Telling a New Story In the rhyme" Mary Had a Little Lamb" Mary took a lamb to school and broke the rules, allowing the children to laugh and play. Yesterday I sat next to a beautiful woman at lunch who is experiencing forgetfulness these days. Hard of hearing now, she could see the children playing, laughing, crying, and totally being themselves. She loved the antics, the ups and downs. She noticed with pleasure how the younger boys looked up to the older ones. (There are three boys who are 18 months old, a five year old brother/cousin, and a 8 year old girl, and her brother, 10.) She made a comment about getting old. "I think of us as flowers in the garden which are mature, fully blossoming." "I like that," she replied. We shared a soul to soul smile. And I just love gatherings where all the generations are gathered, don't you? "Yes," she agreed. "That is nice." Playing is a life-long, natural need. Playing brings us hope in the process of life. We are indeed mentally rich when we appreciate and participate in play. Enjoy your playful self today, and find someone to enjoy life with! Love, Dr. Mary True prosperity is within you, just waiting for expression!

Language is fascinating! We grew up hearing "Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary, How Does Your Garden Grow?" Determined has prosperous feeling to it, rather than annoying and rebellious energy that contrary carries. So, with a little editing, we hear, "Mary, Mary, Quite Determined!" Substitute your own name, and try on the feeling. For example, "Susan, Susan, Quite Determined!" A determined affirmation-- I am determined that I will line up with inspiration today. I am determined to appreciate my soil, plants, blossoms, trees, home, metaphoric and real. I own my inner "real estate", and my outer creations. I appreciate the common, ordinary, and spectacular events of this day. I trust the night to be just right. I celebrate my wholeness, just as I am! May you use words to describe yourself that carry energy that is helpful, respectful, and loving! You are determined to know the love in your own heart and to share it. Your Brave Heart Women sisters join you in that affirmative journey! Take the Dr. Rudy Prosperity Pledge today! "I am determined and committed to my physical, psychological, spiritual, financial health and well-being." Join other women who are taking the Prosperity Pledge! Love, Rev. Dr. Mary, Determined! Live it up! It's your day!

Today is a day of reflection. Tears are a good thing! Sometimes on the way to a holy day I find myself going through some kind of emotional/cleansing. This is especially true as I have been using Ellie's affirmations about releasing unhealthy competition and over-sensitivity from our cells. She told us that the tears might come. Luckily as the tears were rolling down my cheeks, I remembered her preparation of us for just such a time. As the tears flowed, I remembered that I had asked to be cleansed of cellular junk. Holding the feelings, even though they didn't feel good, and allowing the feelings to cleanse themselves, I know that I am younger, more vibrant, and that I carry less heaviness from the past. Six days of the week are ruled by sun activities (make hay while the sun doth shine); Sunday is ruled by Moon energies and activities. At least that's the way the cycle is set up. Now days, everyday is a Sun Day, and there are few Moon Days to reflect. What is new in our time is that we know that all of our feelings are valuable. Sacred information for us to read and apply, feelings help us know if we are on track with the highest we have asked for. In the Psalms we hear the poet say that God saves our tears in a bottle. Sometimes we have to let go of outer activities so that we know what is happening in our heart of hearts and how to respond appropriately from the Inner Collaboration that Dr. Ellie talks about. When we have Inner Collaboration, all the voices get a chance to be heard. In the original language of Jesus, Aramaic, we learn that Jesus was teaching this very concept. His teaching was that inner agreement in the belly was the empowerment which we seek when we seek wisdom. My tears have taught me again that everyone is free to choose. The timing for some of the things I want has not yet lined up. Inspiration has not given me the green light to go. I remind myself that there is another, even better option coming that is lined up. Dreams do come true when their time is right, when all is aligned. I know so much more clearly what I want, and I focus on that now. Try one day a week to spend more time tending your inner landscape, your inner garden, clearing weeds, pinching off the dead blossoms, admiring what the land does with the cooperation of all of nature. A truly prosperous woman has time to reflect, to feel, to know, and to build trust within her inmost sanctuary. She has it because she intends it. You can tell she intends it because she tends it. Inner Collaboration, the starting and ending point. And my fresh clarity has taught me that following my own advice is a very good thing to do! Tears are a natural part of life, a much under-rated system of relief. (Just don't get stuck in them) So is gentleness, freshness, acuity, and humor natural to us. So on this day of reflection, day 7 of the Week of Prosperity, here is my gift to you-- May you be blessed as you invite Inner Collaboration to be a daily, moment-by-moment experience. May you feel your Inner Self as you focus on her just now. She is thriving; allow Her to "en-thriven" you! The gift of allowing time for Inner Communion is the food which we seek. Alive from the inside out, poetry, music, art, photography, home and garden arts express themselves. If it seems that you live too much in the world of scarcity, remind yourself about true prosperity. It starts with love, which is also the end of all spiritual journeys. You can allow more love for yourself whenever you slow down enough to note what is happening inside. The Sacred Within You is always taking note of you. What an honor to turn and to allow the universe of inner reality, the inner queendom to surface in your awareness. One more thing! Those who have cried a lot in their lifetimes also have built a huge reservoir of joy, which they can tap as soon as they know it is there with their names on it! The phone just rang, and my daughter told me she just won 2 free tickets to the Broad Ripple Art Fair, and offers them to us! Great joy! I'm off now to a fresh experience of a new day, and the promise of more family fun! Be inspired when when you are crying. Be kind to yourself first. And remember--you have a partner working with you from the inside out, and as you grow in this knowledge, you will find your life working for you better and better! Be blessed, and thank you all for your appreciation. You certainly have mine! Love, Dr. Mary May you be blessed in your understanding that you are a sacred being with a divine purpose, and your body is your gift.

What a great trip through Prosperity! We are now on Day 6! Thanks to all of you for responding! Great fun interacting with you! We have invited the Spirit of Prosperity to be with us as we have gone through our days; some have chosen a ritual of doing so! We acknowledge that love and connection are important components of Prosperity. Freedom and choice. Confidence. We have explored the spiritual nature of Prosperity, including ways to attract this energy to us through beauty, grace, order, intention. We are inviting a sense of heaven on earth where we live and where we work, where we have our being. On the road to Prosperity, as Prosperity in Practice, we are inviting the experience of heaven in earth, that interconnected feeling--human, eternal spirit, sacred body--into our daily lives. Today I offer 6 advanced skills for the Practice of Prosperity. What follows are suggestions that work for me. Why am I giving them away? Because I believe that as I share them with you, we will all prosper! And it is fun! General Principle: Adapt these ideas and attitudes. Keep practicing them until they become natural and comfortable. 6 Secrets of Prosperity Practice 1. "There is enough." Even when it appears that there isn't enough, an attitude of "there is enough" provides. Practice the thought with the feeling of acceptance. Meditate on it. There is enough. "I have everything I need right now." 2. "Enough is enough!" This principle are actually twins! Twin A "Enough is enough!" can mean that there is sufficiency! Twin B "Enough is enough!" can mean I stop allowing certain energies and people access to my life. I stop allowing thoughts that depreciate my value, and I stop allowing people to talk to me in disrespectful ways. Because I am at one with me, I know who I am, and I are reaching for the better feeling place where mutual respect is a way of life! Sometimes, when we start this, the mutually respecting friend first appears as within you. The more we bask in self appreciation and awareness, the more we attract loving, kind, and helpful people in our lives. 3. "My imagination guides my management of my life." This secret may come as a surprise, since we are told that our rational minds are guiding our lives. Your imagination includes worry, fear, hope, dreams, all of it. Patterns, negative and positive. That's why it is essential to take control of your relationship with your imagination. Your imagination is a free spirit, and loves to play. Some people have trapped this part of their minds in a mental cage called "silly, impractical, untrustworthy, etc." She is great help in imagining that you already have that which you want. Pretty practical! Nonsense! Join the millions of people who are learning to consciously direct their imaginations into the best visions they can imagine for themselves and others. Their passion and purpose, fueled by Prosperity, make for inspirational living! 4. My body tells me what I need to know, and I listen and respond with intention! We place great trust in our bodies. We appreciate our bodies when we listen to the messages they give us. Twinges of pain, sensations of safety, hunger pangs, an appetite for life. 5. Appreciate what you can, and keep on looking for ideas, people, objects, nature that you can easily appreciate. (This one is not really a secret, but seems hidden because it is too easy!) 6. Ask yourself, "What is the Holy One doing in my life right now?" "What blessing is asking permission to come through?" There is enough health, enough time, enough money, enough beauty, enough empowerment, enough of you. Enough breath. Have a prosperous day, and enjoy the many blessings that have your name of them! Love, Dr. Mary

Five is the number of creativity. It is the process of the new being born. Sometimes it is a bit messy. On the path of any new endeavor, number 5 is the crossroads where you either give up because things are changing and may be a bit chaotic, or you steer the ship through the stormy waters onto the calm, new place on the other side. I appreciate reader feedback so much. Great suggestion, Rebecca, to suggest that we don the feeling of Prosperity every day as a ritual. And great question, Barbara! "How do you invite Prosperity into your home?" When we establish in our own hearts, our poet's hearts, that Prosperity is holy and is meant for us, we begin to wonder whether the Holy Spirit, or Chi, or whatever the holy movement is named, feels welcome in our homes. Does it look like we respect ourselves in our homes? (The way we treat ourselves is a measure of how much we believe the Sacred respects us.) Don't worry if your home is not to your liking. Just focus on what kind of home you want. When I was a child, there was a popular song on the radio. "Dust on the Bible". It was designed to make people feel guilty if they did not read the Bible. What if the preacher came by? Making room for the sacred is like this song in a way. How do we honor what is important to us in our homes? We pare down to our prized belongings so that we are not overwhelmed by all the stuff. And we go beyond guilt as the determining factor. We rely on our inner guidance to lead us with respect. What would invite the Holy Spirit to feel more comfortable in my home? Suggestions 1. Put a flower in a vase. Straighten the magazines. Show that you know that embodiment means taking care of the physical part of life with care and respect. Jesus came to teach and bless embodiment. We are beginning to get it! The Holy Energy, Holy Breath, Holy Unity, Holy Uniqueness lives and moves as has its being as you--and me--and all these others! 2. I suggest HG-TV for suggestions on how to feel inspired in your home. The designers are skilled, and you can see great results within a half an hour! Therapeutic! 3. And, there is the wonderful ritual of setting up a sacred space where you place reverently symbols of what Prosperity is to you. Create an altar which holds in one place reminders of what you hold sacred. Reminders of your passion will keep you steady as the process unfolds itself. Photos of you and your loved ones. Dream jobs. Health. Knowing you are on purpose and that your life counts. Being on purpose is a changing and developing art. Add symbols of your way of knowing the Sacred. Whatever you include in your sacred shelf or table, focus on creating a space where the feeling of holy energy can visit you and restore you to your full power and loving nature. The outer symbols are reminders of what is inside of your heart. Love. Hope. Desire. Inner Union of Self with Self. A very important person, especially a person with a heart for inspiration and poetry, deserves to feel graced in her own home. This is something you can do for yourself, even if it is dusting more often. Our outer environments, including where we handle money matters, deserve our deliberate attention to loving detail. What I am saying is that as you create a space in the physical realm of your life for what your poet's heart is asking for, you show the Spirit that you are serious about what you want! And you guide your own thoughts! When we invite someone to dinner, we set the table, and prepare the meal. We see to our guests' comfort and delight. The Holy Spirit is quintessential guest, and is gracious. Not only do we invite Spirit by our honoring attention, She also invites us into communion with wisdom. Our outer preparation of space and hope gives us a chance to know the best prosperity in the world--the feeling that we and our creator are one. Lighting a candle in prayer, listening to enchanting music, and reading Holy Scripture are ways to invite the Sweetness of Presence. We invite Prosperity when we invite Spirit, out of which all things are created. We re-create ourselves every day in partnership with the Energy of Beauty, Love, and Empowerment. 5. We embrace money with the same joy as non-physical delights. We honor the Holy by honoring our space for money decisions. The desk, the table, the laptop, our filing system, each becomes holy territory helping us to direct the many blessings that are coming our way! At home in the center of our beings, we are prosperous. All our needs are met! And, now let us also remember that Jesus told us to become as little children, trusting and playing. May Prosperity be alive in your heart, in your walk, and talk. May your heart believe in the abundance of the Universe, and may your know from the inside out, the beneficence of our Loving Co Creator! Blessings, Dr. Mary

I hope you are having fun playing with being Prosperity! Welcome to Day 4 We are learning the power of naming what we want and acting as though it is ours!. I am! The Law of Attraction is really showing off right now in my life. I have a once in a lifetime opportunity to go on a cruise with my daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters! This is a dream come true for me. I named this year the year of Sacred Playfulness. (Last year I was really bored, and I wanted more meaningful excitement in my life). One of my priorities is making family fun a tradition. We just got back from a two week vacation with my son and granddaughter. I have been studying and practicing prosperity for a long time. My answers can't wait any longer! Thursday's Prosperity Principle is organization! Your dreams deserve space in your life style. Your inner passion and purpose define you, and you express how you understand that in the way your organize your home, your calendar, your thoughts, and your feelings. 1. If you dream of having enough money, create a space where prosperity is invited. Let go of the clutter that hides your space. Let go of the cover-up! You will lose nothing of value, because you are selecting that which is valuable! What is one way you can invite Prosperity to live in your home? Check for ways you can enhance beauty, balance, color, whimsy into your home. Create a financial center that is appealing to you. 2. Your dreams deserve space in your thoughts, imagination, and in your heart. Check your balance in your thoughts. Are you thinking of what you want into order to thrive and then invigorating the ideas with your feelings? 3. Your dreams deserve space in your calendar that includes ways you take care of yourself. Your self care is a priority. I love how Dr. Ellie talks about intra- cooperation first! Schedule your reading, writing, and exercise time. Or art. Or gardening. You can do a bit each day. I love imagining us luxuriating in our time to replenish so that giving is a pleasure again! If your life is simply overwhelmed right now, take a mental vacation or trip to the spa. You can start from where you are! Dear Sweet Brave Heart Woman, allow yourself to feel the relief of knowing that you are known, treasured, and guided. You are among friends. Blessings, Dr. Mary

Greetings, Brave Heart Women! We have affirmed love and connection as components of prosperity! And, yesterday we began to consider the prospect that Prosperity could be imaged as a person, a woman. Here is today's suggestion-- Imagine that you are Prosperity! Think about what what in your closet you would wear, or not. Perhaps you would dress differently when you are Prosperity. How would you feel as this woman? How would you walk? Confident. Generous. Vibrant. Vital. A woman with important choices and the freedom to do as she chooses. Playful and able to let go of what doesn't please her. Make your own list of characteristics you would feel as this woman. To live out your passion and purpose, you bless yourself with Prosperity, the attitude of "I have." Tomorrow, dress as Prosperity. Walk like Prosperity. Greet people with your Prosperous Self. I tried this yesterday, and I loved it. I felt feminine and powerful at the same time! Very nice. See what you think! If you like it too, continue in Prosperity Week to act as Prosperity, and note the changes in your life. I am tracking mine too! Blessings, Dr. Mary

Day 2 Yesterday we affirmed that love is indeed an element of Prosperity. Principle 2: Connection Whether you feel like it or not, there is a core connection place within you that is whole and actively seeking your well-being, on all levels--financial, health, nourishing and exciting relationships, knowledge of Divine Love's constancy and brilliance. If Prosperity were a woman, what would she look like? That's a fun thought! What would it feel like to be around her? How would she think? What goodness would she allow herself? How would she share? If you were to act the way you believe she would, how would your life change today? Today if you choose to entertain these thoughts, you can enjoy the play. Prosperity is an experience, not a number in your bank account or on your receipt. Today if you can't feel that from where you are, just know that you are not alone, and that things will get better. Just know that things will get better, and allow the relief. Just knowing that some people have been just where you are and are now thriving! My gift to you today-- May Prosperity, that divine feeling of safety and enoughness, of shelteredness, and of encouragement to get out there and live your dream, touch you in some unexpected way today! Your passion and purpose are important and must be funded! "Beloved, I wish above all things that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers." 3 John: 2 Holy Bible Check out my community "Focus on Inspired Action" for more inspiration for Prosperity Week! It's a mental/spiritual workout! We can do it!! Expect a change that works for you! Dr. Mary

Prosperity deserves our focus because it is lovely and a thoroughly desirable aim! When there is a sense that there is enough and overflowing for today, and tomorrow, and the next day because we are living in trust, we can use our energies to create and to stay focused on what we are creating rather than what we don't want or what we fear. Many women used to feel that if they worried about things, life turned out better. Well-intentioned, but very costly emotionally and it also interferes with our sense of abundance. The woman who gardens and concentrates on the soil and the plants, and feels connected with gardeners in all times and places, is experiencing abundance. The first prosperity is love in the Universe that was instilled by our Creator. It is in the flowers, soil, the waters, the mountains, the birds, the animals, the seasons. It is in us. Prosperity is developing a trusting spirituality, a partnership with our Source. A gift for you-- I am delighted to share my love of prosperity with you! I close my eyes and imagine that you are remembering the light within you and are allowing the love that is within the light to touch your heart. May Wisdom, loving and true, find her way to you for whatever growth opportunity you have before you. May she speak to you in the best way for you to know you are a delight and that you are being led. And if you prefer Jesus' presence, or another Holy Being's presence, make this affirmation work for you. Be blessed, and allow Wisdom, the giver of intuition and wealth, to lead you. In Isaiah 40:1 The Holy One calls Isaiah to comfort the beloved people. " 'Comfort ye, comfort ye, my people,' says your God." The Comforter is prosperity, always present and available. If you are having a really tough time financially right now, pause a moment, and allow the Comforter to care for you, reassure you, and to show you the way. Expect the action oriented part of your brain to get ideas. Keep anticipating until the ideas come. Don't give up your belief in yourself. You have value! "May you be in good health and prosper, even as your soul prospers." Blessings, Rev. Dr. Mary

Inside there is a beautiful center which we call the Divine Self, the amazing interconnection between you and your Holy Being. Some call this sensation the Inner Christ, the Inner Buddha, the Inner Being. Some call it God, or Blessed Being. We see it in new born babies who are still full of light and connection. When this part of us is in good shape, we feel whole and empowered. When it seems to be torn, or leaking, we don't feel so good and things don't seem to go right. It is our privilege to affirm that we don't leak out the good stuff, or take mean things that people say to heart. Affirmation "I enjoy a beautiful, loving, and integrated heart. My Self thrives! As my Self thrives, my whole life thrives. Abundance in kindness and strength show up in my bank account, and in my look into the mirror. It is safe to be me! I have the privilege of being me! I am embodiment of Source Energy, as me." Our inner worlds and our outer worlds are reflections of each other. Centering is action we practice in the outer world, and in the inner world. A quest for an integrated heart (where our true self lives) is a quest for wholeness. Acceptance of the gift brings much relief. This means we want alignment, alignment, alignment, inside and out! For example, we check for alignment when we march in a unit, when we line up a picture on the wall, when we check our makeup for clarity and balance. we are coming to center with our worlds, as we can see ourselves acting in our lives. I love any form of prayer that aligns us with what we know to be the Source of our Being, our Breath, our Dreams Here we align our thoughts and imaginations for the beauty and empowerment we wish for our families, friends, indeed, the world. Coming to center is a gift. To continually allow ourselves the discipline of centering gives us the power to create from our true Self. This is the discipline to deliver our gift back to the world! . Power, Passion, and Path Revealed: Centering! Enjoy being you, and thanks for being here! Your contribution counts! Love, Dr. Mary

If I could wave a magic wand and do anything I want to, I would absolve mother guilt. In its place would arise women who see ourselves as we truly are, complete within ourselves, and loving being alive. These blessings are for all women who create beauty and new life around them, and those who want to. If you have no physical children, come join the circle of love! You have other blessings to give that are valuable and sacred. As you read this, I hope that you include yourself in all these blessings. Your contributions are unique and much desired. Women, brilliant women, throughout the patriarchal ages, have had to spent their energy defending their intelligence and their right to intelligence, rather than just being intelligent and able to make their contribution. Imagine the prayers of these women to have the rights, privileges, opportunities that we have. (There are notable exceptions in history of women leaders who have led with their husbands, or by themselves.) My story, your story is historic, and thus changeable, as we grow in our awareness of who we are and move forward. Your loving intelligence is being called forth by these times. This amazing force of all creation, women's equal and special intelligence, has mostly been hidden in the unconscious of humanity. Now we are bringing into our awareness the truth that women are no longer symbols of the unconscious. We have as much right to consciousness as anyone. And, children who have not forgotten their Source, are our teachers. There is no shortage of consciousness, awareness of the balance and Source of Life. We build homes and communities that promote beauty, harmony, and love. Wholeness Homemakers. Blessings of Affirmations! "I accept the truth that feeling bad about myself is not good for me. I want to feel good. I do the best I can, and that is good enough. I am inspired by love. I am guided. I am safe. My children, and other family, are making their own decisions out of their passions. They knew what kind of family they would have before they came in, and they chose me. And, I chose them. They belong to themselves. Life is in them. Their own Inner Beings guide them. May I be centered and joyous, within myself, in their lives. I acknowledge a bond that I know in my womb between me and each of my children. I bless the children of my womb. I focus on imagining them as the most fulfilled they can be, and my grandkids too. And my great grandchildren. My children and grandchildren are blessed, and we enjoy family fun as a tradition! My relationships, my work, my well-being are blessed. My health is blessed. My life is abundant." Next, for Mother's Day, I bless you to have nurturing, strong, balanced, and healthy men in your life. As we become conscious that we are on a journey of becoming conscious, we toss out notions that discredit us, and we savor the thoughts and feelings that make us the most functional and happy in our lives.. So, on this amazing day set aside for mothers, grandmothers, on this side and the other, we savor the joys of womanhood. We appreciate our own Mom's and Granny's. And, we appreciate the way the Universe brings us mothering as we allow it, mothering that sets us free to be who we are! This is my Mother's Day blessing to you. Love, Rev. Dr. Mary

Dust off that dream! You are already recipient of the best gift of all--who you are and your desires to build this world, paint this world, explore this world. A woman's highest possession is her Self. We as women are evolving the Self of Women archetype, even as we make choices for ourselves that work. Each woman who finds her voice, and embraces her power to share her truth, is adding to our collective energy and strength! When we hear our chorus of voices singing the parts together, we soar in the harmonics. We retrain ourselves to pay attention to what our hearts are telling us, what our bodies are telling us, and we are using that communication to inform the part of ourselves that loves to do what is the next best thing for us. We seek inspiration, and we find synchronicity. I was recently with a friend in Alameda, CA, who had changed her name to Morgan in celebration of her 50th birthday. She was talking about future hopes, and she said, "I know it's out there." I pointed to my heart, and she said, "Oh, yea, it's in here. You're right." We remind each other when we forget. We create from within our hearts. "Heart's desires" are created right where they are felt the most! We are just learning about the power we have to give birth to our dreams. We are just now learning to relax about it. We have a partner in the Universe which is overseeing our development, nourishing and encouraging us. When we pause too long along the journey, we get a poke. When we keep up, we have a great time. As Jane says, "Let the Good Times Roll!" We are safe. We are being led by an Essence that loves us fiercely and is with us even when we are in pain! Hang in there. Tough times don't last forever. Look up! This Essence wants to know what you want. Don't be shy. Have a conversation with this Inner Being. A true home coming. Is it possible to pass the pain in the heart part? Yes! Yes! Yes! Learn to take care of your Self better and better every day, including laughing and listening to music! The world needs our dreams come true. Practice Self Care! Can't you see the delight of the Holy One as we honor the best within us and life itself? For a woman to practice Self Care, she puts her centering first. She knows that the power place within is fueled by Loving Intelligence who has chosen to embody as Her Self. The outcome of caring for your well-being first is: 1. self respect! 2. you will think more clearly. 3. you will access the tools that work to bring healthy outcomes. 4. you will develop the unique Self that you are as you acknowledge the gifts you have been given. (No one is exempt from gifts, even though many people deny they have them. No excuses) 5. your life contribution will be expressed! Your heart is satisfied. 6. you will join the models of women who are standing up to their full stature, within. They are women who do not give in to the stereotypes of being old, stupid, etc. 7. you will meet other women who overcome because it feels so good. 8. you will be happy along the way! 9. the secret to Self Care is to believe that you are worth it, and that as you love yourself better, those around you will benefit from your efforts. The more you love you, the more you love others! What would the benefits to the Universe be when we all find our center, our wisdom, our naturalness, and our radiance? our worth? Blessings, Dr. Mary join us at the Focus on Inspired Action Community where we align with inspiration!

Dreams Do Come True! From my heart My heart is beating fast right now because I have just returned from a two week vacation, with professional work tomorrow. I am happy to get to know who I am now that this spiritual journey has found completion.. Vacations change us. Sometimes it takes a while for the new woman to become known, even to ourselves. This was a "Dream Come True Vacation"--two whole weeks, and our focus was on connecting with our friends and family! I first publicly launched this dream 9 years ago, including using a vision board. I experienced such a positive outcome for the intentions I held for the trip. A romantic time with my husband, a delightful connection with our family!. We enjoyed meeting new people and reuniting with old friends. The countryside was spectacular--lush green and the purple, yellow, red, pink flowers were such a treat for our eyes, indeed our whole selves. All winter I have been intentionally calling the colors of year long blooming. I had asked for just the right car, and we were well suited to the Dodge Caravan. We were everywhere from Santa Cruz to Sausolito. San Francisco and Oakland were our primary lodging places. I had imagined fun, fun, fun, and it was! The one thing that I brought back, that I bought there, was a book "The Healing Spirit of Haiku" by David Rosen and Joel Weishaus. The bookstore, Kinokuniya, is in Japan Town. The book includes a dialogue between the two men in which they inspire each other to write poems. The book is praised by Thomas Moore, Claire Douglas, Robert Creeley, and Clarissa Pinkola Estes. She says, "To have one's soul evoked by reading, that in itself can be a sacred act." Here is a haiku gift from David-- Still Above the red and blue flowers The golden butterfly I trust that this is a little vacation for your mind, and that you too are feeling refreshed. So, please accept this appreciation and encouragement that we have this amazing power to align ourselves with our heart's desires. Surprises, and what we have asked for through our intentions, are on their way when we support them by believing in them from our hearts. Blessings, Dr. Mary

A. I. M. A Alluring I Imaginative M Mind God operates through alluring us past our old ways and into what is exciting and beautiful now. What is alive now. Here is an alluring example of alluring for me. Recently someone asked, "Where are the role models of women who have confidence as they mature?" My answer is, "Right before your eyes!" We attract what we are expecting to see. If we set our search lights to find role models, and we want to see them, they will appear. You see beautiful, confident women in pharmaceutical ads now. They portray someone feeling well because she has discovered a miracle cure that works for her, and it is medicine! This actress is gorgeous and healthy. We have never seen women mature like this! It is a phenomenon of our time. We have a right to see the actress as model of development, not disease. We have to look. We are following the trail of something very alluring. Women free. Light hearted. Contributing from their giftedness. Related to others in delightful ways. The real medicine that feeds the soul is self talk. Allow your alluring imagination to focus on what you want you mind to think. Food for our brains is changing how we think. What are we cooking up in our thoughts for ourselves to enjoy! Our imaginations are alluring. Get to know yours! Sometimes it is like a child having tantrums about how awful things are. But, most of the times it is your pride and joy! You are influential to yourself. Be proud of your role of mothering yourself with joy! Tell yourself that you are going to mature well, and that life is going to keep on getting better! For, if you believe it, it is true! Our deep dream is that the former inner emptiness, that inherited sense of not being enough, can be filled with a heart so big, it loves us first, with plenty left over! Divine AIM! Going back to the well within, we replenish and moisturize our souls, then we come back with clarity to the life we choose to live. Looking around this website, there are many models of beautifully maturing women! Of all ages! Maturity is an attitude, not a sentence! Have a beautiful, Brave Heart Women Day! Love, Mary And, it is so charming to see how our young women are aware of possibilities for their lives early. We need each other, generation helping generation! It is thrilling to see women from different generations regarding one another and wondering, "Who is this interesting person?"

What are your dreams? Do you believe in them? Support your dreams today! Learning how to manifest dreams is the work of our now generations. I believe this is the most exciting time to be alive as humans! In the last 100 years we have advanced so far in understanding what it means to be human and the special joys of being authentic, real, and powerful. One hundred years ago, women did not have the vote in this country! We are a dream come true for all those women who dreamed us into Being--Women with the privilege of speaking in public, of believing that equality of worth is not even an issue. Just like some people used to litter the highways and streets with their trash, we can trash ourselves by forgetting who we really are. "Trash talk alert!" As sophisticated as we have become, we are also in transition as women.. Buried in our psyches are the urges to compromise, to get along, to discount "little old me." That which is buried in our psyches tends to arise at uncomfortable moments. Even the "trash talk" about women in our psyches, made up of many inherited beliefs, can be useful to us, as we seek inspiration to recycle, clear, and to clean up our thinking. This may take a lifetime. It's ok. We are dreaming up new generations of women and men who go beyond. Our part of this cycle is humbling, inspiring, and very important. Dreams Come True when we honor that we are in relationship with the Creator who has great dreams for us and Who has planted those dreams deep within us as our passions and desires. We stop fighting our dreams! We are the co-creators of our lives as we listen to ourselves and respond with love and determination. For me, dreams are coming true. Brave Heart Women is one of my dreams. Every time I open the computer and see/hear all the activity, I feel like crying, and sometimes I do! Thanks for being a part of this journey together! We have so much to teach and learn with each other. We are not alone. Our unique voices are distinctly beneficial to the chorus of love and empowerment! We are on a dream vacation to visit family here in California. Two weeks. A lifetime of enjoyment in a capsule of two weeks! Keep on reading and writing! And a special appreciation for your unique contribution! Love, Mary Please check out our community "Focus on Inspired Action"! Inspired relationship is first! We invite you to join us as we focus the feminine which loves to be directed in accord with deep desires!

You are a unique being who is here as a woman! Do you ever find it overwhelming to hear all the beautiful women's voices that are all speaking to us from their Brave Heart? So many, so wondrous. So inspiring. We have inherited the prayer offerings of women for thousands of years who have labored under appalling conditions to appreciate life and to make of it what they could. We are the beneficiaries. The Universe has heard our inner demands for a just world. Studies have shown that what women want more than anything is their voices! And, your place, Dear Brave Heart? Your place is living in your body without fear, hatred, depression, without feeling out of control. And holding the direction of inspiration. So freed, you become aware that your voice blends so nicely with other growing, developing women, and still, your voice print is yours alone. We want to hear your voice print. Yes, we do! If you have already reached that point where you live mostly without fear and pain, we applaud you and tell you to strut your stuff. We need and want to see you thriving. When you thrive we all thrive! We write our own stories. Bless you as you let go of the old story of sorrow and woe and loss and heart break. We all know that if we want fresh, we have to eliminate that which is no longer useful or needed. Discard your old story or give it to the Great Good Will for purposeful recycling! Everyone will benefit! I am preaching to myself here. And I am inspired! Have a Great Brave Heart Woman Day! Love, Mary Check out my community "Focus on Inspired Action"
