Dear friends, I hope that all of you are having a blessed day.

I have to start by saying that life has taken an amazing turn, a turn that has made our world full of joy and happiness.

Ruby Candyce is the "gem" in our eye's. She is now 5 months old and growing rapidly everyday. The changes that happen are fascinating to witness. Being a mom has taken me to another level of womanhood. I will cherish these moments forever.

I hope to see all of you at "RISE" Event in Los Angeles in OCT.
I hope that you are loving life and living your true self.

Sincerely,
Your devoted Braveheart sister,
Roz Safdari

Have you noticed your hair getting thinner?? If so, I recommend a few different methods you can try.
1. A healthy diet and proper rest are essential in your hair growth. So get your sleep and eat a balanced diet.
2. Stress is the one of the most significant causes of hair loss! Reducing stress in your life can definitely help with the loss of your precious hair.
3. Vitamins such as Biotin are great, take as a dietary supplement every day.
4. Try a rich drink such as bananas, honey and low fat milk. It tastes delicious and is great for you and your hair.
5. Scalp messages are amazing for regenerating hair growth. Message your scalp as you shampoo for an additional 3 minutes every time to stimulate blood flow.
Following these steps will help with your hair growth, but If your hair loss is more serious and noticeably getting worse please consult your doctor for further treatments.

Do you have dry scalp and hair?? If you do I highly recommend a traditional remedy that works great. Olive oil and Egg yolk!!! The vitamins in Egg yolk and the natural olive oil is a great hair treatment that is affordable to do at home. Combine 1/8 of a cup of olive oil and 1 egg yolk and mix well. Apply to scalp and work through out the entire hair. Leave on for 5 to 25 minutes. Rinse well with luke warm water, shampoo and apply conditioner. Repeat every 2 week till necessary. Your hair and scalp will soon look and feel amazing..

How To get different colors in your hair without having to use chemicals or dye?? Is this really possible? The answer is YES. Hair extensions are a great way to add body and different color tones to your hair! Human hair extensions come in 10 different colors from black to lightest blond. Great lengths are my favorite brand and last anywhere between 3 to 6 months. Make your blond blonder, your red more vibrant and add life to dark hair. Extensions will make your hair look amazing, use a color thats a few shades lighter than your hair for beautiful highlights.

You ever wonder how to get the static out of your hair? I have a great tip for you. After you have finished your blow dry, take a (dryer sheet) and wipe it all over your hair for a finishing touch! You will be amazed.

Shoulder-length waves, natural soft highlights and glossy lips are what's hot this season. Stay close to your natural hair tones, but don't be afraid to spice up your makeup with darker eyes or brighter lips. For the brunettes out there ask for caramel highlights with a slightly lifted base, a dark lip is always nice and sexy. For my red heads, ask for more copper tones and less violet and Sheer lips are always my favorite choice for you. Last but not least, the blonds! keep your highlights bright around the face and lift your base to compliment your highlights. Glossy soft pink lips are the perfect look for a work day or a night out. Remember keep it natural and beautiful.

1. Brushing your hair excessively or vigorously can lead to breakage and tearing. Wet hair is even more fragile so be very gentle. Avoid breakage by using a wide tooth comb and a boar's bristle brush.

2. Daily shampooing is not necessary, and if you use water that's too hot, it can dry out your hair and skin. Shampooing every other day is fine for most people and even recommended for chemically treated hair. If you must wash, just rinse and use conditioner.

3. It's ok to blow dry your hair if you use the right thermal hair protector and continually move the blower. Blow dry damage occurs only with excessive heat and if you fail to use the right products.

4. Can split ends be repaired? Despite products that claim to do this, all they really do is seal the splits, making them less visible temporarily. (Cutting them is the only solution) By doing this you are encouraging hair growth by stopping the split ends from splitting even further up the hair and causing more breakage...........
