I have started reading a very interesting book called the resilient power of purpose by Larry Diangi. Actually this is my second time around reading. The book is so deep you just can't read it and be able to fully comprehend. So in the chapter I just completed the question is: why do some prople able to make their dream and reality. Well being in "direct sales" for almost 4 years, that question has entered my mind multiple times. Its not like the person who has accomplished what I want faster then me is any smarter or better then me. I truley believe there are just some failures I need to experience to be able to get the rest of my team through their own trials. I truley believe the when we become "inspired"-knowing your why, leads you to be motivated, when your motivated NOTHING can stand in the way....So the bigger question, are you ready to step over the line. If you could dream "a big dream" like we did when we were kids, when nothing kept us from thinking we could accomplish anything, what would that dream be. Are you going to get it where you are today? in 5 years? in 10 years? What do you need to change now to reach your dreams.

Hi, My name is Helen, i'm new at this blogging thing, but I think I have it under control.

I want to discuss empowerment for woman. I have learned about myself over the years, and don't know if many of you feel like I did. I have found my self-esteem was at the bottom of the barrel. If I was told I couldn't do, I wouldn't. If I was told I couldn't pass it, I wouldn't. Why in this society do we allow others to make us feel so low with ourselves.

I've been listening to a lot of self help tapes and I have joined a wonderful self fulfillment direct selling organization which has allowed me to reach new heights. I myself, never would have found myself a few years ago doing. When I joined this organization I started by saying, I'll do this but don't expect me to talk....now I just can't keep quiet about it.

We as women I believe need to join forces together and build each others self esteem up, no matter what our jobs, careers or life standings are.
