We still have to drink water even while we create ways to clean the planet's water. I have not seen what you are discussing in any of the restaurants I frequent. I am pretty much a Raw Food Vegan, with the occasional croissant and other suchlike stuff. I'll reread your post.

I think WATER is a fabulous cause to support. We are rapidly running out of fresh water on the planet and need to preserve this precious resource to preserve our precious watery selves!!!!

Maude Barlow who is the president of the Council of Canadians here in Canada, and others, is telling us that last year alone people drank so many bottles of commercial bottled water, that plastic bottles of a small size would fit end to end to the moon and back 65 times with just the number of bottles drunk in one year!!!! 65 times, not a misprint!

What do we do? Communicate with our municipalities to demand good water quality maintenance for tap water, and do all we can to protect streams, storm sewers, lakes and oceans from our pollutions.
