Tell us about you	My affirmations are to uplift the human spirit. Be it through healing, poetry, dance or acting. I like finding my voice as a women to create a better life for myself, my family and friends, and finally the world. Recently I discovered the healing wand. I bought one, used it and wow does it ever work. I had a very painful left shoulder. The pain was there for 6 months. Mainly when I moved my arm a certain way.
