I wasn't sure where to post this, so here it is.
I am wondering if any of you have suffered any loss or damage due to the California fires, or are at risk.
If so, is there anything that we / members can do to help?
I haven't seen any discussion on this yet, and I guess that surprised me. (Though if I just didn't uncover the discussion, that wouldn't surprise me...)
Be well,
Michelle Matro

It's crazy, right. I live on the East Coast and am far removed from it physically but Whoa. It's like New Orleans a couple of years ago and Tsunami's in other parts of the world. You watch the news reports and you just feel for them, you know. You care. How in the world can you not? Poet, John Donne wrote these words... "No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or thine own were; any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; It tolls for thee." Far East Asia, Near East Asia, Rwanda, Cuba, Albania, Antartica, America, Australia... It Tolls For Thee
