I have worn many hats in my professional life; personal trainer, sales professional, dancer, musician, singer, model, manager and most recently, nail technician. But my personal life was traumatic. I have survived physical abuse, serious and debilitating illness, the death of child, the adoption of another, bulimia, and alcoholism. I am now years into my sobriety with a new spirit and a new outlook on life. I have learned that I am a strong and capable woman, and that which doesn’t kill you, will make you grow stronger. I am committed to preventing violence against children and women and to helping other women realize their full potential.
