Enter another portal to peace by living in HARMONY. Harmony and Peace are one. Anyone describing the concept of peace is bound to use the word 'harmony'.
Be in harmony with your surroundings and with all those around you. If you cannot sing the same note, at least find a note that harmonizes.
Harmony is an interesting word because it implies that one need not try to 'play the same note' as others; rather one tries to find a note that combines in a pleasing way or in a way that enhances that relationship or situation with which you are aspiring to harmonize.
Live in harmony with nature. Honor and treat your Mother Earth with dignity and respect, just as you would wish to be treated by others. Bring peace and joy to yourself and others by visiting places of natural beauty. Mother Earth has created many astonishing showcases of her works - just for you.
Live in harmony with your higher Self. Speak, live and act harmoniously with your own life's purpose, your unique mission and reason for being here. FEEL a discord? You are not in harmony with your truth. No harmony; no Peace.
Notice as you go about your day today, how many ways you are living in harmony with yourself, with others and with all that surrounds you. Come on through this portal to peace! Live all-ways in Harmony!

Invitation: Be contagious; create smiles wherever you go! Be infectious! Pass out your smiles freely! Why are we using words like 'contagious' and 'infectious' that are usually thought of as passing on something deleterious to your health?
These words are used to help you realize just how easily you can pass on something that can only bring about well-being in the person who 'catches' your ease in your smile.
Just as your yawn usually elicits another yawn from the person who just watched you yawn, so too, a smile automatically inspires a smile from the person who watched you smile. According to the scientists, this is an automatic response.
The range of your smile power can go from just feeling a smile in your heart to a huge smile of boundless joy. Practice in front of a mirror if you feel you have to. Experiment with friends and family or if inspired, when walking down the street in town.
So be contagious! Create smiles wherever you go! You will be adding harmony, richness and a sense of well-being to your life and to others.

Celebrate - every day - in order to access another portal to peace. We are talking about celebrating all of the big occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and weddings AND all of the so-called smaller victories like losing another pound, receiving a surprise check in the mail and seeing an 'A' on your child's report card.
We are here to experience joy in as many ways as possible. Each time we celebrate one of our joys with gratitude, we attract more reasons for which we can be joyful.
When we find joy, the more enthusiasm we bring to the occasion, the greater the joy, for our noble self as well as for those around us.
An example of how an acquaintance of mine turned a possible disappointment into joy follows. This man had a trip planned to Haiti to support the people there and requested that we gather together materials in the form of medical supplies. In the short time that we had, we could only get together one large suitcase full.
When presented to him, instead of being disappointed as we thought he may be, he was sincerely pleased and so enthusiastic that he called two of his friends to tell what he had received for Haiti. In the same way, we can turn many, if not most life situations into a reason to celebrate. We can celebrate by ourselves; we can celebrate with friends and family; we can celebrate with any of the groups and organizations we belong to.
Does celebration cost a lot of money? It can, but it does not have to. There are abundant ways to celebrate. Be creative and think of ways that you enjoy celebrating.
I invite you to share why you will celebrate today and how. Celebrate every day to enter another portal to peace! I invite you to JOIN my Creative Concentration Community by clicking on the link below. Rijuta Tooker Founder, Creative Concentration Community
To access another portal to peace, connect with your inner silence. The easiest way to discover and connect with your inner silence is to plan for a few quiet moments during your day. Write it into your schedule if need be.
What could you gain from connecting with your inner silence? You could experience a deep inner peace, a feeling of inner poise and a connection with the wisdom of your highest truth.
Allowing your inner silence to come to the fore of your consciousness requires time, especially if it has to push through all of the noise of your mind and the influences of your surrounding environment.
For this reason, it may be best to connect with your inner silence early in the morning and/or after you have gone home in the evening.
Most people find it is also necessary to experience their inner silence during the day in order to stay centered, with clarity and peacefulness. This time could be found perhaps during lunch, by taking a walk down the hall to the drinking fountain or simply closing your door (if you have one) and looking out the window. Where there is a will, there is a way ~ Inside each of us is a sacred space, generally felt in the heart area. In this sacred space, you will find a portal to peace that will connect you with your inner silence. Have you entered that portal today?

Dance with life if you want to open another portal to peace! Could you use a tiny bit more peace in your life? Then consider how you dance with life.
Are you actually dancing with life or are you resisting most of what life brings to you? When we dance with life, there is a kind of ease and flow, a boost of our consciousness up a notch. When we resist what life brings to us, there is restriction and limitation.
When you concentrate on dancing with life, you are moving into more aliveness, more creativity, more inner growth. Dancing with life brings a willingness to change. If you are resisting what life is bringing to you, you actually lock yourself into more of what you do not want.
Nobody can dance your life for you. You are the Master Dancer of your Reality. Dance in appreciation of what is good in your life. Dance with love for the abundance you see in your own life and in others'. Dance in joy, for that is why you chose to be here in the first place.
Did you open that portal to peace today? How did you dance with your life?
Have you ever thought of spreading your wings in order to create a lift in your life?
How to spread your wings? Simple. Stand up. Stretch your arms straight out to your sides. As you take deep, gentle gratitude breaths, put a smile on your face and concentrate on taking in as much space as you possibly can as you lift your arms a little wider and a little higher. I invite you to try it now; it only takes a few seconds.
How did you feel as you physically spread your wings? Did you feel something (your heart) opening up? Did you feel the expansion in your chest? Did you feel a kind of freedom? Did you feel more energy? What were the changes you noticed?
Now please consider how else you can spread your wings. Spreading your wings suggests that you may need to take out some of your courage and creativity tools.
What are your talents? What keeps you fascinated for hours? What are those hobbies you have forgotten about? Are you timid about doing something that you would dearly love to do?
Have you become all that you can be? If not, I invite you to spread your wings and uplift your life!

Not necessarily in order of importance, another Portal to Peace is to live from your heart and soul.
Many of us fall into the habit of living from our mind much of the time. If however, you seek to enjoy more peace in your life, I suggest you make a daily intention to live from your heart and soul.
You may wonder, "What exactly is the difference between living from my mind and living from my heart and soul?"
Living from the mind is living with the limitation of our doubts, our struggles, our fears and our separating ego. Living from our heart and soul power is living with oneness, collaboration and creativity.
To live from our heart and soul, it is advisable to learn to listen/feel to the inner message is that is coming from our highest self: our heart and soul. The inner messages that we receive from our heart and soul are filled with infinite wisdom and love, always given for our highest good.
In order to hear these messages, messages that are absolutely necessary before we take action, we must spend time in silence, even it we can only manage two minutes at a time.
Experiment today. Practice concentrating on the heart and soul in order to hear the loving wisdom of the heart and soul rather than listening to the chatter of ups and downs, in's and out's of the mind. Before making that important phone call, before giving your team a pep talk, be still, listen and live from your heart and soul.
Were you surprised at one of the messages that you received today?

In my experience, there are many portals to peace. The first one I bring forward to you is to Be Happy!
Most people would like to live a life of peace; however, many do not know how to actually find that peace.
As our first portal to peace is to be happy, we can also feel that a portal to being happy, is to find peace. When I 'googled' the two words "be happy", an astounding two hundred twelve million results popped up (212,000,000) ! ! !
Why is that so astounding?
With so much being written about being happy, including songs and videos, one wonders how it is that so many people are not truly happy!
The state of being happy is, of course, different for each one of us. Unfortunately, for many, being happy depends on outer circumstances and outer 'things'. Although this has been said many times and in many ways, if people could release this dependency on the 'outer', we would have many more happy people in this world.
As we concentrate on our own happiness, circumstances and things outside of us and around us can certainly add to our happiness, but our inner state of being is where we go to find our deepest and truest happiness.
To access our inner state of being requires that we become silent and aware, observant and receptive to 'what is'. This process will take practice for those who are new to inner 'work'.
Much has been written about being happy; if true happiness is escaping your experience, I suggest that you google 'be happy' and pick and choose several of the results that spark your interest. You will definitely be on your way to entering the first portal to peace: to be happy!

How can you FEEL your intuition? One of the best ways we can know what our intuition is trying to tell us is through our feelings or through symptoms we become aware of in our body.
We typically feel these sensations in our heart, in our stomach or in our hands. All of a sudden our heart starts beating more rapidly; our hands become cold, or sweaty; our stomach feels tense or upset. All of these feelings are easily recognizable.
On the other hand, many of our intuitive feelings are much more subtle. We simply FEEL our intuition to be true in the moment.
Intuition has nothing to do with the reasoning or analysis of the mind. Intuition is not justified or questioned. Often when our intuition reaches our awareness, our mind tells us, “I don’t have time for that!”; or, “Why spend money on that?”; or, “I am too busy!”
Intuition is always trying to help us by giving little nudges or hints or we could even call them warnings. Alas, how many times have we failed to listen?
Feeling: “It is so warm today.” Intuition voice: “Stop for a bottle of water.”
Feeling: “I am going to be late for the meeting.” Intuition voice: “Turn left at the light.”
Feeling: “Something is missing.” Intuition voice: “Take your sunglasses today.”
BELIEVE in your own intuition. Begin to look for examples of not only your intuition, but others as well.
Keep a silent space in your mind from time to time so intuition can slip in. For example, when you get into your car just before driving off, stay quiet for 20-30 seconds. You will be surprised at how many times you remember something you were supposed to have with you. Or, your alertness will be heightened to protect your safe travel.
At any given moment, practice concentrating on the feelings you are having. Set an intention to be aware of your feelings for the next hour. For most of us, that will be a brand new experience and a very helpful one.
Each of us feels our intuition in different ways at different times. We all have stories of how we were rewarded in some way by listening to our intuition. Care to share?

You have many beliefs. How do you know which beliefs are your beliefs and which beliefs belong to someone else?
As children we tended to internalize the beliefs of those family members and friends within our immediate circle.
As we grew older we tended to internalize the beliefs of those in our schools and our local society. As an adult we continued to internalize the beliefs of those in our workplace and in our government.
We must be aware that our beliefs are also formed by all of the forces that surround us on a daily basis. Our beliefs are constantly being shaped as we open ourselves to read the newspaper, to watch the news on TV or to join in a discussion at the post office. Each time we say "YES", either internally or in conversation, we are anchoring those beliefs.
So if we are constantly internalizing the beliefs of others, then how do we know what our own personal beliefs are? Good question ~
Simply, our beliefs are something we hold to be true for ourselves, something for which there is no proof. For example, long ago, it was commonly believed that the earth was flat but there was no proof. Of course we now know that is silly because it has been 'proven' otherwise.
Most of us believe what we see with our eyes. Some of us believe what we hear with our ears; what we hear is usually from others. But when you believe something with all of your heart, then you know that THAT is your own personal belief - no right or wrong.
Our beliefs create the quality of our consciousness. So perhaps you would want to cultivate a particular belief that would help to expand or heighten your consciousness. If so, then you can mix with those persons who also hold that same belief.
Practice testing what you believe, not with your eyes, not with your ears, not with your mind, but with your HEART. In that way, you can determine if a particular BELIEF is your own, or theirs! During these extraordinary times it is always wise to keep your light tank full! Inasmuch as we are aware that we should keep the gas tank of our car either full or at least with a significant amount of gas, especially as we deal with winter storms and the like, we need to be equally aware of having to keep our inner light tank full.
What is your inner light tank? Your inner light tank is that part of you inside that has enough energy, enough courage, enough goodness, enough peaceful and harmonizing momentum to move your life forward in a positive and fulfilling way - moment by moment.
How to do this? Simply set the intention: "I am eagerly keeping my light tank full today."
Then notice when your light tank is being drained.
For example, suppose a family member or a friend phones you for some kind of assistance that is needed "right now" and you feel you must respond "right now". You were just about to launch into one of your projects AND instead, you stop and change direction.
In absolute stillness and quiet, you inhale slowly and deeply, drawing into your every cell: pristine LIGHT. Feel the purity, peace and clarity of light ebbing through your entire being as you continue to re-fill your light tank; add an affirmation if you wish.
Finished - then go about your business until you come to the next opportunity to use your light, of course remembering to re-fill immediately. There is always an abundance of light available to us. All we have to do is ask for it or simply take it! It is free and totally available.
How did you use your light today? Perhaps more importantly, how did you re-fill your light tank today? Sending lots of light your way ~
