I need some help. I look forward to my email of tv shows in my inbox. I have been a core member and your ecommerce is not letting me use the upgrade for the grandfther core to access. I have been told that is the only way to do it. But the little ball just goes round and round and it wont take my credit card. So I am going to miss out on my upgrade. I have sent emails and no phone number. Just one email saying the only way i can do it is by using the fill out form. The cut off date is january 31 and I have been trying to do this since january 19th and i am really stressed out about it. So how do i upgrade if it wont take my information and then i will miss the cutoff date.
