So, recently I've realized that I LOVE India Arie's music. Its empowering, uplifting and motivating. If you have some spare time check out some of her songs! It's a different vibe but so easily related to by everyone.

Sally Armstrong is a Human Rights Activist/Film Maker/Author who has written two very good books on the status of women in Afghanistan in current days. They offer deep personal stories paired with a moderately deepened statistical analysis. Very informative and very inspiring.
