Please introduce yourself and let me know if there are any thorn trees of negative emotion, dead vegetation of old unproductive habits or weeds of misinformation that in you feel would be of greatest value to cover in the upcoming videos.

Right now we're looking at Do You Have A Self Critic Aging You? – some dead vegetation we need to remove from our garden to allow for growth!

Hey Cynthia,

I spoke with you several weeks ago (you answered the phone) when I asked where my order could possibly be. I recognized your voice! I invited you to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. I said I had hoped my order did not go to my neighbors house....!

I love the exercises and wanted you to know that. I stumbled upon your group, as I have just joined BraveHeart Women today. It was funny..I guess I just gravitate towards youth forums..At 52 I am grasping every discussion I can..
