idea for product

I have a product idea and it is to help children. If a child is missing or in need of help a chip, gps device can be put into a shoe, belt, earring alot of things and track them. Im still trying to figure out everything/how this can be made exactly. An example with one in the shoe the child could press a button and the device would khow the child needs help quick. The reason for the different items to put the device is because the bad person won't know which item and with the shoe a button can alert the device for help and the parents. I hope someone can make this product and if this sounds like a good idea please contact me and I will describe the product idea better. Thank you for letting me have a voice.
