Like you all I'm a busy woman and to see the ten minute Braveheart TV shows that arrive in my inbox is a great time to just stop, listen and also feel where I'm at. Not to say that's the only time I do that; tuning in in the midst of whatever I may be doing, just stop for a few seconds and breathe, see how my body feels. Does any part feel tense or uncomfortable? Then breathe into that part, with that part in mind. And carry on. Thanks for reading ths far!

At the begining of 2010 my children and were homeless and without work and a car things looked pretty bleak. But I had knowledge of a plant and it has helped me help my friends get well again from many ailments. If you go to my blogs you will be able to read some of the remarkable things that have happened from people and animals that were told they did not have long to live to others who had incurable problems like diabetes and I am sure I have just touched on the surface of what this amazing plant can do when put into our daily llives. I am angies4 as in four children check out my blogs and make some comments I am eager to hear from all of you who have the time to contact me.

'If we laugh more, we will enjoy life more!' A Reason to Laugh Laughter charms the soul and the heart with warmth and sweet enchantment. Without laughter there would be no self efficacy. Moreover, people who have learned to laugh have redeemed themselves from the stain of an unhealthy appetite relating to anger and where loneliness abides. In essence, laughter cheers the atmosphere from a tainted and very cold environment. Respectively, laughter gives one peace, and revitalizes the spirit. And most of all, laughter brings harmony, and replenishes the mind with enlightening thoughts of happiness! In the end, laughter spreads joy and rekindles relationships that lacks love. Hello! I completely agree with Jennene in the sense that as women, we are absolutely overlooked by many parts of society. I've been espcially angered by the fact that women are wholly less valued and compensated in the working world. For every $1.00 that men make, women make .77 cents for the same work which is absolutely ridiculous and insulting. How can we change this? One word: UNITY! Ironically, women tend to do so much more work than men in one work day. Ever heard of the "second shift"? This is when women come home after an eight hour work day and are expected to clean, cook dinner, and take care of the children.Unfortunately, this is only one tiny inconsistency in the whole spectra of how men are vastly privileged over women. There is a whole "overhaul" that is needed in our society for true equality.

It's a DELIGHT, to be able to connect to women on so many levels. I'm convinced that the BRAVE HEART COMMUNITY gives each of us a new start and a platform in a world where we're often times over looked. Via Networking about every subject under the sun, that many of us may have had to deal with from time to time. Women who offer sound advise based on their own experience. Coming from every walk of life, who them selves are sometimes desperate to receive positive feedback and or guidance. Thank you, To All Of You Blessings, Jennene

Hello, I can not tell you how much I look forward to getting inspired in just 10 minutes... It fits in perfectly with my break time! Plus, I love that I can see all the previous ones any time, and I refer to them when I need them personally, or I can recomend them to friends. Here is a couple topics that you may consider for future shows. Balancing your life and time Management....honestly, for us corporate women, I swear there are less than 24 hours in a day, and honestly I need some ...time to just veg out. How can I fit it all in? Health, working, reading, self imporvement, caring for others, being involved in the community...in the world... Help!! I often feel so inadequete. My goal is to feel productive, and enlightended....not overwhelmed. Another topic of interest may be how can we care for aging loved ones and graciously help them realize that although they are not as independant as they once were, they are still appreciated and valued. This can be tricky depending on how dependant they are on the caregiver for transpertation, finances, companionshi, ect. How can the caregivers adjust to being so depended on? Thank you for inspiring me. Sandy -- Participating in Life, Sandy

BraveHeart View is a brilliant concept - offering women the opportunity to get inspired, grow and transform by taking 10 minutes a day. Personally, I appreciate the variety of topics, as well as the various guests. Each individual guest along with the panel members, have many gems to share, and offer further pertinent resources in our core members area. It is truly a lot of fun! I look forward to each new episode and love the fact that within the ensemble of episodes there is something for everyone. Congratulations BraveHeart team and thank you for your continued efforts in bringing us conscious television on the Internet. Lynette http://ww.formulatomanifest.com

Ladies, My name is Silvie and I have recently joined this AMAZING community! Thank you so much for being! Right now I am still browsing and reading and watching, getting inspired and into a good mood ... just want to get to know the ways before I feel comfortable for writing. The Brave Heart View is one of my "MUST HAVE's" to survive a day (is it enough to say that we have had rain and 10-15 C almost the WHOLE JUNE.... and that is not only the weather, it is the coldness of the society, too I live on the West Coast of Sweden ............. and even if I really like to live in Sweden, there are times when this community is truly a life-saver for me! ) I have a little technical question though... when I watch the Brave Heart View, it stops and loads sometimes in every 20 seconds... it seems like it loads at the same time it plays ... you know, not like on Youtube where you see the little bar sneaking ahead of the marker that shows where in the video you are and so the film plays seamlessly.... the way the BraveHeart View plays for me is: breaking the broadcast for 5-6 seconds and then it starts again and in 15-20 seconds breaks again, still picture, no audio ... and when it starts again, I have missed a second or two, so words are missing from sentences, etc. a bit disappointing... Has anyone else experienced it? ANY tips please, what I should change in my settings? Hope that would solve it, as I have a really good internet connection, has never experienced this before.... THANKS in advance!!!!

My name is Ann Nanni, and I am a Brave Heart Woman. I heard does money really bring you happiness? Without it, you do not get very far. If you are sick, doctors want there part, if your children or parents etc. need medical attention, without it, there is no help or any of them. Food, Shelter Clothing, can all be gotten second hand, but show me where it is for free. No where. Going to school, you get a grant, yes you pay it back, or if your parents pay for it, they will not see all of it back, plus books, a place to live, etc. So money is something that all of us can not live without. However it makes you happy to help someone get better, your children, Husband, etc. It makes you happy and feel good when a charity finally finds a cure for a particular disease. The one thing money will not buy you back is life. We know we are all going to die, accept when that death is taken by someone else, either by gun violence, or a car accident, etc. The grief and heartache no money can buy that life back, I know I have been there. You would give everything you have for that one life, however that no one can buy back. The story, be careful what you wish for is true, be sure what you want will bring you joy and happiness for all that are around you. Sincerely, -- Ann Nanni ananni1@comcast.net
