Just a suggestion: But I thought discussing "Ayurveda" and educating or introducing others as to what it is exactly ...could be a very helpful topic since it encompasses the entire "mind, body and spirit" connection. So it affects..everything about you. Your health, your spirituality, ..etc. Its a huge topic .
have a great day!!!

Hi Donna: This past year, I stayed at an Ayurveda clinic for 19 days in Coimbatore, India and it was a life changing experience, I look 10 years younger, lost 20 pounds and came back cleansed and relaxed. I strongly recommend Ayurvedic treatment to anyone interested in weight loss, safe methods of healing from illnesses. the negative part is that it takes a slow and long time to work, but the results are long term. The positives are that your body changes from the inside, cellular changes, and it is absolutely safe as it is vegetable and herbal based. Glad you have a discussion on this treatment! Hi Donna - My name is Liv it's actually Olivia, but many call me Liv. I reside in southern California, and I'm an artist, writer, entrepreneur, and very much involved in the healing arts aspect of life. I've been practicing Ayurveda for about 2 years now, and it's really changed my life. I've been allergic to so many things that seemed so innocent. So now, I understand how different body types react so differently to the same foods or atmosphere. It's just common sense isn't it? I share information with friends if they show an interest, but many people don't understand the complexity of this science. I'm by no means an expert, but I have books and family that support this new way of living and eating. Would love to hear more from you about this, perhaps you have a blog already? I'll take a look. Please add me to your friend list just click on my picture. Thank you for this valuable information, Liv
