance for us who enjoy being in tune with mother earth and listening to her through natural sounds, nature trails can be a source of inspiration.

Great quote:"
The path to happiness is often paved with the effort spent on caring for the world surrounding us. As a garden is nourished, so are our dreams."

It's so important!

We need to give the right amount of attention to all aspects of our life! I wrote my 10 ideas I find to give me balance everyday. Maybe you can use these too.

1) Create a rhythm to your day.

2) slow down - smell the roses. Take notice of places, people and things around you.

3) Create your own culture. Surround yourself with people you like and who likes you. Get off the couch!
Interact with people, nature, charity work and your pets.

4) Look after your health. Don't let your friends bad eating habits influence you. It's your body and your life.

5) Develope relationships with like-minded people. Don't pre-judge anyone before you get to know them. Be open to see this person for who he/she really is.

6) Live in the moment! When your stressed, choose to connect with people you love and value. Take your dog for a walk, call your best friend. Make yourself laugh.

7) Take breaks from your daily routine.

8) Eliminate the 'broke' thinking from your vocabulary. Remember, thoughts become things.

9) Envision who you want to become. Then write down your 'why' for becoming it.

10) Treat yourself to a nice, relaxing bath. Don't forget to put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door knob :)

Live Abundantly!!!

I believe we were built to conquer our environment, solve problems, and achieve goals You'll find no real satisfaction or happiness in life without obstacles to conquer and goals to achieve.

No one shred of evidence supports the notion that life is Serious.
~(Proverb)~

Smiling is catchy! And laughter is the most important part of any day. And the best medicine. People want to be around happy and fun people…and you need people to help you to get to where you want to go, agree?

babygrin.jpgYou actually can't think of negative thoughts with a big smile on your face.

I enjoy seeing how 'happy' people affect others. It puts a smile on my face and laughter in my heart. Next time your out, 'infect' others around you with a smile or laughter. It will brighten up both yours and their days.

What's one thing you can do to laugh more than you do ?

Please feel free to add more little laughs to brighten someones day up.

Here's one I received from a friend, and I must say, every time I try this, I laugh at myself. Give it a try and see if you can keep a straight face.

How Smart is Your Right Foot?

This is so funny that it will boggle your mind.? And you will keep trying at least 50 more times to see if you can outsmart your foot, but you can't.

1. While sitting at your desk, lift your 'right' foot off the floor and toes pointing downward and make clockwise circles.

2. Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.? Your foot will change direction.

I told you so .....And there's nothing you can do about it!?

They say POSTING your intentions starts the journey. So jump in: Your destiny is waiting.

1) What positive people, events, emotions and things did the Universe manifest in your life last week?

2) What positive people, events, emotions and things will you ask the Universe to manifest in your life this week?

This week I intend to manifest:

- meditation and going for walks with my dog every morning
- confidence on moving forward in my goals
- self-assurance and clarity
- joy!
- dancing
- contecting with positive and like-minded people
- Balanced living
- fun, fun, fun

I love going for long walks with my dog through our trails in the woods. My mind wanders with visions of dreams coming through in the day.

I know that I live a lot by intuition. I tend to take unusual actions that don't make sense to those around me, but they often see that my life has a strange way of working out.
In a way, I'm building stories. When we integrate the body, mind and soul, we access the intuitive part of ourselves that knows where balance and peace resides...

I'm a problem solver by nature. I lead my life with my heart. And let it lead me from within. Life works out best for me when I don't ask "what if?" but ask "what can I do with it?" instead.
