Worlds Aids Day .... What would you say given a chance braveheart women

Feel free to share this with all of your frinds and communities
It’s a great honour to be able to speak to hundreds of women just by a click on my keyboard. I had a tough day today and the office was very dusty and disorganized after the removal of this partitioning that had taken so much space.
While making my desk a bit more comfortable I remembered tomorrow is Worlds Aids Day and there you all were right in front of my eyes waiting to hear what I would say about this day.
I hence now take this chance believing that by the end of my “speech” we can all stand as one and face our fears and positively unite, reunite, mend the broken hearts that have been shattered by this pandemic called HIV/AIDS.
If we are not infected we are affected, through experience I have learnt of a policy which I now want to apply in this situation, and the policy is POSITIVE THINKING & ATTITUDE.
There are two ways to look at a situation, being, from the negative angle and from the positive angle. The decisions we make when faced by a situation determine the results. Pros and Cons of one’s attitude.
I stand today asking the brave heart women to develop a positive attitude which comes from thinking positively towards life in relation to HIV/AIDS. Don’t see the infected as a pain see them as a people you can serve.
Don’t look at HIV/AIDS as a Goliath even if it is, maybe all we need is a courageous confident boy with a stone to save the world.
Let us all unite and declare a positive fight to stop the spread of HIV/AIDS, to help the infected and affected to live a more comfortable life.
My small city here can be HIV/AIDS free, Kenya as a country can win the battle against HIV/AIDS, Africa can proudly be free of HIV/AIDS, and the world as a whole can be HIV/AIDS free, if we all play our small parts from our areas.
I have a dream of a different World, where people like you and me will be responsible enough to do our duties in serving the community, freely and without fear, our shoulders high knowing we did something to save a life.
The only person you can change is yourself; the only person I can change is I.
Change on this day is to me like the HIV/Aids Virus. It spreads.
If you change, your family is infected by your change if not they are affected by it.
One commercial sex worker off the streets to me is not just one, I see a chain, one rehabilitated drug addict to me is not just one, I see a chain, one HIV/AIDS patient living positively is not just one I see millions learning from him and adapting.
A seed given to two different people could mean two very different things. One might just see a seed but if you asked me what I saw I could tell you A FOREST.
Together you and I with a positive mind can rid the world off this pathetic Disease.
Finally Brave heart women, we all have one common and very special thing. The Dali Lama said “the world will be saved by the woman”, was this gentle man wrong? Of course not and no offence to the men. “we shall save the world… not like Christ but in that special ,strange woman’s touch way.
We are the mothers, a chance to bear, teach and mould the community; we are the wives, the pillar behind every successful man.
If a woman changes. …. The family will change…. the community will change….. the nation will change … I say the world will change and the chains grows.
If a woman will fight… the family will fight…… the community will fight….. the country will fight and YES I SAY the whole world will fight and I bet you HIV/AIDS is no stronger than a world united by a positive mind and attitude.
What do you say Brave heart women? I say yes we can
