THE DOWNWARD SPIRALS
OF ANY NEW DAY
ARE...

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ DOUBT ~ ~ ~ FEAR ~ ~ ~ HATERED ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

What doubts crept into your day?
Where did fear override your inner trust in the day?
Why did hate overwhelm love you might have felt and shared in the day?

Here are 3 ways
to begin a new day...
when it's a good day
you wish to have:

1- Give thanks for the new day you've just been granted as you're getting out of bed. Do this daily until it's a habit and part of each morning.
2- Promise your Self to find at least 1 good thing about the day! After doing this for a time, you'll easily find countless good things every day.
3- Open your heart and put a smile inside before going to work or tackling that first task. In time you'll find tasks get easier, the days pass quicker.

Here are 3 ways
to end the day...
regardless of the
day you have had:

1- Learn from the day's events, make certain heart is still smiling prior to going to bed at end of this day. (look at this as your day school)
2- Thank your Self for kindness's good deeds you shared or allowed your Self to receive this day. (look at this as a rightful action)
3- Invite wisdom's revelations to find you during sleep, set your soul free by releasing the events of this day. (look at this as night school for you and your soul)

Wisely choose the direction you wish
your vibrational integrity or
heartsoul to travel...

"just do it", or is it... 'go for it'? You've absolutely nothing to lose... so much to gain!

Set about wisely building your 'list of goodnesses' you've allowed thy Self to claim!

I've thankfully
'in'joyed...

~ eating all the organic peaches my heart desires in a friend's orchard
........... dripping profusely down my chin and onto my t-shirt is joy's fuzzy juice
~ building a large but safe beach fire by the bright light of a mezmering full moon
........... drumming 'til wee hours of the night until my arms just can't pound another beat
~ walking through the forest near home when it's really really windy along the coast
........... listening to tall sitka trees, some old some not, gently rubbing against each other
~ cruisin' the local thrift shops on their weekly discount days... with high hopes
........... uncovering that 'gem' you thought you'd not ever ever ever find then giving thanks
~ traveling through a grape arbor growing up and over a flower garden's entry gate
........... wielding no grapes but many joys of moving through a garden elf's tunnel
~ leaving a retail store amidst the magic of the current Christmas's yuletide
........... sharing available financial abundance with a charity's dedicated volunteer
~ going out to gather up the garbage and recycling bins soon after they're emptied
........... picking up a working neighbor's residue to assist their neighborly image
~ waiting in a long grocery checkout line and tuning into the surroundings
........... giving my place in line to a busy mom with several impatient kids by her side
~ cutting fresh flowers to create a unique bouquet to then gladly give away
........... knowing that the recipient hasn't any plants around their home that bloom
~ shopping at a store's biggest annual clearance sale with gift-card gifts in hand
........... spotting the last one of an item marked way down, relinquishing it to another
~ hanging cut glass crystals on beaded wires from the front porch overhang
........... enjoying rainbows passing through my home as the sun moves across the sky
~ taking my dear Self out to dinner as the reward for something well done
........... happening upon an old friend you've not seen for ages and ages
~ feeding those feathered friends during a hard winter at the coast
........... watching winged flights back-n-forth, listening to chirps-n-peeps of gratitude
~ walking out to my car in a business's parking lot
........... noticing a car with it's lights on I go back in to report it, common where I live
~ reclining on the driveway looking upward at the clouds floating by
........... remembering in years past doing the same thing and realizing it still feels great
~ stroking a feline friend's soft coat while listening to the purr of contentment
........... wondering what she's thinking about and if she has a single concern in the moment
~ sitting and rocking on my front porch during a thunderstorm's wild furry
........... soaking in a vast amount of negative ions and breathing in sweet energized air
~ relaxing in a soft warm wind under a happy sun beside a lake that's very unique
........... noticing the sounds and calls of many different birds in areas close by
~ visiting my favorite stretch of beach where few beachcombers are found
........... knowing the sun's rays have heated the sand and I'm sure to find another treasure
~ tending a unique family of plants in my outdoor bamboo-fenced zen garden
........... feeling the love they share by their myriad of textures, colors, shapes and sizes
~ communing with the 18' ponderosa pine in my small fenced backyard area
........... appreciating how the pine let me trim its latest crop of candles slowing its growth
~ watering my late mother's, now pretty tall, corn plant in the living room
.............. thanking it for keeping mom's spirit alive even as it's reached the ceiling
~ clipping coupons to save a buck here and there since time clock's fade into history
........... enjoying bennies of living a simple, clean, healthy life... outside the box
~ driving an oldie but a goodie named Liberty on journies enlivening life's seasons
........... scouring countrysides, beaches, backroads for 'digital gold' with camera Justice
~ believing wholeheartedly that the life I humbly live now is in service to the All
................... And so there you have it ~ Liberty and Justice for the All ...................
