Hello there Rahman - I noted that so far no one had responded to you plea - and as I haven't yet written much in the way of positivity, one of my passions in life I decided to make my first New Guest Book Entry to you. My name is jennifer -known to Braveheart women as 'slowness' because that is another passion in my life - my belief in slowing down - everything is too, too fast - I read the book by
Carl Honoré called "In Praise of Slowness" (how a worldwide movement is challenging the Cult of Speed) and I loved it -it's by my bed at night and I read it and reread it - we've just got to take a few deep breaths and SLOW DOWN !!
