I enjoyed this segment on Evolving. I have always been a self regenerating person and I love to change. I love variety and the feeling of growth.
I will say though, that the process of growth or evolving has not been easy. Evolving takes courage, a lot of letting go and trust in the process.
I am celebrating my one year "anniversary" for creating my first online video. One thing I am learning to appreciate is how important it is that we savor our growth along the way.
It's so easy to get impatient with life and ourselves, but the most loving thing we can do to assist our process of growth is to really enjoy and savor the rewards we see along the way. This is something I continuously remind women to do who are in the the process of growing their Vision.
Excellent segment, I really enjoyed the video. Thanks for posting sorry I miss the other ones , I was doing my live call in author interview radio show.
What an interesting concept! I've never thought of my energy being stored in an account but it makes so much sense. Keeping the heart open is wonderful but I find it not easy at all times.Still have to learn how to cherish myself more.
What a great topic and a value packed show. I really resonated with Ellie when she told us about her divisions of her energy account and sub-accounts (Main account: Nourishing ones-self, Sub-accounts: Love Trust and Intention.). This clear visual of the energy "pie" gave me some insight into my own intuitive feelings of where I need to send my energy.
Loved it. May you grow, thrive and flourish, =^_^=Kat Bickert

Bonjour ! Thank you Ellie for this great topic again about energy... We do love to complicate our life in trying to control it all making compartment for this and that . Could we look at it under a different light with an understanding that the Energy has fluidity it know what to do where to go in the present moment ... We might try about asking trusting and surrendering to it.The source is there for us, the universal intelligence is available to us with a breath away That is the CEO of my domain... Do we control our breathe or does it have an inner knowing of what to do... Trust and ask in the moment what you should do take that deep breath and the appropriate answer will come to you . You might even have a total different answer that you ever expected... for when we let go of our control life can flow...
Fabulous segment, really helped to put into perspective the different aspects of Energy. PLEASE have more shows related to this topic. This was so inspiring and what a growth moment. Lovingly Stella
Hi Everyone. I see my energy account as an ever flowing river not a pie. I can tap into my river - my source of energy at anytime so my energy isn't being divided-up or divied out. It is unlimited.

Thanks for talking on this great topic. I can really relate to some of the "self-sabotaging" that's been going on in my life. The things that have happened have been suttle, which causes me not to have an immediate focus on them, but our emotional reactions can be high or low emotional responses. Now realizing that, even suttle reactions that result in doing or not doing something that ends up being 'self-sabotage' really makes this eye-opening for me. I want to learn more. Any chance BraveHeart TV will cover this topic in a little more depth on another show?
Bonjour ! I would like first to acknowledge the great work that Dr Sugar and Ellie are doing thank you... I do have great passion for this topic of cellular memory. I attend Rise 2010 and meet briefly with Dr Sugar but the timing wasn't there to speak more around this subject.
I am an initiate Master in Turaya Touch in 96. Turaya is a hand on energy system that accelerates the opening of higher consciousness, unlocking new creativity within and in experiencing and live more who you truly are. It work at the cellular level .allowing you to go beyond negative patterns or non productive cycle.
The founder Dawn was an initiate Master in the lineage of Kobo-Daishi and received higher energy symbols in the early 90 in Japan, they are now use for the Turaya Touch. It does work with the energy system of light within your physical body. The technique as similarity with Reiki.
This system has transformed my life at the very core of my being, Once the change are made and your body is clear your creative potential is limitless for you do not loose your life energy to fight dis-ease.It is all about creativity...We are changing one at the time... and i do fell the truth of these words...
What an excellent time to become aware of what cellular memory can do for us! In my practice, I provide a comfortable place for clients to go to those "uncomfortable" places within the body.....it is the mind that sets the parameter of what is percieved as dis-comfort. Connecting to the Ego in a healing environment, can release the little child of innocence and wonder. This turns the "feeling" into "Oh, I see! Thank You." It is a place of pure gratitude, as the child remembers that the oneness of beingness is just the excitement of life....not dis-comfort! As decisions are three-fold....it is this very simple truth that in Oneness, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice will Always be the same......a place of gratitude. As we all move forward, from our new beginning in 11/11/11 we can now recognize that the (4th choice), which is founded in Pity, No longer works for us or the world at large! Reason can be uncomfortable if you are not tuned-in. But to follow that fourth choice will Always produce the same result....lack. To know that everything is contained in the Oneness of Being....Is truly the truth that sets us free! When dualism is replaced by the oneness of feeling reason, then we are all liberated. As we all contain the Earth's DNA.....we can readily tap into the Earth's cellular memory! At this juncture....it is imparative that we listen as the child, to the most protective, nuturing being we are so connected to! Without Her, we neither thrive, nor understand the immediate circumstances we are creating! So the next time you get mad at the driver that cuts you off...just remember to thank that which you're driving on, and the clarity of release will become part of your daily life!
-- The opposite of creation is pity. And knowing the difference is Soul-Full!
My dear Ellie, This subject 'Cellular memory is so very important it is beyond words. Cellular Release is the very core of our health and happiness, and so I would encourage you to do another show with Dr Sugar Singleton, and Guy Finley as they have so much to share with so many. Have either of them written a book? Can Dr Singleton give information as to who and where cellular release practitioners can be found.? I have learned so much about myself, in the past 30 years after surviving breast cancer. I am now 74 and am always happy to share what I have learned when asked by people who are genuinely seeking to have a better quality of life. Like you Ellie I was so excited to listen and learn more about cellular energy, I just had to join and respond, hoping that you would consider extending this valuable information. Sincerely, Joni Bowen
Wow, Comfortably Uncomfortable! What a mouthful. I felt this statement in my gut. Maya Angelou says, "when you know better, you do better." It's so enlightening to feel that moment of comfortably uncomfortable. You know a change must be made! I was amazed by my RELEASE experience, and even more by the continuing knowledge I am "tuned into" so to speak. It's the Zen of life in so many ways. The discipline of awareness will set you free. When you feel that charge, you can't go unconscious, you have to tune in. This is very helpful. I have always used one substance or another to go unconscious when I feel the cellular charge, but accepting it, relaxing into it and feeling it instead of chowing down a cinnamon roll is really much healthier. Thank You for doing what you do!! Fabulous panel! Blessings, Laurie
First of all, Happy New Year BraveHeart Sistars! 2012, what an incredible time to be alive.
I'm always fascinated by cellular memory discussion. I have released much myself on a cellular level. My favorite method is through the cleansing breath, which is what I guide my clients through in the rebirthing process. It goes deep into the core and releases the unconscious emotional junk that no longer serves, making peace with the past and with relationships, so we can live more fully in the present.
Thank you for addressing this important topic. much love Taylore
