Thank you for joining me! My purpose it to create a program through which students (especially disenfranchised teens) can explore non-traditional yet essential education.
I am a teacher by training and have seen through experience that something in our current system is lacking. There are things that our students are learning neither at home, nor in schools. I feel it is incredibly important to provide opportunities and experiences for students to explore things that are currently out of their reach: emotional literacy, conflict resolution, stress-management, real-life decision making, health and wellness options, organic gardening, meditation, self-empowerement, financial responsibility
