We just ended Lorna's Empowered Women Telesummit series but here are some highlights!

We had a creative, fun and empowering experience all together!

Vicki Hannah Lein got us started on day two with "Fun as a Spiritual Practice" and that was truly transformative...
If you don't know who she is, she's a legally blind international speaker, coach and entertainer. Vicki reasons that the reason angels are able to fly is that they take themselves so lightly. That if we trust the juice of our passion, trust fun and follow it, our lives will be transformed into an always interesting adventure...

Vicki says she is a recovering "coward" who was afraid of making mistakes and was always looking for approval from others. In her 30s she began practicing being braver every day. It was in this process that she discovered fun!
She gave us tips on how to begin incorporating fun into our lives and even daily rituals to help us begin shifting into fun mode...

To wrap the day we were treated with "Empowerment through Self-discovery" with Subhadra Bowman. She shared with us how to make peace with the past and become one with the present, look and feel healthy while being a powerful woman and how to set goals and reach them.

It was so intriguing to hear her story of how she overcame abuse and found a job as a 16 year old in a bank in New York.

The highlight of her presentation for me was "Balancing the Whole Woman" which includes:
The Spiritual, The Sensual and Sexual, The Wise One and The Career Woman.
