Building A Non-Profit That Funds Itself - Writing a Book as I Go

In the last 12 months I've started 3 companies, lost 40 lbs, found my soul mate, gave up custody of my kids, had a sister go to jail and had a boy die of a drug overdose in my house.

The death of the boy was the break point that changed the direction of my life. When appropriate, I would like to write the book "How XXXX changed the world". His death brought clarity to my dream to help other young adults. His death brought clarity to the life I was really living. His death brought more happiness to the lives of many others. His family gave a great sacrifice and I want to show the world it is not going unnoticed.

My spirituality and the spiritual mindset of the friends around me was the only thing that kept me going. It inspired the creation of a life long dream and company.

The Friends of Jessica, LLC is a spirituality-based, business incubation company. Our 10 Year Plan is to build a non-profit that never asks for a donation. It funds itself by inventing products, businesses and services that provide value to the community.

I am writing my first book. Working Title/Hook "Building The Friends of Jessica" My Journey From Fat Capitalist to Sexy Spiritualist.

I am seeking a joint venture partner to fund the writings of a thinker like me. I want to take 70% of everything you fund and re-invest it back into the economy and back into Building The Friends of Jessica incubation companies. Its goal is to build 10 companies that by Corporate BiLaws donate 10% of their proceeds to the non-profit being built.

The non profit will be called Heart & Mind Hunters (HMH). The mission of HMH will be to seek out and support the next great minds and hearts of the coming generations. The first objective we have to accomplish... find the next Ford, Franklin, Einstein, Edison, Goodall, Ghandi and Nightengale. We have already met with a 1st grade teacher who things she has an Einstein in her class. Autistic boy, with a brilliant mind and buys parents. We want to find a way to help him develop his natural talents. To help his parents understand the genius they may have in front of them.

The two companies to fund Heart & Mind Hunters will be Trolly Team & Creative Cottage. They are our two of the flagship teams.

Trolly Team is an all girl real estate team (not by definition - yet) that does cooperative real estate and shares in the commissions. It is a unique way of doing business and is the corporate culture we want to instill each new company built by TFOJ. Why the Positive Princess? I want to remind women that a princess is a woman maintain her composure under any circumstance, who fights for the well being of her people and respects herself. A positive princess is one that never forgets to have fun.

I can see the changes spirituality has made in my own life and I have the personality and the story to create something fun to share with others.
