Hello Colorfulls _ What a powerful subject, forgiveness, it's not the easiest thing for any of us, but oh it's so much of relief when light is brought into the situation. I have found myself to be impatient when people don't want to make up and forget about whatever it is we were upset about. Usually I try to have a lighthearted feeling about it and let it go. It was only when I felt betrayed by someone close to me, over and over again, that made me want to step back and say, wait a minute, I might eventually forgive you, but for now, I need 100 yards between us, for as long as it takes. Sometimes you need to step away from the person or situation, to see it correctly, depending on the seriousness of the issue. Anger and resentment can kill a person, so if anything forgive them for yourself...
