I want to be very clear on my ASS blog intention! This is not about size, shape, jiggle etc. This is about Power, Stability, Grace and Dynamic Ease.
Here's the deal. Can you get up and down off the floor 10 times, and look cool while you're doing it? Does it feel good? Does it look like art? Can you craft the move?
The body thrives on Dynamic Ease! There is nothing better than feeling grounded and strong. The Base of the body starts with the feet and runs up through the hips. A strong base equals a grounded WOMAN! A grounded WOMAN walks the planet with purpose!
It is crucial that you keep your base in shape, and yes it will give you a nice ASS! Nice in every way. If you are moving through life aware of what's behind you and how it can empower you, you are on the right track.
Lay on your back, feet flat, toes turned out slightly. Begin by rotating your pelvis, then continue the move, squeezing your buns as hard as you can. You must pay attention to sensation! Call upon your conscious personal trainer. You know your body's way. Always seek pleasure and comfort along with the challenge of crafting the beautiful ASS you deserve!
Don't forget to breathe! You can keep your lower back on the floor or begin to lift while continuously striving to curl your tailbone between your legs. When you reach your max range of motion, pulse your ass muscles 30 times! Roll down slowly, rest for 3 deep breaths and go again, 3 sets total.
You absolutely will see and feel the difference in 2 weeks, butt, (hehehe) you must do it every day! Pull your knees into your chest and stretch when you finish. The power this creates will motivate you to begin squat sessions after 2 weeks. I'll keep you on track!
I work hard to be able to move through life with Flexibility, Agility, Mobility, Strength and Stability. When you embody those principles Physically, you will experience them Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually as well!
Enjoy this process and be grateful. Take a moment with your hands in prayer mudra and say "Thank You Body!!"
I'll be back next week with some fantASStic Thigh Work! YAY!!
Keep on Movin'
Love, Laurie
