Hi Janie, just joined BraveHeart Women and just found your wonderful community.

I've always believed, that every woman is a caregiver from the moment she is born. She plays at being a caregiver as she grows up and naturally assumes the nurturer role as her natural place.

Often she chooses careers as a caregiver, often she chooses a mate that requires a great deal of official and unofficial care. Often fate places her in the position of being the strong, warrior caregiver who keeps home, family, health and humour in balance.

In my lifetime, I have lived most of these roles and am now a life coach. I call myself The Charisma Coach, because the energy we bring to the care we give others is the charisma we give off. We interact with the energy or charisma of those we care for.

In my current role as coach, I help women to find the gift and the purpose, in all that is asked of them as caregivers, as recipients of care and as a person trying to live life as a whole and healthy mind, body and spirit.
