Hi Kammy, I like Emerge because of the unfolding and newness of what comes next, however EMERGE as a name is too vague to actually connect with your ideal client unless there is a tag line or secondary title that becomes associated immediately to laser focus your intent as a business provider. I cannot vote yes or no with what you have provided. To just identify what you do as EMERGE I would vote NO. To use it as your BRAND IDENTIFIER once your concept is launched I would vote YES. eg DOVE is know for chocolate, lotation and soap. DOVE brings many categories to mind. Emerge feels negative to me, like a need to escape. Emerging from the ashes comes to mind straight away. We need to break in, not break out. Women need validation, take them from valuable to in-valuable. |

I love the concept of "Emerging." The foundation will be broader and attract a wealth of knowledge. "Managing" has always been built on Time. Which does not allow much growth. It's all repetition. "Emerging," however is built on "Space." To open space you need a little more creative edge, and we woman have that! Great that you brought this forward! Hi Kammy, Watching your video, I am struck with a duel thought: EMERGE = verb - action word; EMERGING = a verb but also an adjective - description. You've got the right word(s) and I agree with taking "manager" out. opening up the spectrum for all (male & female). Still needs tweaking - let's keep thinking. dorothy diane -- Dorothy D. |

I like the word "Emerge" but is has a heaviness to it. However, we are talking about inspiration also. How about "Emerge with Inspiration", or "Inspire to Emerge"? Something of that nature. Just a little softer. |

I think you are getting there. I would say Emerging Women Managers. I never empower the good old boys by giving them any mention. Just move forward in a female based approach to trainng and the Woman Manager will Emerge.

Hi Kammy, I voted no only because, I like Emerge, but not the tag line so much. I really liked what you had to say about the "man" in manager. Don't you want to emphasize the feminine aspect ...in other words, we have had to learn the old boys club, but now it is time to " emerge " as who we really are and bring those sensiblities to the workplace?
