I teach people how to become aware of their emotional state and their reactions. I teach a better way to behave and what action to take. I teach how to recognize when you sabotage yourself. I have had an interesting emotional time of late!

I also started to listen to your call with Ellie and I was interrupted! I only managed to get back to it today!
