Tell us about you	Born in Denmark and studied agriculture before embarking on an adventure of backpacking around the World. I now run a sheep and cattle farm in the Welsh hills with my husband and two children. I am passionate about the rural lifestyle and my dream is to encourage rural women to develop their entrepreneurial potential and bring money to the countryside.
