Hi,
I am Pauline Lewinson and I am on the inside looking out. It is a cold and dreary day in Sahuarita, Arizona where I live. This is very unusual for this areas, so I can't help but be appreciative, even though I rather having those sun shiny days.

Greetings from Sparks Nevada!
I have written a book that I believe woman will enjoy. The topic is time management, but not tips on time management. I took a different approach, based on years of experience working in quality improvement in healthcare.
I took a quality improvement model and applied my passion with managing my time and put together an approach that any woman can use. The model consists of 5 steps: assess, plan, do, check, review.
How many times does someone ask you for advice? Are you sometimes perplexed as to how to answer the questions from your friends, your spouse, your children, your grandchildren?? Using the quality improvment model provides a systematic approach for you to help others help themselves.
I have taken ten life dimensions that we all have to deal with, things like career, education, household maintenance, and finance and applied the quality improvement model to it as it applies to time managment.
I am now looking for ways to share the information with woman to help them help others make their lives better.
I am new to BraveHeart Woman and hope that I can learn how to share my ideas with other woman. Maybe doing a video would help.
Give me a shout in you are interested in this topic and how best to share the information with you.

Good morning everyone,
My name is Christine and I am so pleased to be partaking in this wonderful community of women. I am originally from Canada but have been living in Belize for the the last decade. I am so looking forward to communicating with inspirational and conscious woman from around the globe, as I have been virtually isolated all these years in the jungle.
It is truly amazing the huge shift that has occurred in these last years, a shift that potentially can turn the world around and will. I have always suspected that it would be the women of this world that lead the conscious revolution and from what I am seeing now, as evidenced online, my suspicions were correct. Bravo to all of you for your fortitude, your pure heartfelt intent and your willingness to manifest a future that holds promise because you do it with such love.
I am grateful for each and every one of you and feel truly blessed to have arrived here at BraveHeart.

I am so pleased to have you here. I havent been to the site much in the past week or so. I totally miss it and look forward to having more time this upcoming week. Hi, I am Elvira and I live in Mexico City and I am really glad I found Brave Heart Women because to hear talking these women look that they are so strong, motivated, determined and focused. When they talk it made me realize I can do much more of what I have been doing. Age is not an obstacle to stop doing things. I am 63 years old and I feel great. I get up at 7am to exercise for almost 2 hours and then I get ready to work in Real Estate as an Independent Agent. I rent and sell properties. I have 3 sons the oldest Joaquìn is 35 and the twins are 33 years old and they are financial independents. I send them to private schools and after that a Private University one of the best in Mexico City and I forgot to look for myself for several years and now I am going to see for myself. I like the challenges and I am looking forward to be financial independent for my next future. I like very much my work. By the way, I am trying to find my dreams and make them a reality. I speak Spanish and my English is not good! I have just started to have English lessons.
