Let me first and foremost explain that due to the inability of BHW to take my money by c/c, I am still in "general," not "Expert." With that said, I wanted to elaborate on the Cellular memory discussion. Cellular memory is buried beneath "Habitual Memory." It is the "reason" for much debate and dogma. To uncover the truth about Cellular Memory, one must first and foremost recognize and understand that beneath all current belief systems IS THAT WHICH WE TAKE FOR GRANTED. Most beliefs are inbedded in the theory that "WE" are striving to be "God" like. We are following rules that limit are awareness. This is Habitual. Those of Us that know LIFE, as a belief, understand that the striving is "Earth" like. We know, that the "being" known as "creator," is beneath our feet, in our lungs, running through our veins, and giving us a place to co-create. Oneness starts with gratitude. I recognize the EARTH WITHIN YOU! Stating that fact....we begin to realize that "globally," WE ARE ONE! War is not "Earth-like." To use P238,(cancer causing agent, and there are others) is to say: "We donot thank creator, nor do we respect her body as our own! This kind of thinking "trickles" down the neuro-pathways as "being not of this world," "looking forward to a better world after death," and the creation of "books" that deem "people" who have lived on this planet, and died, as teaching Oneness. This is NOT the case. The "book," the body of any being, IS made of the Earth! We were made in Her image.....and contain all her diversity! (habitual thinking is now in order). Cellular memory now exists as a commercialized self-help guide written by those who still believe in duality----not diversity.
Diversity is "seen" as a rich collaboration. But who is doing the collaborating? And where are they doing it? Any and all collaboration efforts should begin with the "Core" felt gratitude for the Earth. Otherwise....it is just "Compromise."
There is a Oneness in this gratitude, even if you're richer than me, prettier than me, or not my gender! We still "share" the Earth. It is OUR ONE "common GROUND."
Ah, common ground.....that feels empowering! Everything after this fact IS JUST HABITUAL! Cellular, is the commonality of ONE EARTH. To that collaboration, we bring our "Source" into any and all situations. To "see" ourselves as the Earth, gives "pity," and lack no power over us. "Reason" becomes our belief. Reason....in cellular memory is "INTENTION." Within the deep memory of our being, is all the knowledge contained within the Earth. And that knowlege is diversified. Wisdom, Is the "Source," IN ACTION. Fluidity....is that cellular existence upon the Earth. Rigidity....is that habitual existence upon belief. So the next time you feel an un-comfortable feeling....THANK THE EARTH! For in doing so each and everytime, you will become aware of how that feeling is not just comfortable but Joyful! To know a being, our "source" like that cannot be written in a book. It must be felt, and realized.

The muscle of execution and change. Ruled by Air, nothing can rise out of the mind's memory without full, deep exhalation. The representation of Death, a great winged creature, the Owl, shows us how nothing can rise up without first expelling any and all limitations. (This includes any emotional attachments that limit the mind's eye from achieving awareness). Raptors must lighten their loads before they can embark on new directions. They are the classic representation of the diaphragm.
This is the most Inspiratory muscle......where all Inspiration arises from. In Tranquil Respiration, it is the one and only muscle brought into action. It quiets the mind's chatter, removes the need for stress induced movement, and follows the rise of limitations as they take flight. Not dragging them back down into the body, known as the adrenalized flight or fight response.
The key to "relaxed" breathing is the ability of the thoracic cavity to enlarge from Above, and push from Below. Allowing the abdominal muscles to work in harmony and unison with the diaphragm. Compressing the abdominal viscera to the lower part of the abdominal cavity. The diaphragm now becomes relaxed, and convexed. The chest cavity is now forced open form the sides: 4th rib, on the right side, 5th rib, on the left. This is where the focus of "Death-Change" can occur. As one can allow the eyes to move upward through exhalation. The eyes can be used as wings....following the breath pattern: Inhalation: (down),
Exhalation: (up). To further this experience, one can raise and lower the arms, (at the shoulders) by following the pattern of the eyes. There are three leaflets in the diaphragm...furthering the experience of rising and falling. This is the internal ebb and flow of life within. Mastering this...makes shallow breathing and adrenaline junkies obsolete! And this IS how the "Oxy Breath is accomplished...just add eyes!
Key Attributes: 1). Change 2). Inspiration
3). Potential 4). Relaxation 5). Direction
6). Navigation 7). Discernment 8). Awareness

The wind can only move the shadows-possibilities back and forth. Never turning anything into a spark.
Sparks without shadow can not return. For possibilitites cannot be realized without reflection.
Possibilities must return to the creative force as shadows. And we have been taught to fear such a limitless process. We must not be afraid to reflect upon water as a reflective force.
What emotion moved the possibility? What reflection,(shadow), did not become realized? Once burned,
where did the water go?
At the height of reflection, a new possibility is born.
This is Air, in motion.
During reflection, all possibilities are realized. For the thing is now in motion.
Fire is the spark which ignites the process-the shadow enables the creative force to align with the process which created it.
1). To Water It. Reflect on the question.
2). To Breathe It. To Carry it through possibilities.
3). To Fire It. To Live in the Spark of It.
4). To Earth It. To Birth it from within the shadows.
To Fear It. To ignore the ripples of reflection that first shadowed it.
To Stress It. To hold that breath that will carry it back to it's source.
Knowledge has been achieved through this process for thousands of years. The body contains these four elements.....the mind can discern this knowledge or fear it.

You either see the nature of the emotion...or you continue to shoreup your inability to seek guidance from the forces that created it.
Does it have life? It did, but now it requires discern-
ment of the past. Will you see all sides? Or is it washed only by force? The land gives it placement, the water gives it movement, the sun gives it structure....what is it's nature? Fire can only be seen from the outside. Internal fire sparks the imagination
but it has no reflection. Only in creation, can a thing reflect intention. There is no reflection in fire-once it is burned, it shadows the creative force. This shadow shows the course a thing can take. All it's
possibilities, shadowed there.
Once the water is taken from a thing, from one possibility, then that possibility can not return. It shadows only what might have been.
Might-have-beens were full of emotions, for they contained water. Once fire is applied, only shadow remains.....the shadow of pure creative force.....un-
realized. It can only be moved through water by reflection. Shadows play across the face of a thing. Those who can not see shadows as reflections...
Live in fear.

The list of Compressed Choices:
1). I want to drag my burden of choice around with me so others will focus on the burden..(guilt)...not the choice.
2). I want to choose pity, so others will focus on my victimization....not the choice.
3). I want to choose blame, so others will focus on my belief.....not the choice.
4). I want to choose embarrassment, so others will remember me......not the choice.
5). I want to choose "my way, as the only way"......so others will focus on my words.....not the choice.
6). I want to invlove as many people as possible to my dilemma, so people will feel sorry for me, and do what I say....so others will focus on my problems.....not the choice.
7). I want to promote jealousy, so others will focus on my whereabouts.....not the choice.
8). I want to prove by my actions, that if I think it, I can compress my body into feeling "I'm right," so others will focus on discrimination......not the choice.
Expansion cannot exist within this list. Expansion is a choice.

Here in my office, where this picture contains all the creative inspiration a "Plucky Lady" deserves......I just want to send my soul-hearted appreciation to all those who keep me grounded and safe, during a time of unforeseen opportunity. The list would fill a whole blog! But through which Risa's profound "One-liners," Lisa's inspiring "open-heartedness," Rijuta's ever "Expanding Magnificence," and all the most treasured women here at BH who have given me the courage to continue use my "tool box" with creative wisdom, I THANK YOU! Being an "adept," in a sea of neophytes, does contain many challenges......but learning to expand within the Universe I have created, has given me unforeseen Joy!!! Everyday, I experience an awareness of what I am sub-consciously creating.....and It Is Magnificent!
Of the thousands of attempts I have made.....the one that stands alone above all others......Is the Truth that I am Soulfully-Whole! I am guided, daily through intuition, and to see the "truth of things," does not have to be emotionally draining! I can focus on one emotion.......LOve! No matter the circumstance......What I love, remains.
And the "Art of Love," is a discipline that can thwart any "failure!!!!!!!"

Ever wonder why Violence and Forgiveness, go hand in hand? One cannot survive without the other. Until we all realize that those who would "damage our calm," are "thieves," we will be in a constant battle for our own emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial survival. We have been taught to ignore our own feelings....for the myth of forgiveness. These "thieves" have also been taught that we will forgive them, time, and time again.....and when all else fails....pity will rule their lives and ours!
I am a living testament to this fact! "To Hurt, Is To Steal".......from the smallest justifications....to the largest ones. It is time to put Violence on Notice.........Forgiveness is not your entitlement......The Law of Cause and Effect Is!

Don't ya just love the quotes from men who believe that the Earth is flat?! It is so much easier to try to see "life" the way a man does. Build...Decay....Build..
...Decay. Now, as a woman sees "Life" it is filled with seedlings, buds, and blossoms. Filling the air with sweet perfume, lovely views, and hope for the next generations. The "Mind" sets up the fragmented effects, and some "short-willed thinkers, got everyone singing some "flat" tune! You don't "build" a life------you "grow" one! You build armies, arms,(guns, bullets and bombs), institutions, labs,(illegal and legal ones), chemical-climates,(inside and outside the body), dependence, rigidity, and partial blindness! In 300 years, if all we can recall is a man with a string and a key.....and not the force that he so foolishly refused to give thanks to.....we have not made any progress pass the days of Deadwood!
We are worth more than just a vessel and something to tie a key to. We are the light of life determined to survive the climate of men--tal dependency. Independence is grown.....and the birthing pains can be fierce! Life is a gift.....not something you return for cash!

in this new paradigm, we are asked to seek transformation........removing the "mental-fog" the caterpillar has chosen to accept as it's own.
We can create, through "phrases-o-empowerment," the unique mental focus that is truly our own!
Butterflies are free to experience the delights of what their own focus brings!
We expand our experience by using the tool of "memory" to plant witty one-liners that in times before were merely cliques. We bring the focus of our own creative brand, as well as those who have touched our lives in loving, purposeful ways.
Here's to the Brave Heart Sisterhood! Creating inspirational thought patterns that can uplift and snap us back into clarity of our passions!
Look for that one inspirational phrase that describes your community link.....practice that 10 times a day, til it becomes second nature. Skilled communicators are always valued.....even by the "Red Queen," and the caterpillars are dying to know your secrets......Give them the opportunity to "free their souls," and help guide them to new "Options!"
Old hungry-repetitions can be replaced with fulfilling
ones....."Get a Ritual!"

In the present financial climate, emotions can run high at work. This can cause a disharmonious resonance between co-workers and expansiveness.
Gossip and honesty, do not mix well. Mental focus can become hindred as others' emotional repetitions take the fore-front of conversations.
The most sure-fire way to thwart the repetitions of the "Red Queen".....is to script some witty-one-liners, and memorize til the inner smile is felt within.
"Get a Life," has been tharted by "Get a Life Coach!"
"Drama"-is best left to facebook......"Get a Page!"
"Gossip/Claver," ......."Get a Blog!"
And for those who want free tips about your marketing style/customer service skills......"Get a Law of Attraction Consultant!" This last one is alittle long, but we not only keep our own focus, we increase business for those we value, follow, and keep Brave Heart in the fore-front of Empowerment, Inspiration, and Creativity! Tharting the "Red Queen," is just replacing the repetitions with "skills!"

We change as we grow, and incarnate into the experience that dominates our emotional life. This skill is a child's enthusiasm of fairy tales, and wondrous dreams of dancing flowers and fantastic creatures that carry us across vast oceans of time and space. Wanting to explore our internal experiences within an ever expanding landscape.
Creatures we event to challenge us, and allies that come to our aid when we doubt our own abilities.
All the while knowing that without the emotional experiences of curiosity and love, we may resist the function of this most empowering life-skill!
Focus is part of the mystery....writing the story as we go. Finding the "looking glass" of our experiences will help to bring a change in the way we view our mental concepts....while we grow in an emotional one. Everyone remembers that crazy holiday dinner, where we were mad as a hatter! Everyone has felt the threat of the "red queen." We have sang with flowers, and fell off the wall we built so high we couldn't see over, or balance atop of!
We know of the scatteredness of the "white rabbit" always running late! And when we needed to contemplate our abilities...the cheshire cat left us only a smile! Reincarnation.....A life skill that is an expansion of flow in nature and form. A return to the wonders of "Look at Me!" "I Love Myself!"

As we learn to be responsible for the experiences we create for ourselves.......we find the "frog", (end) of any experience is the "princess", (beginning) of the next! This is known as the Life Skill of Rebirth-YES. To be able to apply this "skill" to our localized movement, we must leave the emotional link to the previous experience to our "mental refrain"--Our signature-song. Singing expansion into our "zonal-flow." If our refrain is "bad," containing thoughts and images of "WHY"---we can't "slip" ourselves into "YES!" Did you end the experience on a Sour Note? Did you move back into the feeling of "HOW?"
Being localized in your own created holding patterns? Do you continue to relive "WHAT?" What did I do wrong? "Wrong" will be part of your "Frog-refrain," and your movements will continue to follow the completion of your previous "mirror" experience.
Find the "princess" feeling in the previous experience, carry that forth, and kiss the "frog" of your experience, fair-well! Turning someone into a "frog" or Toad, is the ability to mirror the princess within.....No matter how badly the reflective-frog wants to stay on the lily pad! Calling the rain....the new incarnation..will wash away Why! Becoming non-localized and Spelled.....YES!
