Hi, Kammy.

I spoke with a friend last night who works for an organization that's not very functional and he's going through a very meaningless and frustrating annual review. I've had that experience before, too, and wonder how an empowered organization would have an annual review that is more meaningful. I'm thinking ahead for the co-op we're creating.
