If you are wondering about the stages of dying from heart failure, you or your loved one are probably late in the disease process.

By the time heart failure is diagnosed, you have already been suffering from heart disease for years.

If your doctor says your heart failure was caused from “a virus of unknown origin”, that information is not helpful.

Heart disease is a disease of the circulating blood.

Bacteria and viruses may very well contribute to the growing disease in your circulating blood, but they are not the cause of heart failure.  They are only a small piece of the big picture of your disease.

Heart failure is often mis-diagnosed for years!

What you need to fully understand is the Biggest most Important element of your HEALING!

Oxygen is:
The most important healing substance
The most effective detox agent
The premium blood cleanser
The most potent antibiotic
A versatile hormone
A blood clotter and declotter
And the conductor of the orchestra of the immune system.
Without oxygen, the lungs cannot breathe, the heart cannot beat, the brain cannot think, the bowel cannot digest or absorb food, and the muscles cannot move.  That is all very basic and essential.”
– Dr. Majid Ali

Oxygen IS the biggest element you need to concern yourself with for healing!  The health of your circulating blood depends on it!  AND it is the shortage of oxygen that causes the the final stages of dying from heart failure.

What is the best way to get more oxygen?

If your oxygen level is below 92% saturation, there is no replacement for inhaled oxygen that you can give yourself with a home oxygen machine.

What more can you do to increase your oxygen?

  • Slow Limbic Breathing
  • Castor oil therapy
  • Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide

Slow limbic breathing is a technique invented by Dr. Majid Ali to slowly change your subconscious breathing pattern.  There isn’t much to the technique, but it is highly effective when you apply it consistently.

The Increase Your Oxygen Challenge is a live support group that will keep you consistently applying this technique while you learn what proper breathing looks like.

Proper breathing will also effectively process difficult emotions.  The Increase Your Oxygen Challenge will teach you techniques to ease the distress that can make consistent better breathing impossible.

Castor oil is oxygen’s best friend!

Rub 1/4 tsp of castor oil on your mid riff to assist with targeted weight loss (no kidding!), or even as a facial moisturizer (it’s awesome), AND increase the functionality of your oxygen.

Don’t under estimate the power of Castor Oil Therapy!  You’d be amazed at what it can do!

Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide

Quick to administer and powerful enough to stop reverse ANY disease process.

This amazing miracle cure has been effectively pushed under ground by the medical cartel that wants you to believe that you NEED drugs when all you really need is inexpensive natural healing.

Don’t take my word for it though.

I’ve given away the secret of this valuable report, but you’ll want to know the specifics of why Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide is powerful enough to treat any illness, and exactly how to administer it.

You want to be careful with undiluted Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, but this curative substance is perfectly safe for anyone to use!

Check out this amazingly awesome therapy!

To your health!  Be well!

Many blessings,

Carrie

PS–  The end stages of dying from heart failure are very frightening, however careful attention to your oxygen level offers you the best chance for less suffering, feeling better, and even healing your heart failure.

Western medicine has little to offer you beyond symptom management.

Nurture yourself and you nurture hope!

The One Minute Cure is NOT symptom management.  It’s powerful therapy!

Reconnect With Your Family

The rain has been pounding on the ridge I live on.

I’m talking, a small river has formed!

It really isn’t surprising that a tree fell.  In fact, the one I thought would fall next … fell.

I just wasn’t counting on losing my internet connection Mother’s Day Weekend!

The day before Mother’s Day was the very first lesson of “The Increase Your Oxygen Challenge”!

Taking it all in stride helped.  “Whatcha gonna do?”

Thanks to my girlfriend, JoAnn, I was able to relocate and set up in time to get a few hours sleep, and then be live with the Challenge Members at 7am my time!

By the time I got home, I was ready for a long nap.  I had more things than I could count to do.  But everything stopped and I crawled in my bed.

I respect my bodies need for sleep.  It doesn’t mean I don’t take massive action!  In fact getting inspired has caused a sleep debt for me personally, many times.  I’ve just learned to recognize the need to schedule sleep, as well as clear the schedule when an unexpected need for sleep arises.

Prioritizing your sleep can mean going to bed with dirty dishes in your sink …. “gasp!”

Unfinished work on your desk … “gasp!”

Prioritizing your sleep can mean … asking for help … “gasp!!”

At least it’s comforting to know that creative energy doesn’t usually show up when you are depleted.  It shows up when you are most nurtured!

It seemed almost a gift from Mother Nature to be completely disconnected from the internet, phone and cable television on Mother’s Day.  Nobody watched a dvd, even!  We all just seemed to enjoy the connectedness we felt with each other all day long.

We talked, “lots of story”, and ate all day.  I read a book one of my daughters asked me to read.  It was relaxing to take in some teen literature and glean some conversation starters.

This book was very important to her, and she wanted me to share it with her.  There were a few interesting points that I’m sure will open up some enlightening conversations with her very soon.

My younger daughter was just much more receptive than usual, so we had a very deep conversation.  It was much more successful than my two previous attempts to discuss that subject, lol!

Over all it was a stellar day in parenting.

My girls fed me well, and then in honor of Mother’s Day I took a long soak in a hot tub.  It was wonderful!  Then I slept like a baby!

Now I’m up in the wee hours of the morning writing.

Quiet time is my favorite time.

In my house you take that where you can get it.  I don’t question the rhythm of my day.

You need more sleep than you lost to make up for a sleep debt.  Patience is valuable when respecting your need for sleep.  So, I’ll eat light to take it easy on my system, schedule another nap today, and go to bed early tonight if need be.

I know what my needs are by checking in with myself as I develop my breath awareness.  Your body will let you know!

I hope you joined us this past Saturday on “The Increase Your Oxygen Challenge”!

The very first lesson is also a f.r.e.e preview call.  So if you’d like to take a listen to the tele-cast that barely survived the whether, you’ll find it here -> The Increase Your Oxygen Challenge Lesson One

Members and Guests, did you take action on your Action Plan?

1.  Watch Dr. Ali’s brief breathing basics video.

2.  Take at least 10 minutes twice a day for quiet reflection of your slow exhale.

3.  Journal what you noticed while you were aware of your breath.  What did you notice in your body? What repetitive thoughts did you notice?

I’m looking forward to hearing about your progress on Saturday’s Call!

Many blessings,

Congestive heart failure symptoms cloud your perception and leave you without hope.

Easter time brings us Spring and new life.

Will Easter be a time of renewing for you?

Getting stuck in self destructive habits will tear you down.  Hurting yourself is depressing!

What will it take to cause a shift to a more nurturing space?

How can Easter Sunday 2011 begin a season of hope and renewing for you?

I have been caregiving for over 25 years.

Caregivers do what they do because of the compassion that drives them.  Nurturing others through their darkest hours takes more compassion than most people possess!

Caregivers stand in that compassionate place with such ease that they make it look effortless.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The challenge for caregivers is to prioritize self care.

Burn out will sneak up on you.  It happens gradually when you don’t notice that your grooming, social life and physical activities begin to fall away.

My burnout happened without me noticing.  I just woke up one day and found myself sick and exhausted.  I hurt from the top of my head to the tip of my toes, and I had no idea how I got there or what to do to change the situation.

The journey back to health was a process. Valuing my needs as much as those I cared for was often challenging for me.

Do you have difficulty valuing “me time”?

There are only so many hours in the day, and there is SO much that needs to be done!

My purpose drives me so much that it is easy to devalue my own needs.  The world is facing an epidemic of heart failure!

Low oxygen level is one of the most devastating congestive heart failure symptoms, an it is snuffing out life at an alarming rate!

I am passionate about teaching the world to self nurture and beat heart failure BEFORE it beats YOU!

It is so easy to find reasons that you don’t have time to slow down and rest, work usually trumps fun, and running on empty makes exercise feel like torture.

I couldn’t value “me time” until my pain level became mind numbing.

By the time I hit rock bottom, I had lost hope.

I didn’t even look for answers until I lost everything.

I couldn’t work, I couldn’t sleep, and nothing helped the pain, absolutely nothing!

That brick wall of pain turned out to be my saving grace!

The pain made me surrender. It made me be still. I had no answers.

Surrender is the first step to becoming a student. When I was ready, my teachers appeared.

I’ve got to admit that I was very skeptical of the messages I was receiving from the Universe. It was all just too simple.

My doctor was offering me narcotics to fight the pain, so the simple wisdom that kept crossing my path seemed to be insignificant.

Respiratory therapists breathe for you when you can’t breathe for yourself.

It was hard for me to accept that I was not breathing properly and that my pain level would not improve until I improved my breathing.

Un-learning what you think to be true can be impossible.

I am humbly grateful that I was able to receive that message from the wonderful teachers who saved me from myself.

I was set free from my prison of pain when I began to make significant progress with better breathing!

Congestive Heart Failure is a disease process that robs your hope.

Many of my students come to me ready to lie down and die.  They aren’t really searching for hope.  They just want to stop the extreme suffering.

My journey out of pain felt hopeless, so I know what hopeless feels like.

A heart failure diagnosis can take your legs out from under you.  Nobody is going to step up and give you high hopes to shoot for.

Increasing my oxygen level was the answer to eliminating my chronic pain, and it is also the key to strengthening your weak heart muscle!

Increasing your oxygen will allow you to heal IF you believe you can heal.

If you don’t think you CAN heal ….

You won’t heal!

Your problem is that your subconscious mind is in charge most of the time.  Without hope, your chaotic thoughts will kill you!

Your healing will begin when you challenge the voices in your head.

So how do you reprogram your subconscious mind?

  • Spend time in quiet stillness daily
  • Feed your brain positive affirmations
  • Develop breath awareness

Seeking stillness will slow down the frantic pace of your thinking.

If you allow your frantic thinking to go unchecked, your subconscious mind will continue beating you down.  Keep doing what you are doing and you keep getting what you are getting.

Put the brakes on negative thoughts by putting your focus on your breath.  Your breath is your connection to the stillness that is this present moment.

Positive affirmations change and remold your habitual self destructive thought patterns.

Patterns are made with thoughts and feelings.  Your words stabilize your subconscious patterns.

Every time you affirm your negative feelings with an emotional statement you hurt yourself.

You stabilize positive affirmations by believing them!

The aggressive forces of your nature will do battle with the passive “I can’t” within you IF you are persistent.

As your inner light grows, it offers new positive power for your words, thoughts, and feelings to shine through your dark subconscious patterns.

Have faith, your thoughts are brief, your FEELINGS will awaken knowing!

Developing your breathing means using your lungs better!

Science tells us that the quality of your breathing will determine the length and quality of your life!

That fact makes breathing a BIG deal!

Unfortunately, like chaotic negative subconscious thought, bad breathing is habitual.

The other challenge to improving your breathing is that most of the medical community believes that you CAN’T reverse lung disease.

If you are convinced you can’t improve your breathing, you are doomed.

The secrets to breathing better are not hard to teach.  However, better breathing isn’t big business either.

Drugs are big business.  They can save your life and buy you time, but they will never significantly improve your breathing.

Better breathing is the secret to healing!

Renewing your mind and planting powerful seeds of change is the only way to stop hurting yourself and START nurturing yourself!

The shallow rapid breathing that is caused by habitual chaotic thinking will cause FALLING oxygen levels.  Congestive heart failure symptoms are NOT mind over matter!

Supplementing your oxygen with a home oxygen machine can help significantly.  However, developing breath awareness and practicing techniques to slow down your breathing is the only way to improve your oxygen level consistently.

Renew your mind so that you can begin to develop breath awareness.

I Can

I Will

I Am Able

A positive affirmation will only be effective if you believe it!

Let Easter Sunday 2011 renew you by filling your basket with positive affirmations!

A constant stream of positive affirmations will transform your subconscious mind!

The Affirmation Ticker is a super cool tool that can take all the discipline and planning out of positive thinking.

This powerful software will put your affirmations on continuous auto pilot!  Transformational nuggets of thought will stream across your computer screen all day long.

Living With Congestive Heart Failure Symptoms

Can Weight Loss Tips Be Dangerous?

Looking for weight loss advice?

You are in good company.  So many just like you are hoping for something that will really help.  Carrying around extra pounds is exhausting and worrisome.

I mean vanity isn’t the only reason you want to drop weight, right?

You want to protect your health for sure, but what you really need is more energy right now!

Shoot, if you had more energy, you’d have more fun!

If you had more fun, you’d be in a better place to make better choices!

Bring on the weight loss tips!  Let’s find one that will work!

You’ve got nothing to lose but pounds …. right?

Wrong!

I started this post asking if weight loss tips can be dangerous.

That is a really good question, one that you should be asking yourself.

How can weight loss tips be dangerous?

I have a good friend.  I’ll call her Janie.

Janie’s daughter became involved with a nutrition company.  She was so excited about the results she was getting.  More energy, weight loss, improvement in her son’s ADD … she just couldn’t believe how wonderful this product was!

Soon Janie’s daughter was insisting that everyone in the family take a variety of products that the company had to offer.

Janie valued nutrition, so was agreeable to taking the supplements that her daughter bought for her.

When I came by for our usual monthly luncheon, Janie was all a buzz about the increased energy she felt and the weight loss that her daughter was already experiencing from using these new products.

Out of curiosity I asked to see the packaging so I could read up on the ingredients of the products Janie was taking.  In doing so, I noticed that one of the bottles said “Do Not Take If You Have Hyper-tension”.

Since I knew that Janie was on high blood pressure medication, I cautioned her against using the product and went to my car to retrieve my bag containing my blood pressure cuff.

Though she protested while I measured her blood pressure … she was going to lose weight so her blood pressure wouldn’t be a problem anymore … she surrendered her position when her blood pressure was dangerously high.

Though Janie had a blood pressure cuff, she said she had been feeling so well, she just hadn’t thought to check it.

Many good nutritional supplements cause detox.

Detox isn’t bad, unless it is TOO much for YOU, and it stresses your liver causing your blood pressure to rise.

A spike in your blood pressure can damage your heart and might just be enough to bring on a heart failure crisis.

Recently a beautiful woman who was bubbly, positive and active in one of my networking groups dropped dead of heart failure.

She had been promoting the same products that my dear friend Janie had been taking.

Coincidence?  Maybe.

However, this beautiful woman graduated from high school in 1983.  (So did I, that makes me almost 46.)

One week before she died, she was feeling fine and unaware that she was facing any health issue.

My only point in sharing this information with you is to make you aware that good products meant to nurture you CAN be very dangerous if they cause your blood pressure to rise.

So … even if you don’t have high blood pressure …

Please, please, please be careful to monitor your blood pressure while taking any medication or supplement.

There are physical signs of high blood pressure, but you may not be aware that there is any problem what so ever!

Detox is only good for you if it is SAFE!!

You can trust the folks at Food Matters.

They know what safe detox requires.

Detox Safely!

Why do you need the food matters detox guide?

If you use safe gentle methods to detox before you start some new wonderful supplement, you may actually be able to tolerate it.

However, safety first!

Many blessings,

Stages of Grief

Grief just is.  There is no right and wrong to it.  It just is.

Though there are many flavors of grief.

You are touched by it when a member of your community is struck down unexpectedly.

When you experience personal loss grief can swallow you whole.

Grief can surprise you.  Sometimes your emotions are unavailable to you for a while.  You need time to heal a bit before you can open them up.

Other times your emotions spill out and you are shocked by their intensity.

Grief feels like suffering, it’s hard to see it as healthy in anyway.

You just want it to stop.

Would you choose to stop the grief if it meant that you couldn’t remember your loved one?

Even in the early stages of grief when it’s rough to even breathe, erasing your precious memories would be far too high a price to pay.

When your pain is so raw you think it will kill you, hold on to the fact that time will eventually heal you so that you can remember and smile.

Time is definitely a friend to the grieving.

When you can think of your lost loved one and laugh and enjoy the memory, you know that Time is doing its job.

The grieving process is a very individual thing, but understanding that there really are common aspects to it can help you feel less crazy or to worry less about others who grieve differently than you do.

Do you see yourself somewhere in the process?

1. Denial and isolation.

2. Anger

3. Bargaining

4. Depression

5. Turning the corner

6. Reconstruction

7. Acceptance and Hope

I wrote a post a while back that helps address the need to honor your grieving process no matter what it looks like and no matter how long it takes.  Click on the link below to view the post.

How long does it take to work through the Stages of Grief?

Supporting others through their grief can be as hard on you as your own.

Today I want to talk about casual grief.

Does the term “Casual Grief” feel wrong?

I mean, come on, what is casual about grief?

When you hear news that someone you know died, you are affected.

Whether you knew them very well or not, you feel the grief within the news being shared with you.

When the person who has passed is only a casual acquaintance grief is not nearly so devastating.  You are ready to move past it quickly.

The discomfort you feel is grief.

It’s easy to minimize, especially when you are among mourners who are suffering so much. You may not even acknowledge your grief other than to make a donation to the American Heart Association in their name.

Writing out that check to the AHA feels like a tribute.

It feels like the only thing you can do.

It feels like putting the discomfort behind you.

Bump into the loving family who has lost a mother, wife, sister, child, and you will be painfully aware of the discomfort again.

It’s hard to know how to support a mourner through the stages of grief, even if they are very close to you.  It’s much more difficult if you don’t know the grieving family very well.

Do you mention their lost loved one or are you careful not to?

For the most part, you make an effort not to.  But know that a happy memory can be very healing if you share when your heart calls you to.  Timing is always good, but please don’t let fear stop you from reaching out.

Whether your grief is new or old, allowing it expression is healing.

Sharing happy memories is a great way to express grief!

Do you know the power of a happy memory?

Find the courage to share one with someone grieving and watch the transformation it causes.

Another simple way to support a mourner is to just find some time to spend with them.  The relaxed comfort of friendly company can be very good for your soul.

You face many transitions in your life time.  You may grieve the loss of a job or marriage.  Maybe you’ll need to grieve lost youth.

Death is one transition that is painful for everyone involved.

The best you can do is be sensitive to the needs of others and hope for the support you need when it is your turn to mourn.

Do you have the courage to sit and visit with those who are hurting?

In my youth that was something I struggled with.  Working in a hospital setting for many years, I encountered grieving people as part of my job.

I learned that the only thing you can do is get still.

Be present.  There is nothing a mourner needs from you more than your presence.

Not to say that is necessarily easy to do, but that it is a worth while goal.

The restlessness that makes it hard to sit with someone else’s pain is hard to ignore.

Restlessness keeps you from being present now.

During times of crisis, you will need to draw on all your resources.  The time to nurture your silent strength is everyday.

Nurturing your strong presence is about creating better brain waves.

Make better brain waves and you will be happier and healthier.

When you are creating better brain waves, you much more easily nurture yourself and everyone around you.

Believe it or not, there is a short cut to creating Waking Delta Waves, the healthiest brain waves of all!

Give Holosync Meditation Technology a try, you will be amazed at how much peaceful healing energy it gives you.
